Dr victor has helped me out big time as a 30-something athlete. Sometimes it takes a few mins to get me adjusted, sometimes it’s 20. He takes his time and executes exactly what your body needs with no bs. I’ve went to hour-long chiros appts before and felt like I couldn’t walk a few days later….these guys have all the tools with and without cracking. One drawback: it may be a wait since it’s first come first serve. I’ve waited 0-38 minutes. Be prepared either way. Lastly, I’m in the middle of the 1 month free, 6 month package and I have been playing better golf and operating better at work. Thank you :)

Dr Connor is great, after doing therapy for my back pain for months without a lot of progress after 1 adjustment my pain was better. I only wish they did more than just adjustments, I would like some massage, stretching, and strengthening as well as ultrasound or electric stimulation.

The Joint has always and will always be the place for me to go to. I have visited a few locations now and sadly some of them have closed near my area. This is my new location since the Northbrook location closed which was great and much closer. Dr Fish is out here a couple days and since I like consistency I will try and be out here on his days, but I am sure the other Dr's are equally qualified. When I told them I had 3 remaining, I was then told they could locate 1. I decided not to argue and just leave this honest review. I don’t recommend.

Dr. Victor is truly amazing. During my first visit, he took the time to genuinely listen and understand exactly how I was feeling and where my pain was coming from. He carefully listened for about 10 minutes and then applied his techniques thoughtfully, focusing first on reducing my pain. I was very impressed with his approach. He explained everything clearly and worked on both relieving the pain and strengthening my muscles. He also gave me very helpful stretching exercises to do before bed and in the morning, which have already made a noticeable difference in relieving my pain. Since my job involves a lot of sitting, he also recommended taking breaks every two hours to stretch, which I really appreciated. Overall, my first experience with Dr. Victor—after Dr. Fish—was fantastic. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. If you are visiting the Mount Prospect Joint Chiropractic location, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Victor. He is available there on Fridays and Saturdays, and on Mondays and Tuesdays at the Glen Ellyn location. Thank you, Dr. Victor, for listening, understanding my concerns, and helping reduce my pain during the very first visit. I’ve been coming here for a few months now. Lately it’s been always packed with people waiting. I wait at least 20-30 minutes each time. They usually only have 1 doctor. Also, I’ve noticed every time I have been going here lately while waiting my allergies get really bad. I’m allergic to DUST and MOLD. I don’t see any air purifiers in the clinic. It seems that Schaumburg location got shut down so that might be why this location has been so too busy. I love the doctors here. They work hard and do an amazing job every time. Would not recommend overall.

Not a great start at this new location after the Glenview office closed. When I arrived, the receptionist was outside, so I waited patiently inside for her return. When she came back in, she began helping other clients. Then, another person walked in after me, and she checked him in and let him go ahead before me. They close early if nobody is there. Today was the third time I have had this happen. I was there before their closing time of 4:00. Sometimes they close an hour early. I was there on a Tuesday at 6:00 and they were already closed. For a place that takes walk-ins, this is not good business. They should not close even a few minutes early of what is posted. I’m going to find a place that takes appointments because taking a chance every time doesn’t working for me anymore.

Adana and Dr Kirk are super friendly. Anytime I enter or leave I get a greeting or a goodbye and don’t get ignored. This is the highlight of my week. Dr Kirk addresses all my concerns with no pushback. He also shows me stretches/exercises that could help my problem areas. I feel great in his hands and I leave feeling better. I came in because I slipped on ice back in February and wanted to get ahead of the pain before it really bothered me. I have felt very little discomfort from that fall since getting adjusted. I also have general tightness from my job and Dr Kirk really works it out for me so I’m feeling great for the week ahead. Dr Kirk really makes you feel at home and I love coming in. I’ve decided on the wellness plan and I feel like it’s a great investment for 4 adjustments a month for $79. Can’t beat those prices

I am truly grateful to have Dr. Kirk in my life. I have never felt better. I used to get massages often due to my pains and aches. I would much prefer to go get readjusted. I feel light and pain free after each session. I’m always in disbelief of how the pain can just go away. Oh my goodness I have gotten older always being scared of the chiropractor and sadly I recently got a back injury. I was referred to go to a chiropractor and I refused and literally lived the past 3 weeks in severe pain . I was suffering !! I broke down and made myself an appointment. Edit* I’ve reached out to management four times with no response. I have also reached out to corporate who told me to reach out to the store directly. The manager was supposed to call me back on three different occasions, and he has not. You guys have my number. I came into this clinic with some terrible neck pain a few weeks back. A friend recommended I see a chiropractor. My mistake for choosing this office. I went with my bf, and we both tried one session. The first dr was wonderful, and after I felt some relief, my boyfriend and I signed up for the package of 4 per month for 2 months with three free. The original Dr told me to alternate heat and ice for 30 minutes and do some stretches. I did exactly this and felt better. I intended to continue the sessions indefinitely, hence why I bought the two month package to start. The second time we went, it was a different dr. A woman cracked my neck and it felt extremely painful. I instantly knew something wasn't right, as it shouldn't hurt. I tensed up too much for a second crack although she proceeded to try anyway. Again, it was extremely painful. She told me to heat and ice for an hour each time. I felt no relief. Something was wrong. I felt worse in the days following. The third time I went in and a different dr told me I was too stiff for any adjustment at all, and he's not sure why I was being told to heat and ice let alone for as long as I had been. He then told me only ice for 20 minutes, No heat at all. I now felt worse than when I had started, and I was being told three different things by three different doctors in the very same office. I wasn't sure what to do so I went to my dr who then referred me to a sports medicine dr. She said I should not have been icing or heating at all, let alone for that long. Either way, she told me to discontinue the adjustments immediately, and I should have done just that after the second one hurt. I was hoping the third one would make me feel better like the first had so that’s why I went back. I now have used only 3/7 and I was told since I signed a contract, I am out not only those 4, but an entire other month I am unable to use. I knowI signed a contract, but when I did, I had the full intent to use it. I did not intend on the second dr making me feel worse. was hoping since I had three different doctors from one office tell me three different things and one dr make it worse that they would be willing to at least help me re-coup the cost of the second month as I am already eating the cost of the remaining 4 sessions from this month. I now have to pay a sports medicine dr a hefty fee as well as a follow up visit , and frankly I can not afford both. I understand contracts as I work for a catering company and we use them all the time, but if we catered an event and made the party sick, I would absolutely make an exception. I would hate to know we made someone feel unwell. If you are in the business of helping people, shouldn’t you help people? I explained in detail how the visits to this clinic made my situation worse, a sports medicine dr recommended I stop immediately, and I was met with zero compassion, even any apology or any sort of remorse. I was simply told coldly “yeah well you signed a contract.” I know I may be a freak case, and lots of people have had no issues with this office, but since things went so awry, you’d think they would try to make it right. If this practice cared at all about its patients, they would have expressed at least an ounce of compassion and some sort of compensation. I’m now out hundreds of dollars from their unused fees and follow up doctor visits to correct the further damage they have done. Save your money and go to a real chiropractor with some bedside manner. These people don’t give a hoot about you.

Honest Review: Went in hoping to find the cause of some upper back pain I've been feeling recently. The exam and adjustment were standard but felt rushed. I was seen by the doctor for less than 15 minutes with a majority of that time spent briefing. The doctor did not really make an effort to diagnose the cause of the pain/discomfort. More so went through the motions of a quick adjustment. I wasn't expecting much for $29, but was hoping for at least a detailed exam to try and find the roots of my issues. The doctor couldn't tell me if my issues were muscular, skeletal, or nervous, but insisted I come back the next day and sign up for their subscription. Overall, I just feel disappointed with the care/attention I received, even at the low price of $29. Makes me wish I had invested the time and resources into another Chiropractor that would have put more effort into the consultation.

Very informative upon my first visit. Dr. Alicia was attentive to what I was experiencing and worked out a plan for relief and recovery. I signed up for a membership. This was my first experience with chiropractic in my 58 years of life. I was in such severe pain, for 2 weeks.. in my lower back.. I thought I was passing a kidney stone. Brutal pain! After going to the emergency room and finding out with CT scans that I wasn't passing any kidney stones.. I decided to try chiropractic. I needed real help FAST! The Joint had the best rate of $29 for the initial consultation.. and I can tell you that the location in Mount Prospect is fantastic. 104 West Rand road. These people are super professional and Dr. Alicia, within only two sessions.. has relieved my pain to the point where I can't even believe how good I'm feeling right now. Obviously, my spine was out of whack and pinching nerves to the point where I was in the most excruciating pain I've ever been in. I would recommend anybody check out the joint for their chiropractic needs.. especially Dr. Alicia in Mount Prospect..is super phenomenal and she & her staff cannot be beaten in this area. My pain is basically gone in only 2 visits.. and I'm on my way to better health because of the joint and Dr. Alicia in Mount Prospect. Bravo Team!

Receptionist and the Dr on Saturdays they were both nice and informative. It was clean. The only thing i don't like about The Joint Chiropractic is that the consultation is in open area, only a half a wall separates from the waiting area and the consultation. The doctor cracked me and I was in pain and everyone heard me. I gave it a 5 star because the workers were nice and respectful and understood that I was in pain. I subscribed for the membership.

The fact that the wait is an hour is ridiculous. You shouldn’t schedule new patients back to back. Your existing patients shouldn’t be waiting an hour when your service and branding is all about an in and out type of service.

He is a great doctor and an amazing, intelligent human being! Sometimes, I think he has x ray vision because he knows exactly what is out of place with just the slightest touch or look. Original review:I think it’s a great place, they don’t push you into signing a contract, which has happened to me at other chiropractors. Update: they became very pushy on how many times I should come in, which I simply didn’t have time to do. It was a bit of a distance from my home. Eventually, I had just said something about maybe seeing a doctor and the person that was there, who I’d never met before was yelling at me, and when I said, I live too far away, and I don’t have time he scoffed at me. That was the last time I went. Don’t disrespect your clientele. By the way I started doing stretches I found online and my back pain went away. Completely.

We have been Joint patients since the Schaumburg location days and since the MP location opened a few years ago, we have been getting treatments here. Dr. Victor is great, he takes time to ensure each patient is well taken care of. He always asks if there are any areas to focus on to get the best care. Sarah at the front desk is friendly and professional. The only critique I would give is perhaps have 2 doctors on a Saturday. We have come on a Saturday right as they opened and the last time, there were already almost a dozen patients waiting for Dr. Victor. It was a good thing no new patients came in otherwise, the wait time would have been longer. Having 2 d pros on a Saturday would help alleviate the bottleneck effect. Otherwise, this is the only location we got to.

Update: HUGE props to Dr. Aaron and The Joint! I recently left a 2 star review after continued frustration with wait times and The Joint actually shared this with Dr. Aaron. Today he kindly brought it up in our consultation. I have never had someone from any establishment initiate a conversation with genuine concern regarding a review. Not only did he take the time to address my concerns, but he listened to what I had to say, and recommended a few solutions. I genuinely hope to come back and give a higher rating in the upcoming weeks. Initial Post: Doctors are great, but over the last few months the waits are ridiculous. They have 2 tables, but only ever one doctor. If you come during a weeknight anytime past 4pm, expect to wait at least 45 min to an hour. If they have a new consult, that's at least going to add another 30 minutes to your wait.

I use to see Dr Katy every week until she changed locations. Then I came a across Dr Eli and he was very good at adjusting my whole body. Now he's on vacation so I tried Dr Erin, and let me tell you, he's the best out there, he did things no other has done. Cracked me from head to toe including my arms and shoulders. Dr. Brown at the Mount Prospect location was amazing! From explaining what was going on with my body and explaining how the wellness program worked and the benefits. Went for the first time today, great experience! Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Mount Prospect location: Caity at the front desk was very nice, spoke clearly, and made sure I understood everything told to me. Caity handled every question I had before I even stepped foot in the office, explaining everything from start to finish without hesitation. My doctor was also a Katie, and similarly answered all questions I had without hesitation. Katie explained what was going to happen, what to expect, and explained this with enthusiasm. Every step of The way, Katie was explaining why my situation was happening and what was going to fix it. Not having to deal with insurance and pricing that is half the cost of using insurance is a blessing as well.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with amazing customer service. Caity at the front desk explained everything clearly and made sure to answer all my questions before I even stepped back for my adjustment. The space was clean and fully sanitized (I watched them clean every chair that was sat in immediately after the customer left!) and the team made me feel incredibly comfortable during my whole visit. I was very skeptical as other experiences with chiropractor’s had left me scarred mostly due to the intake process. I recently developed pain in my left shoulder/neck area and tingling and numbness that travelled down into my thumb. I had to do something. Massage wasn’t doing it and it wasn’t healing in it’s own. I found The Joint via Google. And decided to try again. It’s been a month and the pain is gone, the tinglyness has slowly dissipated with every visit (thank you, also, for the nerve flossing stretches). Docs & staff are friendly and welcoming. The Joint was exactly what I needed. No muss, no fuss.

The staff at this joint office are amazing from the top down. The owner of the practice Phil is a wonderful and dedicated Healthcare professional, the staff is extremely well educated- holding various PHDs and masters degree in a wide variety of medical and academic specialties. Dr Paul knows so much about western and eastern medicine. On top of that the front desk staff are also so nice and pleasant. Caity was so pleasant and easy to understand. I came in not knowing what to expect. I was going to the Northbrook location for about a year seeing another Chiropractor. I guess he no longer works there. I figured to go to the Mount Prospect location since it's closer to my house. I came in and saw Dr Paul. Let me tell you he was excellent. Adjusted my whole body from neck to toe very effectively. I will be attending this location now, the Mount Prospect location because Dr Paul is very good.

Dr Larry is a very knowledgeable chiropractor. He addressed my pain areas and gave me exercises to help out. Felt great a leaving The Joint Chiropractic. I hurt my back again by lifting something too heavy. Dr Larry saw me first then I saw Dr Jay. Everyone in the office is so friendly. I would personally recommend them as they have done wonders for my back. I hope I dont hurt my back again but if/when I do.... I am calling them so they can fix me up!!

Really quick and fast adjustment. You basically tell the doc what areas are bothering you specifically and then he gets right to work. In and out and you feel great afterwards. If you've had a chronic problem for a long time, get it fixed and get back to normal. Stop living through the pain. I've been searching for a place like this forever and finally found it.

Very nice place. I went their and greeted well by the representatives. The place was clean and they were sanitizing it all the time. All were with mask which is very good. The doctor was very clear about the approach of my wellness program. Very friendly behavior. I immediately enrolled for my prog. It’s 69$ per month for 4 classes. They are giving 3extra classes for early bird for first month. Highly recommended.
