I had my first visit here a couple days ago and saw Dr. Corcoran, who was amazing!! She was extremely patient listening to my history of SI joint injuries and concerns. She made sure the stretches I'd been doing at home were correct for my issue and also gave me a new one I could do if and when needed. She also gave me instruction for when I'm on weight machines at the gym, how to not overstretch my SI joint. Usually after a chiropractor visit I'm typically tender and sore the first 24 hours at least, but after Dr. Corcoran adjusted me I went home feeling great!! I love that it's a walk-in clinic where they adjust you the very first visit, it's affordable, and the best part is they are open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! I have already recommended them to several of my friends and family.

Wanted to love this place because the chiropractors themselves are actually pretty good, but the management and communication have been incredibly frustrating.
I’ve received different answers from almost every receptionist I’ve spoken to, and it’s created multiple messy situations that could have easily been avoided with clear communication.
Before signing up for the wellness plan, I specifically asked multiple times if I could freeze it because I knew I’d be traveling for work the following month and wouldn’t be able to use it. I was told multiple times that it would be “completely fine” and that I could freeze it whenever needed. Later, I found out there’s actually a 3-month minimum before freezing is allowed. Had I been given the correct information upfront, I simply would have waited to enroll. Instead, I ended up being charged because of misinformation.
When I called to resolve the issue, I was told they would “make it right” by adding complimentary visits to my account that I could use at my discretion. A month later, before making any changes, I again asked the receptionist multiple times if those visits would still remain available if I canceled the wellness plan and switched to a multi-visit package due to upcoming travel. I was repeatedly told yes.
Then I came in for an adjustment and later received a call saying the notes on my account stated those complimentary visits only applied while actively enrolled in the wellness plan. That makes absolutely no sense because if I had known that, I obviously would have used those visits before canceling.
The biggest issue here is the complete lack of consistency and transparency. You can ask questions multiple times, confirm things repeatedly, and still end up getting completely different information later on.
At this point, I honestly don’t know if the hassle is even worth the remaining visits. It’s disappointing because they could have had a long-term customer, but the constant confusion and miscommunication just aren’t worth my time anymore.
My husband still has a few visits left on his package, but once we finish those, we’ll be looking for a more honest and better-managed place.

Went To Visit This Place On A Tuesday Afternoon. This Was My First Time Visiting This Location And A Chiropractor In General.
When I Entered The Establishment I Was Greeted By Katie Who Was Working The Front Desk. There Were 2 People Ahead Of Me Who Were Also There For A First Time Visit.
After Getting Checked In I Waited About 15-20 Minutes Before I Was Seen By Doctor Ryan. Dr. Ryan Was Easy To Talk To And Allowed Me To Address All My Concerns. Before Doing Anything He Explained In Detail What He Was Doing And Why He Was Doing It. This Made The Whole Experience Less Stressful And Nerve Recking.
After Getting Pushed On, Twist And Turned, I Felt Some Minor Relief. The Session From Start To Finish With Dr. Ryan Lasted About 10 Minutes.
At The Conclusion, Dr. Ryan Explained What He Noticed And The Steps I Should Take Moving Forward.
All In All, This Is A Great Spot To Check Out. I Honestly Would Probably Visit Another Chiropractor In Town Just To Get The Experience Of The Things That Are The Same And Different At Each Establishment. Because This Was My First Time And All The Videos Ive Watched, I Thought It Was Going To Be A More In Depth 30-40 Minute Session With The Doctor.

I was very skeptical about going into a place that was actually a walk-in, but they were amazing. From the front desk to the front desk at the end. They were great. Dr. Lahr is who I had and he was amazing. He took the time to not only talk to me about my MRI on my arm from the doctors office at Parkview but he also took the time to listen to all of my other issues that I’ve had going on since I am old. Lol!! Throughout,, the session, he was very professional, kind, and was very concerned of how I was feeling throughout the entire session.
I would definitely recommend anybody who is having trouble to go in and talk to them and give them a chance to help you. I’ve already signed up for their monthly sessions, and I will be giving their name to some of my friends that need a chiropractor.

Dr. Dale is a knowledgeable chiropractor and I did feel some relief during my 4th pregnancy this past summer. However, a few instances were inappropriate for the medical setting. While getting adjusted, each time he asked if I "regretted this yet" meaning my pregnancy, as well as asking if we were "trying to become Amish" due to having four children. I know this was an attempt at conversation but it was very awkward and condescending.
At my last visit, days after giving birth, my milk had come in and I asked not to lay on my stomach until my next appointment. I laid on my back and he then took his fingers and worked his way down my chest from my collarbone until he could feel where my "milk was in". Once again, an attempt at conversation but not appropriate for the setting.
I left the last visits on my membership to expire and do not plan on returning.

I was not happy with the person who did my adjustment. Did not have a good bedside manner and did not explain to me each adjustment as he was going to perform it so I knew what to expect. What really upset me was when he grabbed my ankle and pulled on my leg saying he was adjusting my hips and didn't even warn me or ask my permission before doing it. I have never had a chiropractor do that before and it really upset me because it triggered my PTSD from childhood abuse. I don't allow anybody to touch my ankles! If he would have explained what he wanted to do and why he wanted to do it, I would have declined. But he didn't give me a choice just like my abuser never did. I was very upset and I felt violated. I will never, ever go back to this place!!

After canceling auto payments they continued to bill for months and will not reimburse. It is approximately $900. They do not believe they should pay this back when in fact no services were rendered automatic payments are to ensure payments are made for services not to keep for, their enjoyment, I would never recommend joint chiropractic because they are not an honest moral company when it comes to dealing with them over this issue. No integrity !!!
Ask noted she replied that they would be fair. My son called and they wanted 1 month reimbursement out of 12!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, this is not a place I would recommend for chiropractic care. The adjustments felt very generic and not tailored to individual pain areas. During each visit, I noticed that everyone seemed to be receiving the same adjustments, regardless of their specific issues. While I initially felt some relief, the effects wore off quickly, within an hour, it felt as if nothing had been done.
Another concern is the lack of privacy; all adjustments are performed in an open area, which can be uncomfortable for some. While the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the actual care provided leaves much to be desired. This doesn’t seem to be the fault of the doctors themselves, but rather the business model, which appears focused on volume over quality, like a fast food approach to chiropractic care.
Additionally, be cautious of their membership plans. There’s a clause that requires a two-month commitment before cancellation, which feels unfair, especially if the care isn't effective or, worse, exacerbates your pain. You should have the right to make decisions about your own healthcare without being locked into a plan that doesn’t serve you.
TL;DR: If you’re seeking personalized care for specific pain areas, this fast-paced, assembly-line style clinic is not the place for you.

I had a two month membership with the joint and had adjustments from all doctors on staff. Here is my full list of pros and cons.
Pros:
--- All adjustments have been good and I left feeling temporary relief.
--- The doctors are all friendly; Dr. Laura and Dr. Nicholas took extra time with trouble shooting, educating, and brainstorming other things to try.
--- Check-in with key tag is easy
--- If you need multiple adjustments a month, their membership plans can offer inexpensive adjustments
--- Walk-in style/no appointments: no waiting long periods for a scheduled appointment if you're in pain.
Cons:
--- No privacy. Initially it felt strange to have an adjustment when part of the waiting room could see the adjustment tables. This worsened when they added seating by each adjustment table for the next person to wait. The front desk staff will direct people to sit there (within feet of a stranger getting an adjustment) EVEN WHEN THE WAITING ROOM IS EMPTY. In my opinion, this is strange and uncomfortable as the person getting the adjustment, as well as the person watching someone else's adjustment from just a few feet away.
--- I went there for targeted work on certain part of my body. Except for two of the doctors, there seemed to be no plan/strategy. Most visits started with "what brings you in" vs "let's do the same thing or let's try something new..." I had to fully explain why I was coming in each time; there just didn't seem to be cohesiveness between the doctors and a set plan to address my issue. Except for when I specifically asked, I wasn't given any direction on how to potentially help my issue at home. At times, one doctor's advice conflicted with the others. I wouldn't recommend The Joint if you are needing a specific/chronic problem targeted, unless you possibly plan to request and wait for the same doctor each visit.
--- You can only cancel in person. In my opinion, this seems like an intentional step to make cancelling a membership more difficult and to have automatic renewals surprise people. If new patients can start a membership through electronic forms, I believe the ability to cancel should be offered via the same means.
Overall, the doctors here are lovely people, but if you prefer any type of privacy, or if you have a very specific issue you need help and direction on, this may not be the place for you.
I did a two month membership and had 11 appointments in those two months; overall I feel like my issue has remained the same.

They state they close at 2 for lunch on certain days. I showed up just after 1 only to be told that I’d have to come back after the lunch break. Might be 2:45 as stated in their published hours or might be later— the hand written sign on the door will let you know.
Although adjustments have been fine here, they definitely peddle treatment plans that somehow fit exactly into the 2 month commitment promo they’re running.
“I suggest biweekly adjustments… maybe for a 3-4 weeks. Then once a week for another few weeks should do it.” Running promotion: 7 visits the first month, 4 visits the second and ongoing; two month minimum commitment.
There’s no attempt at privacy. The stations the doctors work from are all in one room, no divides. The waiting room can view some of these stations. You can hear most conversation from the doctors’ area and for sure all conversations at the desk.
One review questioned the in-person cancellation policy to which a reply about HIPPA was referenced. This confuses me as the intake forms are texted and electronically completed, so I don’t buy it. My opinion is it only is to make it more difficult to cancel.

Nice people, especially the lady at front desk but the business practice and quality of the treatment is brutal. Went in just to get a small adjustment needed for a slipped rib. Guy wasn’t able to fix it and then said I should book myself 3 more times throughout the next two weeks. For something that should take 5 minutes to solve. Went to a different place and got adjusted first try no issues. One of those places where they’ll try to charge you as many times as they can for the bare minimum each time

I stumbled on a Facebook ad for a chiropractor with a great first visit special. I looked into the company, doctors and package offerings and decided to give them a try. For my first visit I saw Dr. Ryan and he was great. I was in quite a bit of pain and in need of an adjustment. I left feeling much better than I did when I got there. The monthly package is a great option if you need more treatments to get your body back in shape, they also have great options if you just need to maintain. As a Monday thru Friday 8-5'er I'm thrilled that they offer evening and weekend options and that you don't need an appointment. I'm already planning my next visit.

Dr. Laura is great. She explained things well when my daughter and I had questions. Their billing model seems reasonable, so no issues there. My only reason for the low rating is the scheduling. If you're okay doing walk-in exclusively and not being able to guarantee a time, it's a good place.
I brought my daughter one evening and was advised a 40-50 minute, but it ended up being longer. We ended up leaving. We planned on coming Saturday afternoon. I tried calling to confirm availability, but no one answered, not did I get a return call. We came on Sunday afternoon (the brochure says they're open), but they're closed.
I spoke with someone at the front desk to confirm they don't schedule appointments, so it's all walk-in.
Again, very pleased with the service we received. I'm just losing the value from what I paid given 3 days I couldn't visit.

Very disappointed in my experience. I was told when I walked in that there was "a little bit of a wait". I checked in and waited for over 1 1/2 hrs. I finally got up and left when people who walked in and checked in well after me were taken back for an adjustment. I also was disappointed to hear the front desk lady checking people in over the phone without them ever actually coming in so they didn't have to wait like everyone else. Update: Just saw Dr. Laura today and no matter how pregnant she is, that woman can CRACK. She is so sweet! You really can’t go wrong with both of them and seeing how hard they work, they still keep up with the same great attitude near the end of the day.
I have never had my back adjusted before because I’ve always been scared of it. I love my massages so much but my back still kills me. Last week was my first time going because I’ve been having problems sleeping and oh my goodness, the customer service I had from the front desk to the doctor and out was excellent. Front desk gal, I believe her name was Jocelyn, was very helpful and informative. Super sweet. I then met Dr. Dale and he was very reassuring and he listened to what my problems were. I didn’t know you could even help alleviate carpal tunnel syndrome! I felt such a big rush of relief and I am so grateful. I cannot wait to go back for my visits. Get the membership. You will not be disappointed at all. It is worth it and cheap, especially for no insurance!

I love this place. The hours , the walk-in availability. It’s open on weekends. I wish they took insurance but that’s the only downside I can find at this time. Dr. Laura was awesome made me feel comfortable and was very friendly. My first chiropractor was great as well, can’t remember his name but he was very informative and got down to exactly what I feel I need worked on. Great place to go , especially if you just happen to be on that side of town! Thanks Joint Chiropractic !

I am 55 years old and have been going to chiropractors since I was in my 20s. I have never been to a more thorough Chiropractor. Dr. Monica was kind and really wanted to know where all of my pain was (and being 55 I have it in many places). My feet felt way better after the appt. I was only sore by my shoulder blade but that only lasted until i went to bed. I felt great the next day. I was truly amazed!!!!! So happy my coworker introduced them to me!

My first time experience was good. Good price other than the upsell. They suggested I get onto a monthly schedule and I obliged because I felt so much better (I slept wrong which got me way out of wack). Flash forward several months and I went once and it was not good. I didn't really need an adjustment and doing an adjustment when not needed is uncomfortable. Now I went to cancel my membership over the phone and they won't allow that because they need me to fill out a form in person. This adds 30 minutes to my day and is less than desirable and furthermore is a tactic to get more money out of non-using people. This is a bad policy and I will not be signing up for a monthly again. They should get a digital form. I could set one up for them in minutes.

I went in and was greeted by very friendly staff. My ribs and hips were out of place, so my mobility was very limited. Dr. Dale Valloton adjusted me. At first I felt like I was being beat up, but it was because my joints were all out of wack. Now I'm able to move freely. I am so thankful. Highly recommend!

I am a physician myself and I totally advise against this chiropractor service. I went in for a lateral epicondylitis which is a very common elbow pain especially among athletes but they made me sign up for a 2 month commitment which not to tell me later basically they don’t know what to recommend. I go in complaining of elbow pain and they keep “adjusting my back and shoulders each time and then tell me ok looks like it’s all just in your elbow and same thing all over the next time I go in. After 5 visit I told them ok since you don’t have any solution then please cancel my membership but they tell me I’m committed to 2 months membership before I can cancel

It was 5 stars when Tina was there. I cannot believe the way the owner treats her staff. I am disgusted. I will never ever go there again now that Tina isn't there. Do yourself and the world a favor and understand that life is not Grey. There is most definitely a difference between right and wrong. I think in the long run this will be best for Tina. But I for one, bought a plan, and now the one chiropractor there that helped me walk again! I couldn't walk upright the first time I went in, and Tina corrected a problem I had suffered with for three years! Now what am I going to do? I had a pleasant experience on my first visit to the joint chiropractic. I had just a little trouble navigating the tablet, while filling out the paper work, but other than that everything was good. They explained the plans and packages and how they worked,and what they cost. The adjustment was done professionally, he told me what he thought I needed and what he was going to do before he got started . I thought that it went well for the first adjustment.

If I could out Zero stars, I would!
It was 5 stars when Teena was there but the owner thought it was a great idea to fire her (their best chiropractor)without any reason and without any proper notice..unfortunately the owner doesn't care about her chiropractors and works them like animals. The owner could care less about the well being of her clients and their health. SAVE YOURSELF and don't go here! Thanks for ruining our plan to get my back in better condition..you shouldn't own a chiropractic office if all you care about it lining your pockets with the money you didn't earn!

I love Dr Tyler! He listened to me and developed a treatment plan that works for me! My hips and low back have felt amazing and my neck and thoracic spine are at least 75% better! I cannot handle aggressive treatments on my neck at all and his treatments have been resolving the pain and tingling I have had for years!
The other thing I really like is they do not sell any supplements. I take those based on my blood work and diet. Much safer!

This place while still very new, knows what they are doing! I made an appointment for myself, my Husband, and my 8 month old daughter, and they took care of us all. Teena did so well, we had never been to the chiropractor for ourselves before only our baby , but she talked to us and let us know what she was doing every step of the way! She took her time with my 8 month old and listened to every concern we had for ourselves and our little girl. I wish they had a family plan for chiropractic care as I can't afford a plan for everyone in my family to have individually, but we did walk out of there with a plan for my husband who has never been to a chiropractor and since I've known him has had a hunch in his back after his visit with Teena he is walking so much straighter now. He will be going back at least for the next 2 months until we can get him on more of maintenance care. Thank you Joint chiropractic you are all awesome! I recommend them very much! You can't argue the cost it's the cheapest place I've found in fort wayne, and the care is awesome!

I was greeted by a shining young lady named Mariah. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had my children with me and she was such a fantastic help while I was being adjusted. The chiropractor, Tina was great while cracking me like a glow stick. My headache was gone, my hips, and back felt better before I even left. It was a great first experience!
