My husband went there and signed up the contract only for first 3 month. We called them Wednesday September 30 t cancel the contract left really brief message . I was waiting for week no one answered . I saw the charge 89$ today then i called they were first said they are not going to cancel over the phone . Lady over the phone said she wants to talk to my husband then i added the call he even explained everything she was like i cannot cancel over the phone you have to come to office. My husband drives truck . He is in California. She was keep saying you can reach out my boss Cris Gardner.
I Got call right away from Chris to fix this matter. So everything has been taken care of today.

This place is a joke. I have a severe injury where the sciatica joint and have proof from the spine center. This place knew that before working on me they didn’t even x ray the area nor work on it and still charged my bank account after I signed off stating I’m no longer interested because of lack of the right treatment. Places like this deserve to go out of business. DO NOT trust that they will fix you because anyone that works on you without doing x rays is breaking healthcare rules. I’m now in the process of seeking court action. They did not re submit the payment they took nor did they give the right services when they was told what was wrong from start. Why pay a place when they don’t know what they are doing?? Karma isn’t going to be good guys just saying.

This place is a scam and will con you into taking your money. My husband was told that if he paid a certain amount of money that it would cover him for 3mo without any additional charges unless he wanted more visits that month. Come to find out that whoever signed him up had lied because we are now being charged an additional $81. We had called the establishment and talked to MEGAN and she said that because he signed their contract that we will continue to be charged and not be able to dispute it with our bank because it says in the contract that you are not allowed to. So now almost $350 will be taken out of our account because the employees here dont know how to explain things throughly and then families that have mouths to feed get charged unfairly and then get told they can't do anything because they signed the contract. Even when we had talked to the receptionist about how we got lied to all she had to say back was "well you signed the contract and we are going to continue to charge you for the next month". This place will con you, and if anything my husband's back still hurts.

Hadn’t been to a chiropractor in years but my lower back hurt so bad! I just started a new job a few weeks ago but it hurt bad enough for me to call in! I don’t have insurance currently but that’s never a problem here! I filled out some forms about my health history & then met with Dr. Jason Dominick. He made me feel at ease and relaxed, talked me through everything he was going to do and why. My pain went from a 10 to a 3 in one visit! Also they offer affordable packages but no pressure at anytime to buy or even come back. The joints are realigned and it’s just feels wonderful! Even the numbness in my right thumb came back & I never even brought that up—the alignment was that good! The best part to me is it’s traditional old school chiropractic care, Pop you back in place, come back for alignments (tune up’s) or whenever you need us. Not 25 physical therapy appointments or pills that offer no relief—instant relief & no pressure. Very comfortable yet professional environment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and plan to return if/when needed!!!!

Love that I can stop in any time. Everyone is very nice. When my husband had died & I would go in crying they would give me a hug. Have gone to chiropractor since 1978. These guys are great. Walk in feeling bad, walk out feeling a lot better. Price for 4 visits is what I was paying for 2 visits at another place after ins. When I went to SC I walked right in a "Joint" just as if I always went there. Love the whole concept.

My first time coming and I regret not coming sooner it’s very convenient and pricing is definitely affordable. Before coming here I went to a chiropractor that wanted to do 3 different visits before even wanting to adjust me knowing I had severe pain that was affecting my daily routine . There went 165$ in co pays . I went here and had the 29$ special and within 20min I was adjusted . I Can walk pain free I will keep coming back frequently . Thanks so much I will recommend them to all my friends and family

Horrible I called crying in intense pain, was told they were too busy to try tomorrow, I called for appointment but they advised walk in and I called 5 hours before closing time and they said don’t come in they are too busy try tomorrow I explained I was in too much pain can’t walk, sit or lay down, I don’t normally have back pain and was praying ? for some help. They don’t care about people or their pain. So rude I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE USING A DR THAT DOES NOT CARE OR SYMPATHIZE WITH THERE PATIENTS. I had to go to ER where they can only administer pain meds but don’t help the problem. ER said I should try a different chiropractor ONE WHO AUTOMATICALLY CARES !!!!!

First time I went I was quite nervous having never had an adjustment in my life before but the team here is just awesome and patient. I had always thought back-pain was just the spice of life that everyone dealt with until their demise. But after I had my first adjustment, now, I almost forget I even have a spine with how pain free I am thanks these guys.
Then the other night I had slept wrong and woke up with a massive pain in my neck. So I ended up making a trip into Joint expecting that there’d only be so much they could do and that I’d probably be stuck riding it out. To my surprise, once again, I was able to have full ability to turn my head with no pain at all after the visit.
Fantastic place. Awesome people. I fully recommend.

Dr. Lebre and Dr. Dominick are the best chiropractors I’ve been to! I travel nationally and have been to over a dozen Joint Chiropractics, and these two are by far the best. Most Joint’s are a hit or miss with their chiropractors (they don’t work in fixing problems—they just crack everything for that short term euphoric feeling.) The doctors here listen to you, provide education, and fix what needs to be fixed (helps for the long-term)! They work with you on your CURRENT problems, not just “general cracking.” You can tell they care and are experienced! They truly care about their patients! Go to this location! Only advice for any Joint: don’t show up after rush hour or during lunch hours (you could wait an hour.) I show up outside of those times and wait 15 minutes at most (they have the walk-in model.)

I signed up for a 2 month plan and have been charged a 3rd time I'm heading in to the office today to get the cancelation done. Either I was stupid and didn't pay attention or they was not completely fourth coming with all the information. But I thought I Cleary understood it was not a autopay but something I had to pay. 2 months was also clear as no mention of a 3rd or recurring charges. I only did the first month not the 2nd but payed cause that was the agreement. After reading reviews I doubt I will be getting my money back and also facing a fourth charge if there is a 30 day cancelation term. I shall be asking for a copy of the cancelation. Anyone reading this I know your in pain but read the fine print.

I was told I had 7 locked up joints. Limping when I went in and left that limp on the table. He fixed me. No amount money can replace no pain and I felt like I had new body parts put on. They’re so amazing. Very understanding, and listen to what you’re experiencing. I left a little sore, and as the night went on was a little nervous because of the discomfort I had (which I was told it could happen because it had been 7 years since I’ve been adjusted). I’ve just started getting adjustments done. Only on my 2nd week. Normally I see Dr Lebre. Today I saw Dominik and I was not happy, I just felt as if he was too rough and me was rushing. I only allowed him to adjust my mid back. He tried to adjust my neck but due to how rough he was, I politely declined. Normally afterwards I would feel relief, but my mid back hurts. I will only go back when the other two Drs. are there.

Avoid this place at all costs. I signed up for their reoccurring monthly policy and they continue to charge me over a year after I canceled it in person at their location like they require. I disputed the charges and they fought the dispute stating that I never canceled it even though I did and I haven't used their services in well over a year. I block them from being able to charge my card and they get around the block some how. I am now in talks with my lawyer to see what can be done to recover my money. Very shady company avoid at all costs.

Told him that my back and neck were hurt working on my deck. Out of the hour I was there, he spent 5-10 minutes working on my neck and shoving his fist into the knot on my back without massaging it or popping anything. The rest of that hour was spent telling me this is caused by bad posture at my work desk and trying to sell me 11 sessions over the next month to resolve this. Could have been solved in one session if he actually popped my back.

Doctor Dominck is the absolute best. I was hitting rock bottom with my back pain. Even saw a spinal specialist who said take a week off work and take some muscle relaxers you will be fine. Then I took a leap and came limping in slump over and he took his time. Listened to what was going on. Honestly I probably would have had to quit my job if it wasn't for him. Slowly I was getting better feeling normal and did not realize the schedule changes and you have to follow it on fb. So came in for my normal Friday and a doctor Moore was in...... I was about to walk out and he heckled at me that he was just as good, how people come from all over to follow him and see him for his expertise. Against my better judgment I gave him a chance. He was entirely too rough and moved so fast it was to speak up. I really disliked him being rough when doing the hip twist thing and having my leg extended over the other side of him. His roughness caused me to lose 3 days of work and have to take muscle relaxers after finally just getting better. I was in so much pain I was torn between going to the hospital and going to someone else. I got lucky I found a woman who used a eletric gun. Honesty with people like doctor Dominick and one of those guns you probably help so many more people. I am just so happy he was fhe first Chiropractor I came in touch with. If it wasn't for him this review could have completely been so much worst.
Side note: I hope you consider one of those guns. She was about to fix a hip that was inches higher then the other one in 15 min. And I was able to tolerate sooo much more adjustments then the normal way. If someone is super tender or tight you would be able to do so much more in less time. The woman I found can do my entire body in 10 to 15 min.

The treatment itself is fine, but getting ahold of someone is beyond impossible. If you need to speak with them on the phone - you're out of luck. They never answer the phone. So I have been going to The Joint Chiropractic for almost 8 years, all across the different locations in the US. As I travel quite a bit and love the convenience that your patient profile and symptoms can be pulled up at any location, so you can be treated anywhere. I had been overseas for more than 4 years and coming back to the US in 2020, the chiropractic adjustments were much needed. I had always signed up for monthly wellness program, for $70 for 4 visits a month is a steal, with $10 for any additional visits in the billing cycle. I end up probably going 6 to 8 visits in a month at The Joint Chiropractic and come out feeling amazing and relaxed each time.
I had been going to the Avon location with Dr. Moore for years whenever I was back in Indiana. Now since early 2021, the new The Joint Chiropractic location has opened up just down the road from me on S.R. 135, in my hometown of Greenwood, Indiana, and has been a life saver and convenient.
Dr. Domenick and Dr. Lebre are amazing, knowledgeable, and listen to your problems before engaging in a solution for your care. In just 2 months my chronic back problem and kyphosis that I have had for over 22 years, has been fixed. Along with the awesome front staff of Hannah and Bethany; the cleanliness, comfort, knowledge, and care of the practice makes it an amazing experience everytime. I really enjoy this business model. No appointments, no insurance. Just walk in and pay! Which is great when you feel like you need an adjustment randomly and don’t have to wait for an appointment. My first experience at the Greenwood location with Dr. Jason Domenick and Kaylee at the front desk was great.
He took the time to learn about my needs, history, lifestyle, and performed the most thorough evaluation and treatment I’ve had with The Joint so far (the other providers were good too!).
I’m a physical therapist and know how busy things get beyond just treatment time you get with patients. Jason still took the time to have a genuine conversation about our professions after my adjustment. Doctor John Sharpless is hands-down the best chiropractor in the Indianapolis area. I am a patient with an extremely stubborn neck, and he is able to provide relief after every visit.
Moved around the country with the military, and he is definitvely the best chiropractor I've used over the past 15 years.

This location is not efficient, they do not have open availability like they claim, I’m on a plan and can’t evven use it due to them always being closed. The rare days they are open, the business is not what it was or what it should be. I’ve been going to The Joint since they first opened back home and I have never witnessed such poor management and such horrid customer service as I have here the last few months. I’m grateful I’m only in town for a few more mo this so that I can go back to a Joint that is ran effectively and where I’m treated with the respect, compassion, and at least shown some customer service, whether it be real or fake, here I’m not even given fake customer service not some cheeky, presumptuous, and crass version of it. I can’t support a business when I am not treated with respect across the board. The chiropractors are blameless, but I will not be subjected to the hostility I feel by the woman at the front. I will be seeking another doctor for me until I move

Went in for a visit this past week (2x) and I was not able to get in either time! They advertise to come until 7 but I went at 647 and was sent away
I tried to have a second visit after work later this week at 630 and was sent away again
I will not be back
They say they are open and wanting to accommodate til 7 but not here

Another great experience at the Z'ville Joint today, welcomed by the consistently pleasant and professional concierge, Jessica, and then skillfully adjusted by DC Farnsworth. I've been going to the Joint on a weekly basis for more than two years now, and I always leave thinking it was a good decision to sign up and stay consistent with adjustments!

Although the facility is clean and welcoming, the chiropractors I saw were not able to identify the issue that was causing me pain (my regular chiro identified it immediately, adjusted me, and gave me exercises to correct it). Furthermore, when I called to cancel, I was told that I had to come into the office to sign a paper. There was mention of a form that could be e-mailed, but I was under the impression that it was necessary that I come in, especially since I never received an email (and I did check my junk folder). I wasn't able to make it within the few days I was given, and when I asked for a refund, explaining that I wasn't satisfied with the service and was seeking treatment elsewhere, Jessica (the manager) told me that it wasn't possible and that I was definitely aware of this because of the email she had sent (the one I somehow never received). I think this business is more interested in taking your money than delivering excellent patient care and customer service, and I would recommend you find a regular chiropractor rather than wasting your money here.

I wish these doctors were at Carmel. I love doctors in zoonsville but the Carmel location is so much closer and I feel more welcomed by the girl working. She always works with me on what payment plan is best for my needs and remembers who I am- I like feeling like I matter when I go somewhere. The new male doctor at zionsville is really good and so is Dr. John. I love the Joint, I just wish you would send zionsville doctors to Carmel. I have tried 3 of the 5 locations here so far Zionsville doctors have done the best job. I tell all my friends to check it out too!

Cancellation SCAM! If I could give a zero rating I would. There was a 6 month contract that I signed for automatic renewal. I cancelled after 6 months but 34 (THIRTY FOUR) months later have no proof. I'm out $1700.00 dollars because I didn't notice the charge on my credit card statement. At the very least I would expect a reputable company to give a courtesy call after a couple of month to check up on a patient and services that have not been rendered. What a joke and no attempt to make it right.
Update: three weeks and they haven't contacted me like the response says. I even emailed the corporate office and have not received a response.

Extremely scammy cancellation policy. You have to cancel a month ahead of when you want to cancel, even if you hadn't been there in months. No reputable company works that way.

Unfortunately google will not allow me to give zero stars. Having been in business my entire life I could never imagine treating a customer so poorly. In a nutshell, when you do not perform a service it is unethical to take someone's money. Furthermore, when an employee makes a mistake then as an owner you should actually fix it in the customer's view.
Not at this place. That's not how they do it. Not only do they decline but they declined multiple times. They could care less whether I share my story with everyone in Carmel Zionsville area. So I will share my story.
After visiting them two times and then going in person to cancel my contract with them I was told that everything was canceled and there would be no further charges.
Shockingly in reviewing my HSA account at the end of the year I find that they charged me for seven months of payments in which all of the chiropractors there agree I never stepped foot in the office.now why would I want to pay $69 a month and get no services? That doesn't seem normal.
So then I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I am sure the owners will do the right thing and give you a refund of your $483. But no, Monica calls me from the office and says I owe another payment and must continue to pay until the end of my contract that someone there didn't cancel when they were supposed to.
So now I am out $483 and have received no services which we all know is against the law and I have no further recourse but to go to an attorney and get my money back. Which is so disappointing in this nice community that you would have owners that act like this. It is also obvious that they're not from this community don't care about it and don't care what people say.
So I recommend that you do not support this unethical business, these terrible owners.
Now I know why none of them would even give me the courtesy of a call but life would be so easy if they just processed the refund for services not rendered which is within everything that is right. Who would possibly expect to take someone's money, provide no service and sleep at night and think that's OK? Not in any business I've ever been part of.

Love going to The Joint - Zionsville. Dr Sharpless is great and so are the other doctors that also cover at the clinic. They are very efficient and you hardly have to wait for the walk-in service. I love the fact that they are open until 7pm during the week and are also open during the weekend giving plenty of opportunities to get adjusted. I also like that with the adjustment plans you can attend any The Joint clinic in the country and they will have your records available on their computer system and you can get adjusted whether you are on vacation or away for a business trip. I would definitely recommend The Joint to others and some of my family members are patients. It is very affordable for chiropractic care, go try it out for yourself!
