I saw Ed today and he was amazing! He took the time to walk me through everything and explain what he was doing, which I really appreciated. At previous places I’ve been, they would just ask me where it was hurting, crack my back and send me on my way. This was a completely different experience. He put together a treatment plan for me, and after my first session today, I’m super excited to continue! Also, I didn’t catch the receptionist’s name, but she was absolutely amazing! She was so welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in, which made the whole experience even better.

this place is a scam - they wont schedule you unless you sign up for some monthly fee even if you dont agree and pay out of pocket for visits they still get your card info an charge it!! We had two visits left from the 110$ we paid them for 4 visits then they proceeded to charge our card (i never let them store a card on file) for 80$ … this business needs to be reported to BBB what they are doing is unethical and just another place trying to get ur card information to run it unauthorized!!!

Joint was a very good experience will always keep them as a back up in case my chiro is too busy or away. Easy process and excellent pricing. Convenient Edgewood Plaza location. Wait is never too long they seem very fair and give everyone the time and effort needed to help with those pesky aches and pains. After just one simple adjustment I felt much better and the pain was almost gone. I had been apprehensive about visiting Chiropractors in the past and even chalked it up to pseudoscience, but the speed at which I was able to be seen and the way things were explained to me put my mind at ease. After a short chat I could tell the Chiropractor knew what he was talking about and was very careful but deliberate in his adjusting. I would recommend this place to someone, like myself, who is just getting started and to those who are seasoned patients as well. 5/5.

Absolutely love this clinic. Felt like they actually listened to my problems and created a plan to help. Prices are reasonable. They don’t use insurance so much less of a hassle. This was my first time at a chiropractor and it was a great experience! Staff and doctor worked as a team and were competent and friendly. My first visit was phenomenal. Could not have asked for a better experience. Amber was SO empathetic and attentive. She took her time to make sure she thoroughly understood my medical history, which was greatly appreciated. The woman at the front desk (can’t remember her name!) was also incredibly compassionate, and I really appreciated her cost-benefit analysis of various care plans to find the best one for me. They were both so genuine and wonderful. I plan to return to Westdale Joint Chiropractic many times in the future :)

I was a little anxious going into a "chain" chiro office, but the ability to walk-in just works the best with my schedule, so I took the chance anyway. The front desk staff was amazing, and quickly got rid of any anxiety I had making the sign-up process smooth and easy. The chiropractor I met with was knowledgeable and made sure the adjustment was going to be the best thing for me before getting started. After my adjustment, I had IMMEDIATE relief. The prices are affordable, with multiple payment options, and I love that insurance isn't a barrier here. Happy to have a new chiro home that is also affordable and convenient.

These people are conmen and charlatans. They only know 2 chiropractic techniques, but they charge you the same price as a phd masseur. They do everything they can to make it next to impossible to cancel your membership. They decline certain insurance. You have to physically come in and sign a form to cancel. You can't cancel until after 60 days, no matter how poor the service you are provided. As Crooked as my spinal stenosis...

PSA if you go here, make sure you read the fine print of your contract. They failed to mention that when you sign up for the 79. package you are signing up for 3 months. Their response is "I can show you where you signed the contract.' So spend the extra 20 minutes to read the WHOLE contracts. I'm not sure how, but I guess they decided they need the 79.00 more than me. My opinion, very deceitful I was told my contract was going to be canceled, so I would not have another charge. I hope this is correct.

He asked lots of questions so he would know how to best help me. Did some adjustments and gave me some exercises to do to help relieve pain. Called prior to inquire about getting my kids adjusted (new patients) and was told they could do it and told me their hours. Drove there tonight and arrived at 6pm and was told they aren’t seeing anymore new patients today. Absolutely no one in the waiting room so clearly had the time- paperwork would have taken only a few minutes. It would have been nice to be told when they do not see new patients when I first inquired and the front desk staff tonight offered no solutions and said nothing when I said we will go elsewhere. It was a complete waste of time to go there tonight. I am a previous patient there and prior to this had no issues, guess they lost two new patients and myself.

Opened 2.5 hours after stated hours. 12:30 instead of 10. Doesn’t accept new patients 2 hours (2pm) before close (4pm on Sunday). Was nice to find someone open on Sunday when I needed it but didn’t work out.

I’m a delivery driver for Dr. Pepper and lift medium to heavy items for 10-12 hours a day, and seeing the chiropractor at least once a week has significantly improved my ability to move. Now my back stiffness is rare and back soreness is less common. So much so that I noticed after seeing the chiro that I was significantly slowing down because of back mobility/health issues. Lastly, the chiro’s are great at diagnosing and addressing issues and are always willing to answer questions!

I had not been to a chiro in YEARS because I could never get relief with my scoliosis. I know there isn't a magic cure but Dr. Amber was AMAZING! For the 1st time ever leaving a chiro appointment I felt euphoric! I know that sounds extreme but I was literally giggly at how good I felt and have been back I think 6 times now and every visit is just as good! I am a full-time Rver and have not had an adjustment since early May. Michigan doesn't have Joint. Today I was adjusted in Cedar Rapids Iowa I believe his name was Tanner. I fell hard 2 weeks ago onto my back and hit head. Finally went in today for adjustment, 1rst time there, I feel so much better. I ached from neck to buttocks, Dr Weiss, took the time to explain everything he was going to do and why. I felt he was thorough and I walked out with my shoulders straight and could turn head. ? The front desk lady, Michaela D. had me fill out all my info and history and told me in detail about their programs. Very informative and friendly. I was looking around the office and saw all these Easter eggs on walls and counters ? I asked about how many children they work with and her comment to me was ..Well we have quite a few but this contest (she designed and set up) is also for kids that come in with parents so they have something to help keep them entertained during parents treatment. They have to find how many eggs are on the walls bottom of counter etc. They let her know how many there are and they win a candy. ? Everyone wins!! Who does this type of activity for kids just for fun anymore ? WAY TO GO!!

I go here multiple times a month. I have never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes to be seen. It’s really convenient to be able to go when it fits in my schedule. It’s so nice that they are open 7 days a week and open until 7pm on weeknights. Every time I go I get a good adjustment and leave feeling better than when I went in, even on days I didn’t feel too bad when I went in. All three chiropractors that I have seen at the Edgewood location are all super nice and make sure you are comfortable with any adjustments before they do it.

Went there once they offered me 7 more visits for 70 dollars… thought it was a steal at the time until I realized they just do the same 3 cracks each visit. Then they charged my card AGAIN for 7 more visits for this month while I still have 4 visits left and refuse to refund me. Be careful of their “wellness plan” - they don’t care how many times you actually come in as long as your credit card takes that recurring payment.

Love these guys. Used to come in with chronic lower back pain and shoulder pain that would effect me at work! Some days I could barely walk - and I’m a young wippersnapper!! Ever since I got on the wellness plan NO PAIN. It really is about maintenance and consistency when it comes to caring for my body. Great prices too, but I look at it as being proactive instead of reactive. Plus I’d pay anything for the absence of pain. I couldn't believe $29, but it's true! Just after one adjustment it made a world of a difference. Did I have to buy a plan, nope. I was spending to much time and money on pain and time off work. Stopped today Samantha at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! Dr. Ed and Dr. Amber as always did a great job. Last time I seen Dr. Reid did great as well. Love how it has helped with my migraines, low back and hips. Being a softball player and a 4x a week bowler it makes the difference. 990 locations nationwide able to go to any spot on!
