I was born and raised in Davenport, IA, where the fountain head of chiropractic is; Palmer College of Chiropractic. Receiving my education at Palmer, I was able to graduate with honors and obtain my Bachelor of Science degree, as well as my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2017. Growing up in and around the profession, I was taught that the body is a self-healing mechanism when given a chance, we provide value as chiropractors to help the body to heal on its own. I have utilized various methods of analysis in my years of practice, as I was educated that specificity is key to the profession. I come from a family of chiropractors, as my father and sister also contribute and help serve their own communities.

I love being a home body and spending time with my wife, Taylor, as well as our three children, Kallen, Weston and Baylee. We definitely have a loud, yet fun household! I also enjoy staying active with anything outdoors, whether it’s jogging, hiking or walking our dog, Duke. I am a huge sports fan to say the least, especially baseball, basketball and football. During the Spring and Summer we stay busy with baseball as I am one of the Coaches for my sons, baseball team. I grew up in Michigan and after getting my Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University made my way to Iowa for chiropractic school. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic - Davenport in 2019. After graduation I moved to the Cedar Rapids area where I live with my wife, 2 kids, and red lab named Nora. My favorite thing about the chiropractic profession is getting to serve patients and educate them on how chiropractic helps their self-healing body to regulate and function the way it was created to. My wife and father-in-law are chiropractors in the area as well, so it’s been a fun family thing for us to help people in our area improve their health. When I’m not in the clinic I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, especially activities outdoors. Whether we are baking in the summer sun or building a snowman in the cold of winter, it doesn’t matter as long as we are having fun. I enjoy watching or playing any and all sports, but hockey, baseball, and football are at the top of my list. On Sunday’s you can catch my family at church or in our small group growing in relationship with Jesus Christ and each other. I am thankful to be a part of The Joint team and if you choose us for your chiropractic needs, as I hope you do, I look forward to helping you along your healing journey!
