This place is a back saver! $79 a month isn’t too bad for once a week (4 visits) as a 25 year old. Dr Jamie is hands down a great chiropractor. Adjustments did not know were possible. I’ve had a positive experience at this place. It’s nice that you can show up anytime and get care without an appointment. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I called other chiropractors before I chose to try The Joint. They either couldn’t get me in immediately or the chiropractor was out of town. It’s also affordable, if you don’t have insurance. It may even be the same price or cheaper than using insurance, based on what your co-pay is.

This place is the worst. I went to the one on 135th and Metcalf. They make you pay for a month even if you don’t use it. There are two small females that work there and neither one of them are strong enough to adjust my back. But yet they’re comfortable charging people a monthly fee for a job they can’t even complete. I stopped in because I've had numbness in my fingers and shoulder pain. Wow! Do I already feel better. I've gone only twice but my first session was comprehensive and Ieven received an email with stretching suggestions afterwards. Additionally, Dr. Paquette followed up the following day. The service has been above and beyond and for someone who doesn't have health insurance, it's also affordable. I'm SO pleased that I decided to stop in and highly recommend.

Disappointed with the lack of service I received. Made an appointment online. When I got there, I was expecting to fill out some paperwork, but they just asked if I had recently fallen or been in an accident. When I let them know that I was there for lower back pain and knee pain the front desk person quickly went to talk to the doctor. She came back and said that she would refer me to a different clinic because they aren’t able to help with extremities only the spine. I asked if they could try and address my lower back pain. She went back to talk to the doctor and I could hear him say just refer him away. Felt very dismissed.

I came in with some aching in my lower back. I explained to him what my issue was. When he was talking with me. I didn’t feel rushed. He listened to EVERYTHING I had to say and made my walk better as I left. I felt so much better after he aligned my back. The cracking of the back and neck is what got me. Debilitating hip pain thru my pelvis/ tailbone. Restricted/limited from prolonged standing walking or bending. Only relief from pain meds. After the 2nd visit marked pain reduction, able to do ADL'S "activities of daily life" with out severe pain. 8 visits left with the intention of continued visits as regular maintenance for my back. Love it here!! I go to help with my chronic pain from the car wrecks I've been in and if I just let it go unchecked the pain gets so bad to the point where I can't even walk and barely crawl but every time I go in I feel sluggish and don't have motivation to do anything but after I visit I feel the instant relief and it's like I have all the energy in the world!! I feel very lucky to have found the joint chiropractic & Dr.jamie! I have alot of back/neck/hip problems and when I came in for my first viset i was suffering from headaches and nauseas because of it. Dr.jamie explained to me what was going on a put me on a plan to take care of the problems I have. I really really appreciate that dr.jamie answers all my questions and explains in detail to me stretches and exercises I can do at home& in the gym to help my specific problems. Iv been to chiropractors before and it was more of a pop your back and get you In and out quickly with not alot of explaining or advice to improve the conditions your struggling with. My wife had been suffering from numbness in her left arm, after we were certain it wasn't cardiac related. I made an appointment for she and I. The adjustment immediately relieved my wife's discomfort. So 5 stars for that. Hopefully, they can do the same for me, I will update this review as a continue treatment, sadly. My back and neck are more like a very angry clinched fist, so my treatment will be ongoing for the foreseeable future. Lol They offer military/veteran discount and if treatment is ongoing, They provide a key card to sign in. Appointments are unnecessarand walk ins are encouraged. Dr Kris filled in for the regular doc, he did an amazing job?

Dr. Jamie is great. However, coming here can be pretty unpredictable. I’ve come in 3 separate times this past week when there’s been a new patient in front of me and the wait was 30+ minutes. Not the most convenient system. These days it seems like I can only get in if I come right as they’re opening, otherwise the wait is just too long.

Wasted time coming to this place just to be turned around the owner told us it would take only 35 minutes and I got there and we at least had 45+ to get the job done. My husband and I just moved to the area and this is the closest Joint to our new house. We became members in El Paso and let me tell you, this location is a cut above what we are used to. We were greeted by Pam who was super friendly. First off- I never leave reviews but this place just blew me away. My family and I have been to multiple Joint locations in different states and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Dr. Jamie and Christie- thank you so much for taking care of us and making us feel like family. Christie treated my kids like they were her own and Dr. Jamie made us feel comfortable about getting our toddler adjusted for the first time. I started my first adjustment with the Joint in Houston Tx in 2014/2015 not sure, while visiting my Sister.! At that time I was living in North Carolina and the joint had not made it there yet. We found The Joint as it was the only chiropractor open on a Friday and Saturday in the area. We absolutely could not have found a better place! My husband woke up to a pinched nerve in his neck and couldn't move his right arm at all or turn his head either way. Dr. Dawn saved the day! I had great experience. The first time I came it was like an urgent care visit because I had very bad lower back pain and I needed to get somewhere that day and it was black Friday so I knew there wouldn't be much open. So I got there and filled out paper work and thanked them at least three times for being able to get me in I saw doctor Dawn and she did some tests and felt around my back and she said that I had a twisted pelvis and I think a twisted spine too but I can't remember and she also told me that I was having a sciatica flare up. the next time I went I saw doctor Tucker and she's awesome too. Also the awesome thing is the first visit is free so I basically went as an urgent care visit that was free I totally recommend coming here if you have bad lower back pain or any back pain because these people are awesome.

Went there this morning! Went really good, they got a 79$ special you get 4 visits for the 79$ my last chiropractor was 40$ per visit. Not 100% better yet, but definitely feel a lot better after only 1 visit! Looking forward to my next visit!
