    I was suffering from chronic sacroiliac joint and sciatica pain so bad all I wanted to do every day was just go home, and lay down on my heating pad. I work on my feet five days a week so this pain made every workday feel so much longer and hard to handle. I was in a car accident a few years ago and I believe that built up into the pain I was in. My wonderful husband made my first appointment and even after the very first adjustment I felt worlds different! I had hip pain that would radiate to my thigh and I realized the other day I hadn’t had that pain in weeks! My quality of life is genuinely so much better! I have more brain space to think about other things than how much pain I’m in all the time. I genuinely can’t recommend The Joint Chiropractic enough.     They take the time to see where you need the adjusting. Very patient and knowledgeable. You will be asked many questions at first and it's just so they can get to know you and your history. Most places will just start twisting and turning you and not have a clue if it's beneficial or not.     I paid for my husband to have four chiropractic appointments as a birthday gift. I never signed any paperwork or physically visited the establishment, and I thought that my one-time payment was all that was required. A month later, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $79 on my card, so I called The Joint Chiropractor in Bowling Green, KY, to ask about it. The receptionist, “Kaitlyn”, informed me that my husband provided my card when he came in and signed up for a plan. Firstly, that's not true because I never give anyone my physical card, which is why I paid for his appointments online. Secondly, if he signed up for something—possibly without fully understanding the contract they don’t explain—wouldn't they need to verify the card and information instead of just focusing on getting paid? Kaitlyn claimed they don't do refunds and that I couldn't get my money back, and my card would continue to be on his file and charged the recurring fee. I explained that I did not approve of this and wanted my card removed from the file and a refund. I also requested for them to get his card information when he came back in, which he already told her he would. Unfortunately, she hung up on me while I was speaking. After calling back, she later claimed it was a disconnection, but I could hear her talking to other customers in the background. I asked to speak to her manager, but she said it was difficult to reach her. However, she could have her call me. It's strange how a manager is hard to contact but you can reach out to her the same day to call me back ?. Their customer service is a joke, and it seems they don’t care about their customers. If someone is repeatedly charging a card after being told/notified it is an unauthorized/unapproved charge for this account, that's potentially FRAUD and clearly you don’t care that you’re potentially committing it. Amanda (the manager), if you're reading this, I would appreciate it if you could reach out so we can discuss the poor customer service I experienced.

    I decided to try the joint chiropractic for my severe back pain. I was hoping for the best as they were the only ones who could get me in a lot sooner this week and have a lot of good reviews. As I checked in I was asked several brief questions about my care, concerns areas and goals. The employees were very nice and helpful but the experience I received wasn’t satisfactory, it wasn’t the best but it also wasn’t the worst. I walked in wanting to get the middle of my back adjusted as it was a 10 and has been getting worse with having to carry a big backpack for school but unfortunately that was the main thing that was skipped. I paid for my first exam and consultation only to feel disappointed and still in a lot of pain with no relief of any kind. I felt like with me having to pay and still not having any relief to my back or even being able to get it adjusted, I could have just waited until Thursday or Friday when the other chiropractors nearby could get me in and who actually take my insurance so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. The chiropractor did look at other areas that I mentioned but not the biggest complaint I had, which is very frustrating and disappointing because I’ll still have to go somewhere to get adjusted properly. They have a good business going with nice people but for someone who doesn’t make much and goes to school full time, it’s not the most affordable or best option since they don’t take insurance. At the end of the day it was a decent experience and I could be wrong, maybe they like to focus on the more important areas when you comeback but it was the main reason I came in today was for my back and I didn’t get that relief from getting it adjusted.

    I have had problems with my spine and joints my entire life. Dr Nathan explain the entire process to me as well as my custom treatment plan.     The place itself is nice and the pricing is really good. As for the adjustment... I spent probably about an hour total in there between the intake forms and discussing problem areas with the dr. The adjustment itself lasted 1 minute. It was the fasted adjustment I have ever had. Steps were skipped and my problem areas were not adressed the way they should have been. When my neck was being adjusted the dr just grabbed my head and cracked my neck. There was no aligning of my spine and making sure the vertebrae were in place before adjusting, literally just grab and go. I walked out of there feeling the same if not worse than when I went in. The worst chiropractic experience i have ever had.

    I always feel so much better when I leave. They have helped me with my sciatic pain. I did find out today that your visits don’t roll over to the next pay period. So I lost a visit that was already payed for. I wasn’t happy about that but now I know.

    My mom and I were VERY disappointed with this chiropractic office. My mother went in seeking help, but instead of offering care or support, they discouraged her simply because she has been to pain management. That felt unfair and dismissive. People turn to pain management because they are struggling, and to use that as a reason to turn someone away shows a real lack of compassion. My mother left feeling judged and hopeless rather than cared for. This is not how patients should be treated, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for genuine understanding or support.

    I decided to go and get adjusted and this is definitely the place to go! I was greeted by Alex and Gabby, they were very informative and amazing! Dr Blake was straight the point which i enjoyed. He told me what can help what I can do on my own. Overall an 11/10 visit. I was a walk in and was out within the visit 20-30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

    Gabby greeted me at the front desk and got me registered and signed in. She was very friendly and welcoming. The chiropractor (sorry, I don't remember his name) was also friendly and welcoming. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing at every step. He did a thorough sensory and motor assessment and diagnosed my problem. He treated me and set me up on a treatment plan. I'm very hopeful that I will stop being plagued by headaches. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.

    I’ve suffered from lower back pain for years. As a Firefighter for 30 years, I have put my body through all kinds of positions. As the owner of a Lawncare business for almost 25 years, riding on a mower for 8-12 hrs a day takes a toll also. I was mowing on 7-24 and I had had enough. Quit mowing and went to The Joint Chiro. After a brief assessment and adjustment, I left. The next morning I felt like a new man. I had not been pain free in a very long time.     Dr. Blake at The Joint in BG is wonderful. I started seeing him when I was around 18 weeks pregnant when my low back/sacral pain was making it difficult to walk! As my belly has grown, we use a pregnancy pillow so he can still do adjustments. My pain is improving and my mobility has improved as well! Highly recommend him! He’s also trained in the Webster technique that helps get your pelvis optimized for labor. The office staff is always super kind. I’m in and out super quickly without feeling rushed. 10/10 would recommend.

    I started seeing Dr. Blake when I found out my baby was breech and I was looking for a chiropractor who was certified in the Webster technique (a technique used to encourage breech babies to flip head down) at 35 weeks pregnant. I went to see Dr.Blake twice weekly for 2 weeks and it worked! My baby was head down by my appointment at 37 weeks. I’m so thankful for Dr.Blake and to avoid a c-section!

    Amazing. I use to take 2 Aleve everyday and go to a masseuse every 2 weeks but since I have been getting regular adjustments at the Joint I have not needed either anymore. Not just a savings in my pocket (massages are expensive!) but saving my stomach from the abuse of taking so many Aleve I was downing 2 in morning then 2 more before bed because of the pain.     Love going every week and being able to afford it. The front desk employees are great at remembering who I am and checking me in quickly. Dr. Metcalf has been an amazing chiropractor, my favorite actually and I have been going since I was kid. He was the only one to crack the "spot" in my neck that no one else could get. He recently went to another town and I saw Dr Miller twice so far, I must say he does an amazing job as well and also cracked that darn stubborn "spot" in my neck that gives me trouble from a car accident. I have had 3 bulging discs, 2 herniated and a curved spine. I never have had surgery or pain killers, only chiropractic. Sure I need the maintenance to keep from pain but it is so so worth it!! I walk, bend carry things and stay healthy because of it. I would recommend the joint. I love the convenience of walking in and them being open on Saturdays.

    I had an appointment at noon and had to wait while people who came in after me went ahead of me after I was told I was next. Only to be told I could not receive the adjustment I so desperately need. If I had a primary care physician I would have gone there first, but I don't, and now I fall through the cracks with no one to help me. Just my luck to get the girl who is only there a couple times a month, based on the reviews I wish I could have met Dr. Matt. If I want to pay for and receive adjustment, that's my right. But to be refused and left to feel helpless, not cool. Dr. Judon reached out to me and I now understand that she was just looking out for my best interest. It was probably the best thing actually, I may have delayed a trip to the E.R. further, and still be in pain. However, I am looking forward to a return visit to get the adjustment I so desperately crave! Now that my cooler head has prevailed... Thank you Dr. Judon, I appreciate you.

    Dr. Matt does an excellent job and appears to be very knowledgeable and the adjustments effective. Shelby at the front desk is a sweetheart and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you enter the door. I’ve had 4 adjustments now and am already feeling better. As far as I know there are 2 doctors and they use different methods but both made the pain subside substantially. Also, I like their membership plan that makes it affordable to see them as often as you need. The adjustments are quick so I just swing by during my lunch break.

    Dr Matt is great!! He is attentive and listens.. I felt great after receiving my adjustments and I can’t imagine life without them now that I’ve started.
