First, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Elmhurst College. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. After graduating, he started practicing chiropractic with The Joint Chiropractic team.

Through his graduate program, Dr. Matthew has learned about multiple different musculoskeletal conditions, that he deals with currently while at The Joint Chiropractic. Those conditions are migraine relief, sciatica pain, neck pain, and lower back pain that Dr. Matthew deals with through the use of manual manipulation. He’s also certified in The Webster Technique that specializes in treating pregnant patients.

Dr. Matthew says that the best thing about being a chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic is being able to help others: "I have never worked a single hour without feeling a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
