I wasn’t a huge fan of chiropractors, and I have been one other time (I was scared I’d end up paralyzed).
I was stuck on the couch for three weeks with migraines/intense head pressure to the point where I couldn’t function on a daily basis. Doctors couldn’t find anything after multiple visits so I came here on a last whim.
Dr.Scott got me aligned and fixed about 90% within a day, and after two more visits, I am fully functional again and able to continue on my days.

I wish I didn't move from Richmond KY. Richmond Dr. Was 10x better. Tried to go to the one here in Louisville and was in so much pain after the doctor there "working" on me. He barely did anything besides putting my back in pain. I'm canceling my services.

I am a GI doctor and have to operate a scope pretty much all day. That means I get a lot of pain in my hands. As a physician and father, I don't know when I will have time which means I hate appointments. Dr.Matthew is the best chiropractor in Louisvilr - 1 visit and my hand was better, I did not wait at all, and I was home in time to see my kids and pain free enough to play ball.

Right before I found the office I had been suffering for about two months with some nerve problem in my back that wouldn’t go away no matter what I did. I tried rolling my back, a massage gun, heat and cold remedies and nothing seemed to work. I wasn’t able to sleep or lay in a certain positions because of the shooting pain. Headaches started out of nowhere and even driving was becoming unbearable for me.
Tina was so sweet and reassured me of my appointment and answered any and all questions I had over the phone. I walked into the office not really expecting much, but Dr. Luke listened to my problems and knew exactly where and how to target my problem. As a little Asian woman with a small voice who struggles with voicing my concerns, he really took the time to make me feel welcomed and didn’t dismiss me at all. By the initial visit I was pretty skeptical, but did feel some relief on my back. I was able to sleep that night. After the third visit my back pain had completely disappeared and I sleep so much better again. No matter what position I sit or lay in now I don’t feel the pain in my back anymore. At this point I do go in regularly just because of work and needing release every so often. I used to be a regular self-cracker and since my first visit I don’t even do it anymore. Every time I go in Dr. Luke, Tina & Cass all remember me and check up to see how I’m doing and all of our conversations. I genuinely love this place. It might sound a little cliche, but after trying a different chiropractic office before, I definitely feel like this place actually cares and the mutual respect here, aside from the real relief, is really the main reason why I choose to keep coming back.

My chiropractor retired last year. I have not been since. I was so out of adjustment, I could not walk or stand up straight. It is a very cozy environment but still very professional and I receive great care and always feel like I was adjusted well. If I slack off on coming or I get too busy I always receive contact from them to make sure I continue my treatment plan for the best results. The plan is effective and a lot cheaper than going anywhere else. 100% recommend

I have been to a lot of chiropractors in my life, The Joint has a different approach than most. Their concept is to be convenient and quick while still giving effective care for neck and back pain management.
I went to a few locations of The Joint in Utah and I was not that impressed, but so far this office has been very effective as a part of my pain management plan. Dr Luke is very kind, thorough, and really cares about helping me get back to where I was functionally. He wrote out a treatment plan, gave me an extra visit when I paid for the wellness plan so I could come twice a week, and even called me the day after my first visit to see how I was feeling. The front desk staff was very friendly as well!

I travel a lot in the car to multiple states and have a lot of back problems. I am a long time member of the joint and I was so excited to hear that this office was opening. I happened to walk in on the first day it was open and the staff was so friendly and nice! They helped me when I was in a lot of pain and I will be coming back here every time I am in Louisville. Y’all must come to this location and sign up to be a joint member. If you have any pain in the body, this is the best spot to take that pain away.
