    I paid $55 for my first visit since Dr. Keith left, and it will be my last. The new chiropractor came across as arrogant, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to anything I had to say. Throughout the appointment, he talked down to me and acted like he knew my body better than I did. One example was a shoulder test where he first pushed down on my arm with all his strength, then after a quick adjustment barely applied any pressure and acted as if he’d performed some miracle. It felt more like a demonstration than actual patient care. After one final condescending remark, I grabbed my belongings, told them I would never be back, and walked out. Earning the title of “Doctor” doesn’t give anyone the right to treat patients with disrespect. The only positive part of my visit was the receptionist, who was kind and professional. I genuinely feel bad for her.

    *I was told by the Manager and one of the receptionists that the owner of The Joint Chiropractic in Weymouth is aware that the last owner was fired/forced to sell the business because he was signing people up for “The wellness plan” for a recurring monthly payment of $89 per month and not letting them know..*. I was charged for five months and was unaware and never went there. I just want my money back. Per the receptionist there and the “manager” that I spoke with “hundreds” of people have been coming forward saying the same thing happened to them that happened to me…. I went to Joint Chiropractic in Weymouth in September of 2025. I was told I was paying $89 for 8 visits. I was never told the payment was reoccurring every month. I did sign a form but was told it was just a one time payment. It’s now March 2026 I realized last week that they have been taking $89 dollars a month since then. I had not stepped foot in the office since September. I went to the office and spoke with the receptionist. She said multiple people have went in there and said same thing happened to them. New ownership took over as of November last year and they are aware people are getting billed every month and have no idea. The receptionist told me the manager or owner would reach out to me. I never heard from anyone. I called there and a different receptionist told me her boss would call me and I never heard anyone still. STAY AWAY! Again, they’re aware that people were lied to by whoever worked there before and they just keep taking your money. Anyone who does still go there should make sure they aren’t getting billed every month if they didn’t want that. I’ll give them another day or two to call me and if I don’t hear from them I’ll be going down there again to speak with someone. I’ll keep everyone updated about these unethical people.. Update: I was not offered to review anything. I was told it was a one time time payment, which I had no reason to not believe and was asked to sign. I left my phone number with both people I spoke with at the office when I went in and called. The office is aware this happened to a lot of people and not doing anything about it. I spoke with manager. She is supposed to be getting back to me.

    Yesterday, I went to this location. Dr. Don was unbelievably excellent. He searched for the problem and found it. I'm going to need a right hip replacement and Dr. Don made corrections with how my back was pathologicaly compensating to cause problems.     I've been to a number of different chiropractors (some good some bad) over the years for a variety of problems but I hadn't been to one in a long time. So a few months ago I tried a local, well-established chiropractor near where I live and after an extensive workup and interview I was just hugely disappointed with no manual adjustments(??) despite this being precisely what I had explained as needing desperately. So I gave up my search up until a few weeks ago, which was when I found The Joint Chiropractic practice in Weymouth and figured I would give them a shot. Their prices and membership approach seemed too good to be true so I went in as a skeptic. But they have been the best decision I have made for myself in 10+yrs!! It's incredible! Dr. Keith has been a legitimate miracle worker for me but it's their system that is the most impressive to get the kind of chiropractic care you need. After your initial assessment/adjustment you can sign up for $89/month and get 7 visits your first month and 4 a month after that, with just $10 each visit anything above that!! They run it almost like a gym where you walk in (no appts) and scan your keycard to be put in next in line but I've been three times already and have never waited more than 10min for a complete adjustment to what I've specifically described (they listen!) as my needs. I actually felt giddy after just my 2nd visit because Dr. Keith had already started to relieve pain and stiffness that I had been suffering for more than a decade! Each visit is easier and easier to get right to the source and I'm looking forward to more because I now know that after they help me through these more critical weeks that I will definitely be staying on as a monthly member for regular chiropractic maintenance at about $20 a visit!

    If anybody needs Chiropractic care then I strongly suggest “The Joint chiropractic” in Weymouth. They are in the same mall as Marshalls and Whole Foods. Unbelievably reasonable pricing, and the chiropractor on site was knowledgeable and thorough. No need to make appointments as it’s a walk-in service. He told me that you usually will never wait longer than 10 to 15 minutes. This held true today in my case. If you do a two month commitment at $79 per month it is seven visits included. Or, just $29 for a single visit. Super nice space and modern. Easy parking. Very pleasantly surprised! Two thumbs up. The owner, Keith, also very kind and accommodating!

    This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor. Checking in couldn't be simpler - the office seems to be walk-ins only, but that didn't stop me from being seen within a few minutes. The office was completely clean and nicely appointed as well. There's ample parking and a stop for the 226 bus right outside the shopping center. Dr. Keith was great as well. He explained things pretty well, though he was speaking quite fast, almost to the point that I had trouble keeping on (as a fast talker, I'm guilty of this too lol). The actual adjustment itself was great as well. I have both a personal and family history of back problems, and pain, especially in my lower back, is a constant, so it was nice to finally get a break from the pain. I'm definitely noticing some reduced pain in my back, and better motion in my neck. Point being, I really enjoyed my experience here, and $29 for my first time was a STEAL considering the quality-of-life improvement. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try.

    Since starting my regular chiropractic care, I've noticed an incredible difference in my mobility. Prior to weekly care, I was constantly stiff and walking slightly hunched.     I travel a good deal internationally and in the continental US and have been to a number of Joint Chiropractic centers.     My husband and I began going to The Joint shortly after he threw out his back. In our early-mid 30's we're realizing we need to put a little more focus on preventative care, mobility, etc. in order to stay healthy and active. The Joint and Doctor Keith specifically have been incredibly welcoming to us both.     Wasn’t able to move, went in for a walk in appointment and they were super nice and attentive. I then had to continue to go back for days is a row. After a few appointments I was able to move and get back to daily activities. Adjusted everything back, shoulders, neck, hips, ankles, knees, arms, and hands.     This place is the best in the area for chiropractic care. The office is always clean and spotless. Front desk staff is friendly, and helpful in explaining all services/pricing. One of my favorite parts about this office is you can be treated by walking in, an appointment isn’t needed. Dr Keith took the time to explain his practices, and listen to me talk about my health history. After a couple visits my back and neck are already feeling better!
