This will probably only work temporarily, but it will be a lot of fun and make you feel so good. Laughing helps to produce the happy chemical in the brain, much like exercise. Laughing really makes both the body and brain feel alive and well. It won’t eliminate pain completely, but laughing regularly will help keep you healthy and happy.
