Dr. Brady Miers joined The Joint Chiropractic in 2022 where he does the rewarding work of helping people as their local healthcare provider.

“The best thing about being in the chiropractic field is being able to provide patients with pain relief without pharmaceuticals or other traditional pain management to help restore a patient’s quality of life,” he says. “Another great thing is interacting with patients and getting to know them.”

Dr. Miers, as he is known to patients, has two dogs -- a black Labrador retriever named Bruce that plays like he’s still a puppy, and Samson, a protective Belgian Malinois that has “more energy than the Energizer Bunny.” In his spare time he continues doing renovations to his house and he enjoys woodworking, riding his motorcycle, and hunting.

Originally from the St. Louis area, Dr. Miers stayed in his home state for college. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Missouri and a Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan University.

Dr. Miers felt called to the chiropractic field at the age of 19 after playing football for more than 10 years. “I could hardly stand more than 10 minutes at a time,” he says. “I sought out treatment and wanted to stay away from taking medication or surgery, so I did some research and decided to try chiropractic. Within just a few adjustments I felt like I had my quality of life back. Within a year I was able to do things I hadn’t been able to do for years and I could stand for any length of time without pain.”

In Case You Didn’t Know

One thing Dr. Miers always has on hand is electrolyte powder. “We all know we are supposed to drink plenty of water, but it’s hard to always stay hydrated with the busy lives we all lead,” he says. “Electrolytes is one way for me to get proper hydration and keep me feeling well.”

When Dr. Miers imagines the ideal dinner party, his guests include comedy actors Melissa McCarthy, Ryan Reynolds, Robin Williams, and Aubrey Plaza.

The most memorable thing he’s ever done is a biking/backpack trip through the mountains in Idaho with his grandfather. “The Pacific Northwest has some of the most breathtaking nature the United States has to offer,” he says, “and spending that time with my grandpa is something I will always cherish and never forget.”

Originally from Arnold, MO, she was first drawn to healthcare because of the opioid epidemic, wanting to provide a drug-free alternative for pain relief and overall wellness.

Dr. Meghan attended Southeast Missouri State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training with a minor in Spanish in 2020. She later graduated from Logan University in 2023 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She joined The Joint Chiropractic in 2025, appreciating the welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to help more people through regular chiropractic care.

As a former athlete, Dr. Meghan discovered chiropractic at 22 years old, and her first adjustment was a life-changing experience that set her on the path to becoming a chiropractor. Now, she loves seeing her patients regain mobility, independence, and overall well-being.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Meghan enjoys hiking, gardening, and cooking—always looking for new hobbies to explore! She is a proud member of Omega Sigma Phi. Her mini Australian Shepherd, Baloo, is her constant companion and the best adventure buddy.

Her fridge is never without charcuterie essentials—especially cheeses and jams. If she could host a dream dinner party, she’d invite her best friend and sister-in-law Kaylee, actress Gal Gadot, her favorite actor Heath Ledger, and baseball player Harrison Bader.

Dr. Meghan is also an avid traveler, and one of her most memorable experiences was seeing wild horses at Assateague Island National Seashore and hiking the breathtaking Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

For 15 years, she owned and operated restaurants, where she developed a deep understanding of nutrition and healthy living. Her interest in chiropractic began during her first pregnancy, when regular chiropractic care became an essential part of her health routine. With each visit, she became more fascinated by how chiropractic helped people, and her own chiropractor encouraged her to pursue the profession. This inspiration led her to earn degrees in Life Sciences, Nutrition, and ultimately her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2019.

Since joining The Joint in 2022, Dr. Emily has loved the ability to help a wide variety of people—from her regular patients to those just passing through town in need of relief. She has spent her chiropractic career serving the St. Louis area, focusing on helping her patients achieve their best health.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Dr. Emily riding bikes, cooking, traveling, and constantly learning new things. She’s also an active member of her church community. At home, she enjoys the company of her goldendoodle, Maybel.

She starts each day with a protein shake made with coconut milk, a must-have staple in her fridge. If she could host the perfect dinner party, she’d invite her grandparents, her mother-in-law (whom she never had the chance to meet), and her best friend, Sheri, who left a lasting impact on her life.

As for the coolest thing she’s ever done? That adventure is yet to come—Dr. Emily and her family are set to travel to Europe this summer, a trip filled with new experiences and unforgettable memories in the making.

Growing up as a competitive dancer, Dr. Natalie suffered a significant back injury during her junior year of high school that left her in excruciating pain and unable to even touch her toes. Through precise and thorough chiropractic care, she was able to return to dancing almost immediately. That experience made a lasting impact and is what inspired her to pursue chiropractic care as a profession so she could help others who find themselves in similar situations.

Dr. Natalie completed her education at Jefferson College and Logan University, earning an Associate of Arts, a Bachelor of Science in Life Science, and ultimately her Doctorate of Chiropractic..

One of the things she values most about chiropractic care is watching patients find pain relief and improve their health without the use of prescription medications. She also appreciates The Joint’s model, especially the flexibility and accessibility it offers patients, knowing how difficult it can be to plan appointments far in advance with busy schedules.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Natalie enjoys trying new restaurants around the St. Louis area with her boyfriend, spending time with family, and unwinding with reality TV. She is also a proud dog mom to her 10-pound Havanese–poodle mix, who she proudly calls her best friend.

Her fridge is never without hot sauce, a must-have for someone who loves spicy food and considers herself a true condiments enthusiast.

One of the most unforgettable experiences of her life was hiking the mountains near Granby, Colorado to the Fraser River, where she fished for rainbow trout and watched wildlife like elk and bears. “The hike was hard, but the views were amazing,” she says—a true once-in-a-lifetime experience.
