To allow enough time for a thorough new patient experience, new patients should plan to arrive more than one hour before lunch hours or closing.

Your first visit includes a consultation, exam, clinical assessment, and adjustment with a licensed doctor of chiropractic. During this visit, your chiropractor will review your health history, talk with you about your lifestyle and care goals, and evaluate how your body moves. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and the doctor was super informative and you can tell there is a high level of care for the patient. During my assessment, he was thorough yet nonjudgmental about my poor habits that led to my visit. During the adjustment he was attentive, frequently checking in to ensure I wasn't in pain. I went to see Dr. Jay for the first time about 2 years ago. I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Soon after, I was able to sit and sleep! It was bad! I awas in so much pain that even the slightest movement caused a tension headache. After completing all the paperwork, I was taken to the back. Dr. Caleb took his time to explain what was going on with my body, even using a replica of a spine to visually demonstrate. Once he understood where my pain was coming from, he immediately began treatment. Although the sound of my body cracking was quite scary, his comforting demeanor made me laugh throughout the entire session. I felt immediate relief. Both he and the receptionist explained all the packages and specials they had to offer, and set me up with a plan to get back in shape. I would definitely recommend this place; the staff is very professional and knowledgeable, and the facility is very clean.

Dr.Jay and Dr.Caleb are very kind and understanding. I’m a waitress, the wear and tear on my back / shoulders was catching up to me. I also recently had a baby, so the wear and tear from late nights and feeding her was REALLY getting at my back. I had never been to a chiropractor, it was kind of scary at first. They were able to fill me in on any questions I asked and put my nerves at ease. Thankfully they are great listeners and I was able to get relief within my first visit. We’re 4 visits in, and my back has never felt better. Plus Jamie, the receptionist, is the kindest woman I’ve ever met! Give her a raise! After you make an account with them they’ll give you a scan card, so you just walk in, scan your card and then you’re going straight back to be adjusted if no one is waiting in the waiting room. Very convenient for someone who’s constantly on the go. The doctor even called the following day after my first appointment to check up on me. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place!

I've been to a handful of chiropractors in my life (and not the good kind), but The Joint CWE is by far the best place I've been! Dr. Jay Tosh and his entire team have been extremely kind and helpful since day one, and accepting of my gender identity. I come here with my friend/coworker every Tuesday during lunch. Dr. Jay is excellent; I saw Dr. Caleb once as well, he is also excellent. Both of them adjusted my first rib which I always seem to have an issue with. Dr. Jay also does a massage/release technique on my scalenes which provide significant relief/pain reduction of my chronic neck pain. Highly recommend. The business model of the joint is perfect and allows for accommodation of people with chronic pain, inconvenient work schedules, and/or limited time. Of all the locations in the city and metro areas, this one has consistently capable staff. I am very pleased with this location.

They don’t take walk-ins. This location will close its doors and decide what days and what hours to work. Don’t just assume that they are open. Make sure to call beforehand. I’m a “crack addict” that loves being adjusted (cracked). When I was pregnant with twins I HAD to be adjusted 2-3 times a week. I started my wellness plan back in July I believe at this location. I called in and spoke to the Dr about what kind of adjustments he provides. I was looking for a Y adjustment and he was very thorough in asking me about my history and actually taking the time to hear me. Since this location was 30lbs away from home, I would go to other locations closer and they didn’t compare. It wasn’t the best experience at the Wentzville location because it felt like it was super quick and when I mentioned the Y adjustment I was brushed off and adjusted quickly and sent on my way. I make sure to take the time for myself and wellness by driving the extra few miles to get better quality adjustments! This location definitely gives The Joint Chiropractic a good name!

I recommend The Joint CWE for anyone who wants a pleasant, empowering, and informative experience with a chiropractic office. I have a lot of friends and family I tell about Dr. Jay and they tell me horror stories of other chiros they’ve seen in the past. Not only is The Joint a totally different business model than what we are used to, but Cam behind the counter is a totally different wellness coordinator than who you usually find in a chiropractic office. She makes it so lovely in the waiting area! I’m always in such great spirits even before i see the doc! As far as wellness care, I’ve had a membership plan for a long time and I never regret it. I can pop in whenever it’s conviennent for my schedule and get a quick adjustment 4 times a month and that’s plenty for me! If I need any more adjustments, they are just $10 a month. EVERYTHING is painless! It’s a no brainer to go!

Been going to The Joint Chiropractor for a year now. I appreciate the low cost $79 for 4 sessions a mth. Additional session cost $10. I think it’s a good price. I am a software engineer and I sit at my desk looking at multiple screens for 8-12hrs a day. And the location is super convenient. I can drive over in 5min. Get a quick adjustment 15-25min. And drive home and get back to work. So I really need a good back and neck cracking.

I started coming to The Joint after throwing my back out a few times in a couple weeks and being left unable to move much, and it’s been the best decision. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctors are personable and make me feel comfortable asking questions and figuring out what works for me. I’ve had a major improvement in mobility and general pain and always feel much better after my adjustments. They don’t take insurance but the pricing is still affordable and reasonable and there are different monthly or package plans to choose from, which are great for busy schedules. You even get a discounted first visit. I also greatly appreciate that you don’t have to schedule your visits once you get started. Working 8-5 M-F makes scheduling appointments in general difficult but The Joint being open past 5pm and letting you come when it’s convenient is amazing for me. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience so far and highly recommend them.
