We know your schedule is full, so our care is designed to be both effective and efficient. Your first visit may take up to 45 minutes to an hour, which gives you time to complete initial paperwork while the doctor evaluates your needs and begins care based on your condition, goals, and treatment plan. After that, follow-up visits are usually just five to 10 minutes. Because our doctors focus on the specific adjustments your body needs at each visit, care can be streamlined without losing its effectiveness. By staying consistent with the treatment plan recommended for your needs and long-term goals, it becomes easier to get the right care at the right time and keep moving through your day with less disruption.

To allow enough time for a thorough new patient experience, new patients should plan to arrive more than one hour before lunch hours or closing.

Your first visit includes a consultation, exam, clinical assessment, and adjustment with a licensed doctor of chiropractic. During this visit, your chiropractor will review your health history, talk with you about your lifestyle and care goals, and evaluate how your body moves. This may include a posture assessment, gait assessment, hands-on exam, range of motion review, and other movement-based checks to better understand areas of pain, restriction, or imbalance.

This was, without question, the worst experience I have had with a chiropractor. I came in with a migraine and made that clear immediately, hoping for a focused and considerate approach. Instead, Dr. Ciro spoke loudly and at length, with no regard for my condition or comfort. I specifically asked if he could listen to my current concern, especially since in previous visits he has consistently talked over me and I leave without full adjustment or resolution. That pattern continued during this appointment. Rather than addressing my immediate issue, he repeatedly emphasized his years of experience and insisted he knew best, while refusing to listen to what I was actually asking for. I made a simple request to proceed with the adjustment, but he continued talking and challenging me throughout the entire visit, which only added to my discomfort. There were also serious concerns regarding care decisions. He refused to adjust my cervical area, where I have a natural fusion and no hardware, stating he did not want to risk injury. However, he proceeded with a manual adjustment on my lumbar spine, where I do have surgical hardware clearly documented in my records. That inconsistency was both confusing and concerning. This experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and belittling. I left in pain, without resolution to my original concern, and with less confidence in the care provided. I would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking attentive, patient centered care.

Although the Providers are not equally engaged and motivated, some are Really exceptionally good ! The concept of THE joint is great for acute and subacute issues , they need to figure out the needs for long term comprehensive non fragmented care ! If that occurs I would give them 5 stars ! Dr. Ciro Ghiraldi’s adjustment was nothing short of amazing. I had been dealing with right shoulder pain for two weeks and had just been adjusted the day before without much relief. Dr. Cooper was absolutely amazing and saved my vacation in Vegas!! I had the worst lower back muscles spasms but he lined up my back, and I was able to go out immediately and sit at a slot machine after wearing a back brace. Frank at the front desk was friendly Knowledgeable and efficient he got me in and out very quickly! He knew I was headed back to work after and so he got everything I needed to Join all ready to go … making it I quick and easy! Dr. Cooper was also amazing! As a new patient going in for maintenance and a few problem areas in my neck and upper back shoulder blade area. I was amazed how quickly he pin pointed EXACTLY where my pain in my right shoulder was (without me leading him to it) I guess it was a rib that was stuck out fairly far out of place that was causing the discomfort. Just finished signing up and having my first adjustment, leaving so impressed from start to finish here I am leaving a review in my car!!. I had so much pain in my left hip I could not put weight on my left leg. This started as a small popping noise one morning when I got up. It progressed to unbelievable pain . My hip was whacked out and killing me for 2.5 months and needed help. I visited the Dr and he asked me to get an Xray. I have multiple myeloma and I am recovering. So after 3 long weeks and lots of pain, my xrays came in and they were avaliable and I went in to see the Dr. He was very cautious ⚠️ with my hip and his treatment. He went to work. I heard a pop and had relief. Then a stretch, range of motion movement that hurt but gave instant relief. It felt so good. After ten to twenty minutes he popped my hip again and this time it was instant pain relief. Feeling the rush of blood to the joint was like a healing honey. The sensation was so incredibly good, that I teared up and started crying. For an x seal who has had many injuries this means something. There is no doubt that with his treatment I will recover to my young 66 year old healthy self. The Dr is a miracle worker, and I am so thankful for his incredible skill and tender care. Thank you.

Dr. Ciro is gentle but firm. Putting me instantly at ease. He has a different method of putting the neck back into alignment that does not entail the traditional methods and I absolutely adore the way the tension immediately lessens. This was an awesome experience. One location had to close down due to an emergency. The doctor had to leave so this location was packed when I got there. I did not realize how busy they were until I got in the back. Meghan was at the front desk and she professionally checked everyone in Dr. Ciro was alone, but he professionally tended to everyone’s needs. Everyone got the time they needed. He was professional and humorous, and took the edge off of people having to wait. I think I had to wait 20 minutes because they were five people ahead of me, but I was happy to wait because of their professionalism and care he went above and beyond to take care of my needs as a 60 year-old out of warranty, old man I truly appreciate his care. I’m going to go back to him Thursday. I am traveling to Vegas this week and have to return home to Upland and wish he was our doctor big kudos to the team of Megan and Dr.Ciro

So a week ago I went to top golf.. on the down swing to drive a ball I felt something terrible in my middle upper back area.. It hurt to breathe deep breaths… I couldn’t sneeze for the pain was so excruciating I would get light headed.. days passed and one thing after another I was too busy to do something about it but it hurt so bad.. Finally yesterday Dr. Cooper was to my rescue! I had had enough.. THE PAIN! I found the Joint on Yelp, it was open I decided to venture over there. Upon entering I was greeted by a very friendly admin person.. Explained my issue, filled out some stuff on an IPad for clerical work and then I was led to the back area. I witnessed a couple people get some adjustments and then it was my turn. Dr Cooper was super professional.. Asked me why I didn’t go to a specialist for my issue, I didn’t have an answer. He checked my back & ribcage.. Told me he could adjust me but it may not feel very well. I accepted and laid down an assumed the position I was directed to do. Dr Cooper pressed down AND POP!!! Immediately I felt something terrible much better..! I almost teared up in my eyes out of happiness for the pain being gone. I cannot thank Dr Cooper enough. I came in on 11/17 in an extreme amount of pain. I am 17 weeks pregnant and was in Las Vegas for a family vacation. We got there 30 minutes until close so I understand cutting it short but a pregnant women walks in and you can tell I was in an extreme amount of pain and they refused me. There was absolutely zero people in the back or waiting. I just needed help and they were the only place open. I asked to use the restroom and the doctor was sitting in the back not doing anything. The girl at the front desk wasn’t the kindest and didn’t seem sympathetic whatsoever. When someone comes to you, in pain, pregnant, and clearly in need of help why would you refuse them?

I was in misery with my back pain but I got significantly better by one treatment. Dr. Cooper examined and explained what was happening to me. I had a rib fracture, due to another chiropractor, scared to let anyone touch me for a while, but I was desperate for relief, a friend of mine at work told me to see this guy Dr cooper, he is super gentle, well I went and it changed my life, for a year I was in pain and Dr. Cooper did his magic, she wasn’t wrong he was super gentle, nothing like my other chiropractor which she was super ruff with me, he is the reason I can go back to work and feel like my self again. They don’t care about you. Keep this in mind before joining. For the last year I’ve had an awful experience with the Joint. While reception and the chiropractors were polite and helpful while there, the overall experience of the company has been a tremendous disappointment. Despite the friendly customer facing staff, the adjustments were lacking what they used to be. It was clear the care was rushed. It made me question the effectiveness and safety of the adjustment as the chiropractors went to turning and burning their patients due to lack of locations and doctors resulting in extremely longer than average wait times (sometimes an hour for a client). My husband cancelled his membership at the first sign of these issues over a year ago after being a member for many years. I stayed being hopeful as I was a member for around 5 years. I regret not trying to cancel sooner. Regardless, I was still paying fully for my visits yet my adjustments were delayed or rescheduled. I often visited two locations a week to find out both were closed every single time upon arrival. This made it difficult with my work schedule and availability. There was no communication or update from the business regarding the changes they were making. I felt incredibly inconvenienced and frustrated. The most frustrating part is that I was still paying for my membership without receiving any services. To add to this frustration I was unable to cancel my membership unless I did so in person, despite the businesses being closed. Despite numerous attempts on MY end I have yet to receive a refund or a proper explanation. The issues I can assume stem from greedy corporate management where they could care less about their customers or staff. After no communication for months I finally got a call from the Joint that they couldn’t take my payment and requested I update it over the phone! After months of no calls that I made going through to them you bet I do get a call when they can’t collect. I was furious! I’m extremely disappointed with the Joint. I regret referring family and friends there which I will be taking back. The corporate mismanagement has lost all my trust in the Joint. I will not be doing business with them again.

Pedro forced me to write a 5 star review. If you want to go home WITHOUT pain, better than you came and wanting more, then maybe you should consider coming to see Dr. Cooper and his team. If it means anything, I’ve followed Pedro and Dr. Cooper from the Blue Diamond location - because well, I love them and my weekly tune-ups keep my neck spasms at bay. They’re stuck with me for the entire year! (This is my 3rd year) Seriously tho, it’s crack-and go, you’re in and out. The wait isn’t usually more than 35-ish minutes at the longest. Lunch breaks/closed from 2-2:45 on weekdays and 10a -4p on sat/sun. But please don’t come and increase the wait time, I don’t want it to be busy here (lol).

Closed yet again. 11:21 am 5/4/2024 - This place has been closed 10+ times during business hours over the last 6 months. I know thus place has had some staffing issues this last month , but they had “new” hours posted on the door and google was updated to the “new” hours. Today I checked and google showed it was open. So I thought maybe they figured out the staffing issues. I get here. The sign they taped to the door about “new” hours was taken off. But the door was locked and lights were off. I followed Dr, Julie when she moved to this location. My biggest reason is because she listens to my concerns and adjusts me as needed. When I was first diagnosed with an injury I developed from the Covid shot - she was always offering me positive kudos when I needed them - especially when I felt overwhelmed with the issues that I encountered as my DRs were figuring out to help me. Her bedside manner is excellent and the front desk team here is fantastic. I have run a customer service department for a long time and I always go into businesses that valve my business and offer wonderful customer service and this location fits the bill.

Apparently they won’t take new patients an hour before closing???? Super rude front desk staff. Their website advertises over and over again that they accept walk ins, except for when you walk in AN ENTIRE HOUR before closing and they refuse to take you because the staff doesn’t want to do their job. This clinic does not care about their clients and they would rather see you in pain than help you. Disgusting practice. Highly recommend NuSpine instead, they have better new client specials and they actually help you.

I am writing this review to rave about my first adjustment from Dr. Julie. I have been getting adjustments for over 10 years and she is by far the BEST i have been to. Her anterior adjustment was so perfect, (this technique is my gold standard when being adjusted) putting a smile on my face as I hear the simultaneous cracking sound, hitting all my major issues at once. Update! I still disagree agree with a lot of the reviews for this location. Julie is kind and thoughtful, but the adjustment left me debilitated and uncomfortable for weeks. Julie did call and do the right thing by having having my visit refunded, which I do appreciate!! First of all don't bribe your patients to leave 5 star reviews on Google. Everyone knows how to leave a review on Google if they feel inclined too, they will. Your walk-in appt schedule is atrocious and when people "pre-pay" for your services, you can't keep changing your lunch schedules or just leave "because I wasn't feeling well." Peoples time is precious and this place could care less. There has not been one time in the past 2 months where I didn't wait for almost an hour for a 1 minute appt. I came today 10/28, arrived at 1:28, this was after they announced at the beginning of the month that weekend lunches were 1 to 130. But today it was 130 to 2. Regardless, not taking someone back that has already paid for your services, rather it made you 1 or 2 minutes late for your lunch is unprofessional. The guy working the desk needs to check on customer service. I am willing to give up 2 services already paid for than deal with the headache

I am a huge fan of Dr. Julie. I always thought of going to a chiro as a drag and it took so long to be seen, until I found this place. 5 minute interactions and cracks are amazing. I’m a new patient here and I really like it so far. The new patient procedure was very easy and I was up and running within 10 minutes. Dr. Julie has been great. I’ve had a stiff back for far too long and probably should have addressed it a lot sooner but I know I’m on the road to recovery just based on how I feel after the adjustments that I received to date. The shining star of my entire experience at The Joint has been Dee at the front desk. She was amazing during the intake process and is always welcoming and in a good mood. It has blown me away that when I walk in, she welcomes me by name after only a few visits. With the amount of people that she sees I found this to be pretty incredible. A huge bonus for me regarding The Joint is that you don’t need an appointment to go get adjusted. With my crazy schedule, this is one less thing I have to worry about scheduling. I suffer from chronic migraines to the point where 800 ibuprofen became almost a daily “vitamin” for me. One pill used to work and now I have to take more and still didn’t get rid of it completely. Friend of mine recommended I try a chiropractor. So I went on yelp and found The Joint. I came in skeptical but I was suffering with a migraine and was desperate. Came in, filled out a form, went in. She knew exactly what she was doing. I came out of that office with no pain whatsoever. NO sign of a headache from the last three days I was suffering after ONE session. I got on a plan with Dr. Julia and so excited with this new freedom from pain. I've gone to the joint for well over 11yrs. At this branch I see doctor JoJo she is absolutely fantastic. I'm very picky on who I let adjust my back! She knows what she's doing I trust her and when I'm in pain she can make it go away!! The joint has some great price structures I would definitely recommend one of the wellness. They're affordable they don't mess with insurance which is one reason their prices are so good. I can go to any joint or in any other state and get great care. If I could give them more than five stars I really would, they deserve 10. My second favorite location is the sunset location. But you really can't go wrong with any location. The joint has me as a customer/ patient for life!

Dr Julie is simply the best! She listens to your needs and adjusts accordingly. I try to keep my spine in line by going in for routine maintenance. Dr Julie uses gentle techniques that don’t aggravate my body. Sometimes my body will be out of whack and she will work on those issues and even suggest stretches or ice at home! The Joint Chiropactor has locations all over the US. That’s important to someone like me who travels a lot. I have access to care wherever I go! $79 a month is a better deal than my medical insurance offers! However, they don’t open till 10 am and I don’t care to leave the house in Vegas during the summer. One option I discovered was to put my membership on hold during the summer. There is no charge for this service. I can start up whenever I want!

I want to start off by saying that Dr. Dami, who is now at the Tropicana location, is worth the drive. Unless you're looking for aggressive treatment, avoid this clinic. My review is lengthy but I feel it's important to share. I have never been one to talk negatively on chiropractic treatment; I've always been the person to see a chiropractor over a clinic doctor for pretty much any symptom... But after my last visit at this location, seeing Dr. Julie, I am beginning to understand why some people are traumatized and swear against chiropractors. Dr. Julie hardly assessed me prior to adjustment. She just asked what was bothering me, then got straight to cracking with little to no palpating. She proceeded to give me a fairly standard adjustment, having me lay face up and placing her fist under my back to adjust ... However, it felt like she laid her entire weight into me and shifted her fist up and adjusted my back in 3 different places this way without a breath in between. It was like having the air pressed out of me. Once she released me i experienced an overwhelming amount of pain throughout my entire back, I had to pause for a moment because I couldn't rest my back out of an arched position... She then moved to my neck , and again, she just adjusted quickly without time for me to relax and let a breath out. I'm used to that feeling of a little release of lactic acid after an adjustment, but this just hurt, and my neck felt hot afterward. Even the hip adjustment was a rough experience, she put my calves between her thighs and used her whole body to yank my legs like she was trying to remove them. Everything was extremely rushed and aggressive through the whole visit, and I was the only person in the clinic at the time. Since my adjustment I've experienced excessive drowsiness, and an unexplainable array of symptoms, that ended up with me unconscious and having to visit the ER. After several tests the ER left me with more questions tham answers. I can't confidently say that the events following the adjustment are related, but as a healthy 26-year-old with no medical history, and no recent feelings of illness, I can't think of what else would've made me feel this way.

I've been visiting this Joint location for several years. I loved Drs. Chen and Dami, and I was sorry to see them go. I have to say, however, that I'm really pleased with the care I'm getting from Dr. Julie. She's thorough and attentive. She's strong too, so she has no problem with the more difficult adjustments. Oh, and Dr. Julie also gets bonus points for her good humor. Go see her. You'll be in good hands.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year. Been getting adjusted for over 20 years. Needless to say I’ve been very picky with my chiropractors, and dealt with mediocre adjustments here and there out of necessity. Dr Julie it’s ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Literally one of the most beneficial chiropractors I’ve met and truly knows what she’s doing. On top of my regular upkeep and scoliosis, I had a headache this morning and she tried a new adjustment for my neck….needless to say it was gone almost immediately. I could go on and on but you need to come give her a shot, 100% recommend.

Dr Hines and Dr Dami are wonderful! They listen and adjust accordingly. Since they were moved to clinics on the other side of town, I have visited the Eastern and Richmar location once. I was very specific about what was bothering me. The current chiropractor never checked my back, hips or legs to see where I needed adjusting, just started adjusting. By mid afternoon I was in so much pain I couldn’t get through the rest of my work day and had to drive across town to see Dr Dami. I won’t be returning to to the Eastern location again and cancelled my membership. My husband will also be canceling his.

Came in 45 mins before they were “closing” and they refused to see me, they don’t care about their patients they care about clocking in and out. Never coming here the lady at front desk was very rude too for no reason. She only cared about going home.

Bottom line: Nice people, but superficial care. If you have a serious problem, consider finding a more serious clinic, and don't feel bad about spending more. Your back is worth it. ================================ First off: everyone here is super friendly and easy to work with. All of my interactions with the doctors and staff were positive, and the doctors seem informed; however, I would describe the business model here as "fast-chiropractic chain clinic", and the level of treatment they offer felt roughly the way that term suggests. The doctors, as employees, don't seem to get much time to just sit with patients and assess, much less administer more intensive therapy than basic manual adjustments - even in my first appointment there ever, I spent longer filling out paperwork in the lobby than actually working with a doctor. Despite obvious sciatic pain, I was not referred for any kind of imaging to properly identify the root of the problem. A common treatment for sciatic pain is traction, which they don't seem to have the facility for, even if it turned out to be necessary (which it did, in my case). The treatment I received here provided only minor and temporary relief, and my overall condition continued to worsen significantly during the short time in which I received it. Maybe if I had come in several years ago, when my condition was less advanced, this clinic's approach would have been adequate, but not at this point, unfortunately. Your mileage may vary. On another note, their pricing schedule is structured so that buying a monthly membership (minimum 2 months) is the only option that really makes sense if you plan on going more than once - and as everyone who's had PT/chiropractic knows, it takes multiple sessions to really make a difference. That is, your first visit alone may be $29, but expect to pay around $150 up-front for a meaningful amount of treatment. Actually a pretty good deal if you only need the level of treatment they offer, but just be aware that a) again, that level of treatment is not very intensive, and b) it *is* one of those "don't-forget-to-cancel-or-you'll-get-charged-every-month"-type scenarios.

Dr. Dami is an amazing Doctor! In the past, I was very skeptical of chiropractors but Dr. Dami changed that for me. Dr. Dami was the ONLY person that didn’t just assume “your back would quit hurting so much if you quit slouching.” Instead, she did a full evaluation, found the root of the problem and tackled it head on. After only 2 visits with her, I feel so much better (and can actually sit up straight pain free!). I’ve never been a fan of chain establishments, but Dr. Dami changed everything. ?? I'll give this place 3 stars only because Dr Johnson is pretty great and balances out the negative energy emanating from the receptionist. The receptionist, Alba, is my least favorite of all of the locations. I've been here a couple of times and both times I've dealt with her unpleasant energy and demeanor. She might be going through something, but that's not on me and she doesn't have an inviting energy that inspires compassion. A slightly ridiculous thing that she does also is she puts on her mask when people come in, but doesn't cover her nose. Studies show that the type of mask being used doesn't do much, but I'm sure all efficacy is lost when it's not worn properly. Had I come to this location first I would not have signed up for the membership. ?? Bueno, el doctor Johnson es un crack (súper bueno). Él me atendió súper bien hizo lo posible por resolver mis problemas. Di las 3 estrellas por él porque se las merece. Merece más pero la recepcionista parece un ser muy amargo. No me gustó la energía de la muchacha y no es la primera vez que vengo aquí y la experimento. O si fuese otra... uff.. vaya personal aquí. En fin, la muchacha es desagradable y si fuese por ella, no me habría inscrito aquí al plan mensual que parece una buena oferta. ?? Oi gente... tá. O doctor Johnson aqui é maravilhoso. They try to accommodate. I still don’t like their out of office sign that states they’ll be back at 2:45, but that just means the receptionist will be back at 2:45, with the Drs returning at 3. Just add that detail to the out of office sign!!

Drove 30 minutes rush to get there before 6:00 p.m. cut off for new patients got there 10 minutes before at 5:50 p.m. and they would not see me . I'm in a lot of pain and needed to see a chiropractor. I understand I'm a new patient and a walk it but I understood that I would be seen if I made a before 6 so I rushed to get there because I was in a pretty extreme pain. I'm glad I gave your company one more chance. even if I am not very lucky with the branch located at Sunset in Henderson, as they do not accept scheduling and whenever I arrive there are almost 2 hours of waiting. Today I was fortunate to come to the branch located at Easter AV and at the beginning Nayla from the reception was a loving person and Dr Evans at the first 2 minutes managed to end my back pain and was very polite and helpful. I called to cancel my monthly and I was told I have to go into office. I said I didn’t have time and honestly the reason shouldn’t matter with COVID going around. They told me to email my cancel request, I emailed. my card is still being charged 3 weeks later. The reason I don’t recommend coming here is because of their customer service. They didn’t honor my last paid service when I decided to cancel my membership. I was told I had until a certain date to receive my last treatment. When I called on that date to come in I was then told it ended the day before and that there was nothing they could do even though I was told differently. They are a franchise so it might just be this specific store I’m not sure. If you do decide to come here just be cautious that they are not willing to work with you if or when you decide to cancel.

My husband and I were very impressed at how amazing we felt after visiting The Joint. We’re both in our mid 30’s and are very active on a regular basis. I’ve had pain in my shoulders and neck for months that was gone in a matter of seconds. I was also able to breathe a lot better after my session. My husband and I both had tightness in our backs and necks this morning and I’m grateful to say we left the office without it. We even returned with our 16 year old daughter who was suffering from jaw and neck tightness as well. She has relief now and we are grateful.These guys really know their stuff! Today I went to The Joint Chiropractic my Neck was stiff my Lower back was killing me. My shoulders were stiff as well. Mr Brew gave me a consultation and understood exactly all the areas that needed to be lossen. After being at the Chiropractor I have some relief I went in with giving it a 10 as being in excruciating amount of pain. And coming out with a 5 of being in less pain. I told Mr Brew I wasn't getting any sleep due to back pain shoulder pain and neck pain. I went home to take a Nap i was able to sleep. I am going to continue to go to The Joint Chiropractic until I am 100% ??

It's been about 14 years since I've been to a chiropractor. I started feeling pain in my lower back 2 days ago after playing with my 4 year old. I went in with trepidation but I walked out with confidence. Brent was so great. He took the time to explain what was happening with my back and what I could expect on my road to healing. Dr. Garlick is the absolute best! He’s the only reason I go there for over three years.He is the only one there who has the ability to relieve me from my chronic back pain that I’ve been suffering through for decades. Besides he is a great guy who is always kind and very friendly. The other chiropractors I tried previous to him could not help me. A couple even hurt me being too aggressive and rough with their treatments. Dr. Garlick is the man and the only one there I will allow to touch me. Period! If he is not there then I turn around and leave and return when he’s back. I hope management appreciates him as I know many other patients feel as I do and only go there for him. I know this first hand as I speak with my other patients about him in the waiting room while I wait my turn.

I've been going to this location for about a year now and I have to say Dr. Garlick is THE BEST!! I have been to other locations and Dr. Garlick is the absolute best at what he does. The office is busy at times as most medical places are. The wait is never to bad as Dr. Garlick and his team move quickly to assure that every patient is seen in a timely manner. He does take lunch around 2 for an hour but takes no other breaks whatsoever through out the day. Other than lunch he is constantly with a patient. I would not be a patient at The Joint if it was not for Dr. Garlick. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you to Dr. Garlick and his team for everything they have and continue to do for me.

Had immense pain and it hurt to breathe. Didn't know what to do so went to The Joint and as soon as he was done, I felt complete relief and could breathe without it hurting. Started off great! Then slowly the catchphrase give us 5 minutes and we'll fix your back became a joke , wait times increased to an average of 25 minutes! Or there were no Chiropractors on site so technically they were closed! Yes closed all day. Today I was told there would be 4 patients and 4 new patients ahead of me so it would be at LEAST 1 1/2 ,hour wait! Really ? Suddenly new patients are getting 20 minutes each ?! Perhaps more than 1 Chiropractor at this location would be helpful [they used to have 3 Chiropractors ] .Every Chiropractor that I have met here have been fantastic ! The problem is they can't keep them for some reason. The management has to step up to the plate and finally fix this ! I'm on the monthly plan so I go at least 4 times a month and this closed all day or 2 hour waits have happened 19 times so far this year, that's beyond ridiculous.

When I first walk into place I had to come back in 2 hrs because Chiropractor wasn’t in, my second appointment Chiropractor wasn’t in because he went to lunch, it’s a gamble when you walk in you have no idea if the Chiropractor will be in or not I could understand if he was a surgeon for $69.00 a month ?????

New to the area, needed to find a new chiropractor, went in, filled out all the paperwork, wasn’t told anything on how the process works for new patients or what to expect, sat waiting for about 30 minutes watching people who came in after me get called back, finally had enough and got up and left, they could care less, I’ve never had such a weird unprofessional experience at a “medical” office in my life. I’m assuming that if you’re a new patient you’re supposed to just sit there waiting until closing time for them to see you as long as other patients keep coming in, and that you’re just supposed to magically be aware of that because the ditz at the front desk doesn’t say anything about how the process workd. I see another 1 star review saying pretty much the same thing, these people have no respect your time. If you’re looking for a new chiropractor, don’t go here, they obviously have all the patients they need and have found a cute little way of getting rid of anyone who tries to become a new one. What a joke.

If you can get in. Too many clients, not enough chiropractors. Went to two different locations and one had 16 people waiting plus several new patients. The other didn’t even give us an excuse. They just said we are not taking anymore people because they also had several new people. Last time we went, we had to wait an hour. Not sure it’s going to be worth keeping our membership, which we’ve had for over two years.

Dr. Garlick is amazing. I've endured back and shoulder pain for years. Dr. G relieves that pain better than any chiropractor that I've seen since my initial injury. He pays attention to what you say AND what your body tells him. UPDATE 04/11/2020: I just found out Dr. Garlick was let go! OMG! I can't believe this. How could they let such a great doctor go? This brings down my rating of The Joint Chiropractic considerably.

I called the Joint mid week to get all the details as we are new to the area & I wasn’t sure how it all worked. I was told I couldn’t make a appointment It was all walk ins. I went in as a new client this morning about 1045 am, there where 3 other people there waiting when I walked in. I was told it would be about a 30 minute wait. As I filled out my paperwork 4 to 5 other people came in to get adjusted. I finished up my paperwork gave it back to the lady working at the front desk. I was then informed that I would not be able to be seen until after all the members that came in when I was filling out my paperwork had been seen and then the doctor would take lunch, so if I wanted to be seen I would have to come back after 2. Very disappointing that because I’m not already a member I can’t be seen in a reasonable time frame.

My husband went here due to straining his back at work. He said they were quick and easy, but during the session the chiropractor did a delayed thrust to align his back while he was breathing in. My DH heard a pop and immediately felt pain in his rib. It kept hurting, but thought nothing of it. When he went to his primary, MD said "Yup, That's a broken rib." We will not be coming here again. **edit: We spoke to one of the "Doctors" there. He basically blew us off and said you signed the waiver, come at your own risk.

I've been going to the eastern and rochmar location for the past 8 months and Karissa always greets you when you walk in remembers ur name and is always knowledgeable and helpful with just about any question that you have. I isually go to the joint on green valley but after accompanying a friend to the eastern location I am amazed by Dr. Brim and the outstanding treatment he provided. Not only was he insanely thorough in his treatment but he provided her with information on her body and ways to help align on her own. I haven't received this type of treatment at other locations! What a noticeable difference going to him has been!

I highly recommend this location! The staff is amazing and always great to work with. Dr. Brim is the best! He does a great job explaining why we have pain in certain areas and giving you additional ways to reduce pain and tension. Mariah is definitely another reason why I come to this location. I like this place and the people here. Yoy get only adjustments and not ice or heat or tens but that's ok with me. I prefer Dr. B on Tuesday's but will go anyday. I really appreciate the flexibility and availability.

Dr. Brim has magic hands and my children calls him the professional instead of doctor and I could see why. He is very caring,patient and really loves what he does . Dr. Brim is more than a doctor, he is the best darn professional chiropractor that I have ever met! In all honesty I saw another doctor at this location and they're all good.This location offers a wonderful selection. My joints are moving and I have learned how to manage my scoliosis. On a side rant, I wish they had kept their lower price at $49 a month.
