Dr. Roland K. Brim is a Nevada board-certified chiropractor. He has 23 years of experience and specializes in the consult, history, diagnosis and treatment of neck pain, back pain, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome. With a history of treating over 25,000 patients—90% of these patients were injured patients.
“The patients I have treated range from 3 years old to 103 years old, weighing between 25 pounds to 500 pounds and from 3 feet tall to 7 feet tall. The majority of my time in practice has been spent treating injured patients and chronic pain patients. Treating patients with neck and back pain is the norm. I have also treated patients with fractures of every major bone in the body and many patients who suffer multiple levels of disc herniation in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. I am confident and competent in my approach towards care and treatment protocols I use that have worked and continue to expand upon. My experience has brought me the pleasure of treating approximately 25,000 patients...about 4-6,000 or more of those were children, 1,000 plus were pregnant. I can take and read my own x-rays.
I also have a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition. I attained my undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition because of my interest in bodybuilding. I have been consistently working out for 37 years. I weight-train at least 4-5 days a week, every week.”

Dr. George Chen grew up in Beijing China. When he was in college, a traditional self-healing exercise called “Qigong” started gaining popularity in China. In his college years, he studied and practiced this exercise as well as Chinese meridians. These interests led him to choose chiropractic as his career later in the USA.
Dr. Chen received his bachelor’s degree in law from Peking University in China and his master’s degree in Intellectual Property in 1991 from Franklin Pierce Law Center in New Hampshire. After graduation, his wife suffered severe sciatica. Surgery was recommended for her by an orthopedic doctor, however, she was concerned with the side effects of surgery and found an alternative treatment by a chiropractor. The results of the chiropractic treatments were remarkable and she was pain free after several treatments and avoided surgery. This event, in addition to his interests in “Qigong,” made Dr. Chen change his career path to study chiropractic and become a Doctor of Chiropractic.
After graduation from New York Chiropractic College in 1997, Dr. Chen started his chiropractic practice in Westchester, NY. When treating patients, he has always combined chiropractic techniques with traditional Chinese Qigong/meridians to achieve optimum results. Dr. Chen’s techniques include: Diversified, some A.K. Activator, and SOT with meridians acupressure treatment. He also teaches therapeutic exercises for disc herniation and Qigong exercise for energy self-healing.
Dr. Chen joined The Joint Chiropractic in the November 2016 after his family moved from New York to Las Vegas. Dr. Chen strongly believes that as a doctor, caring and compassion are equally important as treatment skills. He also believes that chiropractors not only treat symptoms, but also restore neuromuscular and skeletal functions to prevent symptoms from reoccurring.
Dr. Eric G. Easton is a 1991 graduate of National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. He commenced his practice following graduation in Pennsylvania in 1991. He soon added a satellite location and practiced in Pennsylvania until the conclusion of 2000. During his time in Pennsylvania, Dr. Easton received a postgraduate degree as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and was the team doctor for several high school’s athletic teams over his career. In 2001, Dr. Easton relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada where he practiced until 2015. During his time in Nevada, he was a partner in two office locations in the Las Vegas valley.
In August of 2015, he accepted a job opportunity near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Easton practiced in Pennsylvania until May of 2019 when he returned to Las Vegas to practice Chiropractic and join the family of doctors at The Joint.
Dr. Easton uses a variety of treatment techniques from gentle instrument assisted manipulation to hands on manual adjusting. His practice philosophy adapts his treatment technique to the requirements and needs of the patient instead of applying one technique to all patients. Although, he possesses a post-graduate certification and extensive experience with athletic injuries his practice largely includes Chiropractic treatment of the entire family, from infants and children to adults.
