  • Thumb flexion/extension – Start with thumb pointing out. Move thumb across palm and back to starting position.
  • Hand/finger tendon glide – Extend fingers straight out. Make a hook fist, returning to a straight hand. Make a fist, returning to a straight hand.
  • Wrist extension/flexion – Put your forearm on a table with hand hanging over the edge, palm down. Move the hand up until you feel a gentle stretch. Return to beginning position.
