Paula Daigle, DC was born and raised in the capital region. She attended Life University in Marietta, GA and graduated in 1997 with the degree of Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Dr. Paula has been in private practice in Atlanta, GA and Chatham, NY. She is happy to join The Joint, Clifton Park as their new Clinic Director.
What Dr. Paula enjoys most about being a chiropractor is the satisfaction she receives from watching her patients become pain free and thus be able to improve their quality of life.
Dr. Paula is the proud mother of her beautiful daughter, Amira, and rescue dogs Beau and Bentley Daigle. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, working out and doing yoga.
Dr. Daniel Bell became part of The Joint Chiropractic team in 2021 as an associate in the Cifton Park clinic location. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology in 1980 from Albany State University and his doctorate from New York Chiropractic College in 1984.
“I love to see chiropractic adjustments improve people’s quality of life by removing pain and increasing their joint motion,” Dr. Bell says. “The other thing I love about this field is educating people to take better care of themselves through exercise, better diet, and wellness through chiropractic care.”
Raised in Ballston Spa, N.Y., Dr. Bell practiced 23 years in Glens Falls, N.Y., before moving to practice Chiropractic in South Carolina in Charleston and Columbia for 13 years." As my kids became adults and moved back to New York and began to give us grandkids, It began to become obvious that we needed to move back to the area".
When he’s not working or spending time with his wife, Janet, or His three adult children, he enjoys jogging, skiing, and playing tennis, as well as reading Christian books and being fully engaged in college football, professional football, and Baseball (Yankees of course)
He and his wife Janet, who is retired from child care, have two cats and a dog, a papillon named Macy.
Dr. Bell became a believer in chiropractic while he was playing sports in his teens. “When I was 16 years old, I injured my neck playing football,” he says. “Following the injury, I started waking up with stiff necks and bad headaches. After my parents brought me to a chiropractor, both symptoms quickly improved. I knew then that’s what I wanted to do for people, relieve their pain!”
He couldn’t be happier being where he is at now, except for maybe the snow and cold weather!
“I love working at the Clifton Park Joint because the people we take care of our wonderful people who really care about their health and consistently get adjusted,” Dr. Bell says. “Many come in their workout clothes so I can see how much they care about their health.”
In Case You Didn’t Know
Dr. Bell says he always loves having one thing in particular in his refrigerator. “The one thing that I really can’t resist in my fridge is leftovers from the night before,” he says. “Everything tastes better the next day.”
If he was to share a meal with any famous foursome in history, he would choose a savior, a president, a baseball player, and an actor.
“I would have to invite Jesus because his life and death were the most pivotal events in history,” he says. “President John F. Kennedy because I really want to know more about this most fascinating president. Babe Ruth because was the best and most interesting baseball player of all time. And Mel Gibson because he’s a wild and crazy guy and people tell me I look a lot like him.”
He says the coolest thing he has ever done is take to the air. “I went up in a hot air balloon,” Dr. Bell says. “The flight was in the Adirondack Mountains of New York and it was at peak leaf season, so it was spectacular.”
