Dr. Nocera is the best at traction. Anything that didn't adjust with regular methods always gets completely adjusted when he does traction. He really needs to teach a class to fellow The Joint Chiropractors. No one else in many locations I've been to has ever been able to do traction so well. I'm contemplating driving back from GA just to get adjusted properly. It's worth it.

This is an ok place for a basic adjustment. There are two bones in your kneck called the atlas and axis these bones will affect alot of things,hearing,perception, you'll be in constant wierd pain that will radiate,chiropractor will give you temporary relief but it will come back turn into a sizzle eventually. These chiropractors don't adjust these two bones. You have to go to an upper cervical chiropractor the relief you will see is incredible.

I'm never been chiropractic fan, but while out of town I needed relief for neck and back pain. With travel and age these things happen, but I had no time to wait. The Joint Chiropractic is a massive chain practice across the country. I get eat used them recently in Virginia Beach where they have multiple offices. The front desk staff was nice. I saw Dr. Eric who has a wonderful bedside manner. After a discussion of my pain and location manipulation of neck and back was performed. Treatment plans can last weeks, so I had no illusion that I would get immediate relief. However, it was very helpful. I appreciate the services provided and no longer a chiropractic doubter. The group offers different plans and a $29 first time patient deal.

Poorly served by the person that’s supposed to help you like a Doctor should. I don’t know how to say it but front desk ladies are always sweet but for some reason the person said they aren’t taking anymore people at 6:54 pm . Rush there just a five minute service to get my back line back up no neck nothing else and the nice lady went back to see the person in the back . Then she said you have to come back tomorrow now I know I was pushing it but when do a person in the Medical field says come back tomorrow. I don’t understand this world customer service anymore. McDonald don’t even tell you that ! WoW

I have always gone to The Joint, regardless of which State I'm living in. But this location is by far my favorite. Tiffany at the front desk is amazing, but Dr. Eric Nocera is the absolute best! Without fail, he can adjust me properly every single visit. He's gentle but extremely efficient. If you're worried about being manhandled but want a proper adjustment, come ask for him!

I thought the worked hard to make everyone comfortable and my adjustment went well even after not being adjusted in years. Some symptoms were relieved immediately and the soreness was almost gone the next day.

i’d recommend that no one join this. once you become a member they treat you like a gym membership and make it very difficult to cancel. I actually was in an accident and broke my ribs and they would only let me cancel if I drove all the way up there and signed the “cancellation form” in person. terrible for business because I was going to join again later. probably not now.

I went on Monday, and I'm horrible with names, but I went around 530 ish and the receptionist was very helpful and easy to talk to. I had Dr Wilson, and she was the best. Being a female, a lot of people might think she doesn't have the strength, but you are wrong. She made me Snap , Crackle, and Pop like I was eating Rice Crispy the cereal. I can't wait till I go back again on Thursday. I slept like a baby throughout the night. I'm a Navy veteran with several issues, but just with that 1 time, she has made a difference in my life. I'm from Texas, so I won't be here that much longer, but I'm going to go see her as much as I can. If you are a veteran, they do have a military discount. You will not be disappointed if you see her and the money you spend will be well worth it.

Possible Broken Rib from first visit: I went to The Joint chiropractic on Friday July 19th 2024 for my first visit. I was really looking forward to this, my first chiropractic appointment. I've seen a lot of videos of people in tears because of their first adjustment relieving pain they've had for years. I was very excited that they were going to elevate my neck, upper and lower back, and carpal tunnel pain and numbness that I have been suffering from for years. I showed up and did the extremely painful paper work that they put you through on their tablets, then sat patiently waiting for my turn. People kept coming in and going in front of me to get their adjustment. I finally realized that there was only one doctor working, Doctor Nocera. After I'd been there almost an hour, I heard him tell someone that he had a new patient to see before them. I went back and he asked me a few questions then took my blood pressure before he began. On my very first pop I felt a very sharp pain in my rib cage along with the pop in my back. I didn't say anything thinking this might be normal. This was followed by two more pops on my back then two on my neck followed by "You're all done!" I felt like they wanted me out as soon as possible to get to other people. The next day I realized that the sharp pain in my rib might be a broken rib. "No" I never got it x-ray'ed because I know there is nothing that can be done for it other than time. I also know that I signed my life away in all the paper work they provided. They seem to me to be all about the numbers, they bring you in snap snap snap and get you out as fast as they can. They don't prepare your body with heat or cold treatment prior to it. I will be finding a Chiropractor that will one take insurance and two will not rush me out the door.

Update several months later. Sadly the service went downhill after the first couple months. So much so that I’ve cancelled this membership. The once friendly staff was rude and condescending. I won’t be back here. Also drove here Twice only to find they’re closed and the Google and Apple Maps was never updated. Couldn’t get an answer and then someone calls for a missed call and not the message I left. It’s a long drive for me to go out to find it closed. Once is bad but twice in a month is pathetic —Spacious parking in a busy shopping plaza. Once you turn into the plaza, make an immediate right because the entrance is in that area next to a pizza place. You can’t see the sign because the entrance is faced away from the direction coming in. They do have disabled spots in front of the building and the doors are wide enough to accommodate a walker or wheelchair. Tiffany at the front desk was wonderful. She was very helpful throughout the registration process and it was pretty quick. I did not care for the tablet much because I am not used to using the pen and it took longer than with fingers. They do have a paper option if you aren’t able to do the tablet. I met Dr. Wilson and she went over my medical history. The entire process took about an hour from the moment I came in to leave. The adjustment itself was wonderful. She was able to get some key spots that have been nagging me. Membership can be used at any location. They offer a military discount as well! You can pay by the month or per treatment. They do not bill insurance so it’s self pay only. There’s no contract for the membership itself so you can cancel at any time in person at a center to sign the necessary forms. You get 4 adjustments a month for a set price and additional ones are discounted. Unused ones do not roll over. The treatment area is open and communal. There are several tables in the same room so you may be in there with others: there is a private area to speak to the doctor if you need one. Otherwise be prepared to be in the open and dress appropriately. I would go back. I feel like a million bucks today.

My visit today was confusing. I walked away with no service. I found the chiropractor to be condescending and arrogant. If there was an explanation for his decision he did not convey it very well. Don't write The Joint off, other locations treat customers with dignity and concern.

So I signed up about 2 months ago with a girl named Tiffany she was great. And when I tried to cancel my services Tiffany became a monster. She refused to cancel my membership before my 2 months. (5.13) Told me I had to pay for another month and I couldn't cancel my membership. I then told her that isn't what was advised when I signed up and I can cancel at any location just as long as I fulfilled my two months obligation in which I did. She became combative and I cussed her out and hung up. I called back and she then preceded to advice I could cancel at High point. Today I tried to go in as advised and she again became combative with the manager from hi high point and hung up on her twice. All I know is I have filed a complaint with corporate and she shouldn't be an employee for the joint as she isn't representing the company in the right way. Much props to high point.

I made an appointment at The Joint. When I arrived for my appointment, the gentleman at the front desk said that he would not be able to see me. He apparently was the chiropractor, as he stated that he didn’t have a receptionist. When I asked him why wasn’t I called and informed that my appointment had been canceled, he said because he was working alone and he was seeing other patients. When I asked again why wasn’t I called instead of letting me drive over only to find out that I wouldn’t be seen, he smugly shrugged his shoulders and kept making excuses about not having a receptionist. After I went to my car, I saw another gentleman enter and he was NOT turned away. I would hate to think that he was seen and not me due to me being black unlike the gentleman he serviced after he turned me away. But, you never know. Unfortunately, I am unable to write a review as it relates to their adjustment skills because of the lack of professionalism and disregard of my time. I rather be adjusted by the absentee receptionist before I allow this smug, arrogant chiropractor anywhere near me. I will spend my money somewhere else. You don’t even deserve the one star that I am forced to give you.

Felt very welcomed the second I walked in. Front desk receptionist was incredibly easy to talk to. Explained everything well. The Dr asked lots of questions that I haven't been asked before but helped with my adjustment. I've had better neck adjustments though. Didn't seem like their strongest area. Went for a second time already, and had a different Dr. He was very speedy with the adjustment and got great pops in my elbows. Although he used the non manual push gun thingy on my shoulders which I feel like doesn't do anything. But he got good movement everywhere else so I'm still really happy with the adjustment. Definitely a different style chiropractic care than I've had before, but by no means was it bad.

I was definitely a skeptic, unsure as to whether signing up for this would be worth my time or money. As my first appointment neared, I was more nervous than anything, and the last thing said to me was, Happy Cracking, from a satisfied patron on her way out the door. The first time was absolutely amazing.... relieving me of some lower back pain I've had for years.... and easing tension in my neck and shoulders. Now, about to go in for my 5th or 6th visit, it's something that takes maybe 5 minutes, but the results last days, weeks, etc. This is so worth the money; if you are willing to pay for a pedicure, or for tanning, this is even better. That immediate gratification and relief... lastly, if you feel you need that extra umph to get relief, ask for them to use the towel for traction....

Felt like I stepped into a factory. No sense of trying to figure out what was going on at all. Then was charged $45 instead of the $30 for first time because I went to a Joint somewhere else years ago. My back has been bothering me for several weeks. I have tried massage, biofreeze, and finally went to the Doctor. They prescribed muscle relaxers and steroids. I was talking to someone about using a TENS unit and then it hit me… I should try the chiropractor! So I googled and The Joint popped up. They were running a $29.00 special so I filled out the form and submitted it. Jasmine called first thing this morning. She scheduled an appointment same day. I explained all that was going on with my back. The Dr. did the alignment on me and I was nervous because I really don’t like the idea of someone cracking my bones. But I could not touch my toes before the alignment and afterwards I could!!!! BIG Win for me!! Jasmine was extremely friendly and patient and extended excellent customer service. They gave me some extra incentives for joining. I had no plan to join but after such a great experience it was a no brainer. Looking forward to my next visit!!!

Best doctor here is Dr. Wilson. They other two are nice but Dr. Wilson gets the job done. I also give them a 4 because they have sketchy billing system. No reminder or updates. Pro is they have a few different plans and options.

Let me just start by saying; I have been to multiple joint locations and never had an issue before I came to this location. Tiffany gave me the worst experience. I believe she is someone of higher power there which is very disappointing. She was blatantly racist and disrespectful to my Hispanic family members. When we were speaking our native language (Spanish) to one another; she began rolling her eyes at us. This was very hurtful and disrespectful. I will not be attending this location again.

The Doctors are great, but the people at the front desk like Tiffany lie to you about memberships. I was offered 4 visits for 79 dlls one time payment, coming to find out that I had a 2 months minimum agreement. They give you the tablet to sign electronically knowing that there is no time to read and you believe what they tell you. I went to the office to complain and no one can help you, only corporate, I guess the have no manager at the location and the place runs itself. Now I’m stock with 4 more visits that they made me buy . I don’t recommend this place to no one .

At first I had given this place a bad review because I had been speaking with them through cell and message trying to set up a time I got a time and came and was then told I couldn’t because I was a new patient so I wasted my time , come to find out they were having someone from Raleigh answer the phones and that’s where the mishaps came into place and now they have someone at the desk. I finally did get a working time and I immediately felt some relief. I was scared to death of chiropractors and had heard horror stories about people getting paralyzed but when I couldn’t take the pain anymore, I finally gave them a try. After about 2 visits, the pain had went from a 9-10 (scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest pain level) down to a 3-4. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great chiropractors, love being able to walk-in when I find I am out of whack. Their longer hours also help with this, as I've found most chiropractic offices closed Friday- Sunday and and random hours in between. Highly recommended.

I was mislead and told that I could get six sessions for $69. Instead I was charged $69 per month! I have been charged for 10 months and have not even visited this place. When I called to discuss with the office they refused to reimburse me. Very unethical! I would leave zero stars if I could.

So this is the 2nd time Ive been to a Joint place. First time they skipped me and I felt slided so I left. The second time I went to another Joint and answered their questions honestly and they tested my blood pressure and they found it to be very high cuz I was in a lot of pain due to Sciatica in my back toes are numb. So he said he couldnt do any adjustments so I figured no charge since he did nothing really to be worth 30 bucks. But he said they were gonna charge me anyway. So I guess be aware! I will not return and I would not reccomend this place to anyone!! THIS PLACE SUCKS IN ALL STATES!

Where do you get off charging a patient and not rendering service. The only thing you did was take my husbands blood pressure for $30. Wow he could have done that for free at home but he came to your business to get his back adjusted due to pain and You did nothing but take his blood pressure. You do not deserve my business which I have been or anyone elses if that's they way you handle business. You do not deserve to be open for business. You just lost a customer and hopefully you will lose more customers.

This was my first visit and definitely not the last. Tiffany and Alyssa were very friendly at the front desk. I saw Dr Wilson and she reviewed my information, asked questions, and explained everything we would be doing. The sound of my neck being aligned was a joy to my ears. I truly walked out the office feeling better and a great package for future visits.

It was my first visit and I enjoyed it!! I was nervous at first because it has been AGES since I’ve last seen a chiro. I was greeted in the front by Alyssa and Tiffany, whom gave me introduction to The Joint. They were very informative and friendly. I had my inItial visit and adjustment with Dr Dara Willis. She is great!! She explained to me what we should and could expect before, during and after the adjustment. It’s only Day 1 and I could feel the differences. I can’t wait for the next adjustments. We are set on a (I think) 6 weeks plan right now. Also, you know it’s the correct place when you see multiple regulars going in/coming out from their adjustment and happy. PS…I was fortunate that they took me in 30 mins before their closing time and did not rush on me at all. I felt bad for going close to closing time, but I did. It was either now or later and knowing me, I would have put it off (esp because of my schedule) ? however, they still welcomed me with smiles and good vibes. I surely will come early in the day from now on ☺️

One of the best joints around I travel and this is by far the best in the area and for the money you get the same quality adjustment that you do when you go to a normal practice that charges what you pay monthly here for just 1 adjustment.

I am absolutely hooked on chiropractic services because of this place! As a plumber by trade and a PC gamer during my off time, I get pain between my shoulder blades regularly. The first time one of their chiropractors "set" my upper vertebrae, I felt a relief that I can only explain as though a dozen magical gnomes slid down my spine like a firepole, leaving a trail of pixy dust in their wake. The front of house staff are extremely friendly and the Doctors as well. They are receptive to your input if you have a request. The price point is also nice. $20 for pain relief that I couldn't find anywhere else? yes please!

My back was cracked which is good but it seemed as though it was for such a short amount of time. The female chiropractor actually put her thumb on one of the knots on my back and I informed her that I had knots, but none of the knots were actually eliminated. I didn’t sense any joy and gladness about her job from her but the women at the front counter were very kind and gentle. I’m somebody who doesn’t like telling people my age due to the fact that they make belittling and condescending comments to try to make it seem as though I don’t know anything. Due to the fact that they had to receive basic personal information about me such as my age, height, weight, etc. she was unfortunately able to know how old I am and that was made known to me when she made a snide remark about my age to make me try to seem ignorant due to the fact that I said that I’ve heard of Coco Chanel but I don’t really know who she is. Which was inappropriate. I am a Born Again Christian. I don’t keep up with high fashion designers nor the latest fashion trends. I also won’t be returning.

Felt welcomed as I came in. Front desk lady was really nice ! Dr. Ben was absolutely satisfying and very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend him . I went not expecting much due to me trying for days to get paid. They were very kind and professional. Dr. Nocera did a great job listening to me and making sure I understood what was going on. I’ve only gone just once, but purchased their Wellness Plan, which seems to be a great value at $69 for 4 visits in 1 month. If you’re new to chiropractic care, do not expect for your first adjustment to be a magical fix for all of your pains, that requires multiple visits in relatively quick succession. Seems like a great place and I’m excited to finally relieve my pain.

I really love the fact that I don’t have to have an appointment and the affordability. Sometimes I feel because of my age (Medicare eligible) that one of the regular doctors there doesn’t really want to do anything but general adjustments. I understand now that there are reason for that because I ask some questions and have listened to other doctors explain that they really can’t address ‘pain’ but I have always had a ‘fussy’ lower back. That’s why I started coming to The Joint in the first place. I’m not sure how long I have been a Joint ‘patient’ but it’s long enough that I have the 4 adjustments a month for $49. I would not have been gone to a regular chiropractic doctor office just to get the adjustments that I have been able to get at The Joint. I feel the regular adjustments have kept my fussy back and other aches and pains at bay.

Very professional staff from the front desk receptionists to the doctors. Dr. Chance adjusted me and actively explained things in terms I could understand, as well as just giving me general knowledge for how to better take care of my body when I’m not coming in for adjustments. The process was quick but not rushed as its an open environment and you can hear the doctors taking their time to answer questions and assuring all the patients as they came and went. 10/10 experience

Knowledgeable and caring staff. Came in with unknown back injury. After an exam, I was adjusted and could already feel relief. It will take a few months to get back to “normal” but with the treatment plan that was discussed, I have no doubt I made the right choice coming here. Their flexible hours is a big plus!!! I have been a member twice now and received relief and great care! They do an amazing job for chiropractic care. It was a little inconvenient when their hours changed so unfortunately I had to cancel. This was on my end as I travel a lot for work. When I went to cancel, I was told I had until the 10th to have my visit. The girl offered to extend my session (I thought this was nice!) but when I arrived today (the 10th) to use my visit I was turned away. I remembered I got a free pass for referring so many people (one of my locations for work is across the street and I’ve seen several people over), but I was told I couldn’t use that either due to the fact I didn’t have a wellness plan anymore. Just a little bummed neither were communicated with me as I was in pain this morning.

So they do adjustments, but they don't really have you do anything to relax the surrounding muscles before or after an adjustment everything feels a bit rushed. Dont take my words the wrong way I feel better after the adjustment and for the money it is worth going

Dr Charlton is awesome! He is very patient, informative and has a great bed side manner! I was scared to death I might get "broken" lol. But he proved me wrong and I feel a little better already! Today was the 1st visit with several more to come. I believe he will continue to help me feel 100% better in a few months! Also the staff (I talked to 4 different receptionist) were all friendly and helpful as well! The cost isn't bad either! Based on this visit, I could definitely recommend them! Be safe everyone!!

I thought this establishment was going to be a lot better than what it really turned out to be... My first visit everyone was very friendly and the doctor that evaluated me asked extensive questions about my health history. As someone who has had multiple back problems in the past, finding a chiropractor that shows concern for my overall back health is important to me. I should have known by the way my first visit was rushed and how I was heavily persuaded into buying a monthly plan with them that this experience was going to go downhill. After my first adjustment my back was feeling worse than when I had originally gone in. They do not prepare or loosen the muscles in your back before going straight into an adjustment. I gave it a couple more visits to see if my back would get better but it did not. They promote themselves as a company that cares for you and your health, yet they fail to set aside the appropriate time to make that happen. A quick 1 minute adjustment and you’re on your way out the door is all they have to offer. I was clearly not satisfied with their services so I requested to cancel my plan. They told me I would have to continue paying atleast for 2 months until I could cancel. They offered me an account freeze form to sign that would freeze the plan for 90 days but I still would have to pay after the 90 days was up. Not only would they still charge after the 90 days, the form stated there would also be an additional charge the day the account freeze was activated. MORAL OF THE STORY MAKE SURE YOU READ THE PAPERWORK AND KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ENTIRELY SIGNING UP FOR. THIS PLACE WILL TAKE ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN FROM YOU.

After my initial phone screen with receptionist I was informed that practitioners were certified in Webster technique. After filling out 9 pages of intake forms and in the middle of my initial consult, the chiropractor said he was unaware of anyone being trained in Webster technique. This was especially frustrating as it was the REASON I chose this practice over others. The reason for two stars is that the facility and people seemed nice enough and it is in a good location.

I love going to this location at friendly! I have to give them four stars due to the connivence and affordability. I enjoy being able to go in, when I want. I usually never have to wait, unless it’s early morning on a Saturday. The two main chiropractors that work there, are simply amazing. You can tell that they really enjoy what they do and are very educated. Now, the chiropractors that fill in... are kind of iffy. I haven’t liked any of them. They are nice! But, the adjustments by them aren’t good. Totally worth the membership, just make sure you go when the good chiropractors are working.

I've been going to Chiropractors since I was 6 days old. These guys are barely qualified to consider themselves chiropractors, and when you ask them to adjust certain areas that are giving you issues, they act as if you are questioning their knowledge versus trying to help you. The Joint in Winston-Salem is far more worth your while.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady gave an adjustment for my neck and I had to ask for an overall adjustment. I left and went back because something still felt off. I went back to see the male chiropractor, and I told him something was pulling. He said that’s muscular and we check the spine and neck. I asked him to check the spine. He did and I had vertebrae out of alignment and so was my neck....all of this after the lady adjusted me. Then the male chiropractor told me I should see someone regularly. When I told him I did and this was an emergency situation during the weekend, he said he would not have done my adjustment had he known that! How rude?!?!?!?! I just payed for an adjustment, and he wanted to reprimand me. I’m disappointed, and I would not recommend this place. The receptionist was the beat thing about the visit.

Great adjustment today. Great service. I’ve told so many people about you since I joined at your opening. Thank you for providing good Chiropractic care at affordable rates. One suggestion. My wife is one of the people health is severely compromised by Covid19. I wasn’t sure if I could stay away from my adjustments for one month trying to protect my wife so I didn’t freeze my account . If you are reading this you're most likely on the fence like I was...JUMP...went in for the first time today not really expecting much but walked out like I had just been given a brand new body...Joy at the front desk was very polite and efficient and Dr. Nocera was extremely attentive and explained things in a way easy to understand...after my adjustment I felt so relieved and relaxed...looking forward to next week...5 stars all around !!!

I have never been to a chiropractor before this. I was very nervous but I was told exactly what to expect every step of the way. I’m feeling good after one session and plan to go back this weekend. I go on the weekends, and even tho busy, this place is always super friendly, professional, and helpful. The front desk is the best! All of the doctors that have treated me routinely here are skilled, and the variety of strategies they implement help to keep aging parts moving. With a little conversation, they even have additional strategies to help problems I never would have associated with chiropractic care. Dr. Buckingham listens carefully, focusing totally on you while on her table. She never gives up on my stubborn neck, and as a result, I am headache free! Dr Torino puts you at ease quickly, and uses a breadth of tools to achieve wellness. He greatly increased the effectiveness of care when he gave me my arm strength back by adjusting arms, wrists and hands (who knew?). Multiple other Drs seen there as well have provided a level of care I never expected in such a short visit from this type of chain chiropractic office. Definitely a big help restoring function and freedom of movement. They have raised the standard of weekend care at this office significantly since I moved to the area a few years ago.

Yesterday was my first time going to The Joint. I was Skeptical at first because I had only been to one chiropractor my entire life. As soon as I walked in that feeling was eased. As I was welcomed by both young ladies that were at the front desk in a prompt manner. Sydney then continued on with the perfect greeting while Joy was helping another guest. Awesome front desk duo if you ask me. She explained to me the paperwork, I needed to fill out since it was my first time, to a T. Made sure I was comfortable. Offered my water the whole 9 yards. It’s the little things that matter these days. Dr.Charles? Not sure if that was his name but the Dr with the boot. He was great as well. Went over my chart with me thoroughly, in detail, not leaving any stones unturned. Which was great for me, made me feel even more comfortable about the situation. The adjustment was fantastic. I’ve been going to the same chiropractor my entire life, but that adjustment was one the best I’ve ever had yesterday. Can’t wait for my follow up appointment today. All in all my experience was so great, I signed on for the well-ness plan. The Joint is the place to go, without a doubt.

A very professional young woman greeted me when I walked in the door. She was very thorough, communicated with such eloquence. Two young girls were seated behind the counter on their cell. Not very professional. The office is calm and serene. The wait time was brief. My adjustments were fabulous. I like the option to pay a monthly fee which covers the adjustments, no appointment is necessary. The office is centrally located in Greensboro. I left the office feeling so much better! I will be back!

Scheduled an appointment after being in a wreck and got all the way here to be turned away saying that they don't handle anyone that's been in an accident. They really need to put that information on the website and ask about it during appointment requests. Now I'm stuck with debilitating pain and it's the weekend so I'll likely be unable to get any relief. Very bad business practice to drive 30 minutes to this place for no reason. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

This is my second review of the Joint. My initial visit there wasn’t the best experience, but subsequently the entire staff has bent over backwards to ensure my future visits exceeded my expectations. The chiropractors have done an exceptional job of both reviewing my chart prior to my adjustment and taking the time to explain what they are doing and to tailor it to my specific needs. Love their business model and pricing. The owner Julie and Paul are a delight and Dr. Nocera is the best at what he does. He literally gets all of the tension & stress off of your back (and neck) in a jiffy. Having him adjust my spine especially during pregnancy has made all of the difference in the world when it comes to staying as comfortable and pain free as possible with all of the relaxin hormones kicking in . Weekly tune ups are recommended to keep your spine in tip top shape. You’ll feel like a million bucks!

I love The Joint! I used to go to another chiropractor in the area and each visit was over $100. The wait was 45 minutes-1 hour and I felt rushed through my appointment and just a number to the staff. I was grateful to come to The Joint where Dr. Nocera and his staff are always courteous and friendly. And the $59 price per month for four adjustments is incredible compared to other places. I am glad I made the choice to come here. The wait is usually no more than 10 minutes so I'm in and out quickly. Can't say enough good things about this place!

The Joint has given me my life back!!! I suffered for 10 years from chronic lower back pain but my health care coverage did not include specialists. After the 1st visit I felt much better. Let me see the best way to describe this place?....... If some one was looking for a good Mexican Spot to have dinner they would go to “Mi Casita”or “Mi Pueblo” not Taco Bell, I mean don’t get me wrong Taco Bell is not horrible but it’s not good.... For instance the “Chiropractor” that gave me an adjustment didn’t even read my chart sooooo he didn’t even no what was my problem, didn’t even know I was a new patient, and at times had me wondering do he no what the hell he is doing. In other words don’t got to “Taco Bell” expecting a good Mexican dish, because you will feel it in the morning and you get what you pay for. Good luck ?

I think that if you don't mind being adjusted in a non private room with strangers watching you...then this is the place for you. Your private medical information and questions will be asked and you may have 1-4 strangers waiting for their turn. The staff are friendly but I'm not a fan of sharing with strangers. You get what you pay for I guess. Very reasonable priced. Zero privacy

Great bedside manner and staff. The only issue I have is that do not allow you too carry over your adjustments to the next month. Since I work 3rd shift it is a issue due to my irregular sleep patterns. It would be nice if I could do that however this business model is best for those that are in decent health and only require periodic maintenance type of treatments. They also do not provide x-ray diagnosis.

If you use chiropractic care, then The Joint is for you. You get 4 adjustments a month with your subscription and then additional adjustments are just $12. This is a great plan and encourages you to use the chiropractic care that you need. My only beef, is I wish they were closer to me.

Dishonest billing practices. Signed up for two months- told the front desk I only wanted a two month trial and I even paid more for this aervice aince I did not want a long term commitment. Despite this I have been billed every month for a year. Look elsewhere for Chiropractic care.

I love this place. Quality, cheap, and friendly. If you sign up for a plan make sure you know that you have to give them in writing in advance of when you want to cancel. I would recommend getting a plan if you need a lot of adjustments because it is cheaper. I have scoliosis and sometimes I need 2 adjustments and sometimes I need 3 or 4. It just depends. I have been going to a chiropractor since I was 12 yrs old. I am usually very picky with chiropractors. This one is great. I moved down south and tried this place out after trying another one that was in kernersville and I like this one a lot better!! If you go there you will love meeting Nicerio and the female chiropractor that works there. Those two i would suggest to get adjusted from bc they are great!!! I pay $39/month for up to 4 adjustments and my husband pays $49/month. It is worth it. Usually chiropractors cost at least $40 an adjustment if you are lucky. The first chiropractor i went to up north was 100 a visit, but i had the severe stage of scoliosis then though. this place only makes it $29 for the first visit that comes with a consultation too. that is usually at 100 dollars the first visit for other places and in my past i have been to 5 chiropractors in my past
