When I went to the Joint Chiropractor for neck pain 2 months ago, I was given a 30 min evaluation, I didn't like how everything is out in the open, everyone can see you getting adjusted and hear you talking to the Chiropractor since it's no privacy, Dr. Sinia adjusted me and it felt rushed but I was fine at the moment, then their staff was saying how they're $79 package per month was a better option then paying $55 per visit as I get 4 visits a month so I signed up, I will say Dr. Todd was amazing he always did me right, long story short at month 2 I had to walk in to cancel my subscription for personal reasons, and the lady that signed me up on day 1 was there and said I couldn't cancel cuz they have a 3 month mandatory subscription policy! I was not told this when she signed me up, so she basically was trying to force me to pay for another month, I went home and blocked the merchant on my bank card, but i will never be going back, honestly felt like an assembly line where I was just another patient they were trying to get money from, if you do choose to go be mindful there's a 3 month subscription policy they likely won't tell you about just so they can get you to subscribe.

The best deal was 79.00 plan for 4 Vist, what made me change my mind is the 79.00 must go on your card an additional 3 billing cycles just a bit much and you can't STOP after one month...this was the issue for me, besides that the establishment and staff were 100percent.

We moved from California and we miss our Dr. Lind "our chiropractor". We tried 2 other locations here in N.C. and they were passable but nothing to write mom about. Then my wife found an ad for The Joint in Greenville N.C. and our Dr. Todd was thorough with questions and actually felt around and found our problems. I left able to walk straight, fixed my shoulders and an old forklift driving injury of over 10 yrs on my lower back. We had a very disappointing experience with The Joint Chiropractic (Greenville). After properly canceling our service, we were still charged on our credit card. When we brought up the issue to find a resolution, we were told they could not issue a refund—even though the error was not on our end. Instead of correcting their mistake, we were advised to dispute the charge with our bank. That is not acceptable. A business should take responsibility for its own billing errors and make things right directly with the customer. This experience reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability. We expected better, especially since we have been customers there for a while now. Lesson learned: never give your credit card info to anyone, even for “subscription-type” services. In response to “management”, we are not confused. Your staff is confused. If you want to contact me you have my email and phone number on file. We did what we were supposed to do and canceled using the appropriate forms you mentioned. I have been a member for years now and am well aware of the proper processes. Update 5/10/26: After all of this our credit card company forced them to refund our money. Hope the negative review was worth it.

I was impressed with the look & feel of this practice. The receptionist, Tameshia was very informative and pleasant. She was easily able to answer many of the questions I had upfront. I was so nervous cause this was my first chiropractic visit. Ms. Sinia Mcphail was knowledgeable and delightful. I really felt so comfortable through the entire procedure. She helped my lower back pain & shoulders sooo much! It's amazing how she reset my back & also helped me understand why & how the body works in regards to my pains. The staff was great, the adjustment was wonderful. My only issue was my first visit was supposed to be $30. I needed more sessions so the plan was ideal so I chose the plan. I was then charged the initial payment for the plan and haven’t even left my first visit. Which also means my first visit wasn’t $30. Besides that everything was great and I’ll be back especially when I’ve already paid

Dr. Nick is absolutely awesome. I have had adjustments for 25 years with various chiropractic offices. He is by far the best I have seen in Greenville NC. Prior to meeting him my wife and I had to drive to wake forest for treatment with our well known chiropractor. All other chiropractors in Greenville were not able to give us the work we needed done to keep us in lign without feeling pain and always wanting to do exams to jack up our cost. I went there Friday drive 2 hours. Don't know what they did but my back has been hurting more since going. Customer service was good. My issue is that the chiropractor possible hurt my back more instead of fixing it. DR. Nick was forcefull on my neck while barely touching my back. Usually a chiropractor gets my back to pop no issue. Nick got everything but my back to pop then started prying on me. Here it is 2 weeks later still in pain. I know you all have my information because we are required to fill stuff out when we enter. Not a single person emailed or called me about this.

Intrusive into personal information with the deplorable approach to customer service. I walked out after being aggressively confronted by the female chiropractor. My second time going to this facility and it was over as quickly as it started, which was great because a cold blast of weather had hit us. Anyway, I went in and immediately got sent back where I was again immediately ready to get started. The whole was much quicker because I knew what was coming and we breezed through it. I hardly ever write reviews but this place is worth it! I have been suffering with terrible joint/back pain since the beginning of my pregnancy and I had been scared to go in and get help due to my pregnancy so I tried toughening it out until I could not bear the pain anymore. This was my first time going to the chiropractor and it will not be my last. Dr. Nick was very friendly and took the time to explain to me the entire process before and as it was happening. I felt instant relief the moment I stood back up. After 4 months of suffering though this pain I wish I would have come in sooner! The wellness plan is definitely an excellent investment for you to be able to feel like your best self! I am much happier now that I can actually walk without being in constant pain!

Everyone here is SOOO nice! I felt like they actually cared that I was in pain and wanted to fix it. The dr I saw was very informative and super kind. I'm so happy I found this place. FYI, I have ulnar nerve entrapment, and lower back pain, and found instant relief. Its definitely worth a try, especially with the $29 special they have going right now.

Had the best hip adjustment from Dr Kate Ambroski, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be able to keep riding bulls at 38 years old. I go weekly for tune ups and it’s part of my wellness regimen. Best money I spend on myself, prices are awesome and the monthly pass is the best value. I started about 5 months ago and could barely tie my shoes or bend over. Now I’m back riding bulls every weekend. They work wonders.

Love their membership wellness plan—I can’t even see my old chiropractor for a visit and a quarter for the amt MONTHLY with The Joint. Military discount a huge plus. LOVE Dr Sarah!!! She was thorough, educational, patient, super warm and friendly, and adjusted me with less pain than I’m used to. So far results are outstanding. Dr. Nick is remarkable!! He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain the what, when, why and how of the procedure(s) he is providing. The entire staff is fast, focused, and efficient. After completing the initial intake forms and exam, I am in and out in less than 10-15 mins. I was a bit skeptical and nervous about getting my neck adjusted; however, Dr. Nick is gentle yet effective in his approach and his professionalism made me feel comfortable, confident, and relaxed. I have had amazing results just after 4 visits. I always look forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend giving them a try!!!
