This has been one of the hardest reviews I ever had to write (I want to give you 1 star) I find the chiropractors in this building to be some of the best chiropractors I’ve ever been to. Kevin is amazing, personable, and does a phenomenal job but the last two receptionist have just been dreadful. I went to cancel my membership six months ago and now I’m being threatened to pay them $79 because the receptionist didn’t do her job right and instead of canceling my account, she froze it and since there’s no cameras in the office, I’m being threatened by Mary now over $79 telling me I owe them this even though I haven’t had a membership since like March or April but since the account was frozen and not canceled, the membership renewed by itself without me signing anything and now I being told I owe them money and can’t cancel because of it. so I would say unfortunately, and I hate to say this because of those doctors, but those receptionist are criminals and you should go elsewhere. It’s such a shame.

The doctor tyler is good. The young receptionist is controlling and money minded. They took credit card details saying they need it for the file. I had to tell her 3 times that I am here for the 29$ special. She kept replying that she will determine the additional cost once the doctor prescribes. I had to tell her very firmly that I will decide later.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW SO THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO YOU. I know it’s long but PLEASE read it so YOU can protect yourselves as well. I canceled my account about 2 months prior to my mom passing away from pancreatic cancer in 2025. We knew she was declining quickly and lived in NJ. The kind man at the front desk told he would take care of it for me which I greatly appreciated considering what I was dealing with. He never told me I needed to sign anything, he told me HE would do it. Well they continued to charge me and even somehow managed to access my new bank card because I had to cancel my original card because my husband had fraud and so we both got new cards.Without my authorization they continued to charge me. I called to ask them how they got my new information and why I was still being charged.i spoke with someone on the phone I believe the same man, and he told me it was bizarre that they had my new card info and that once again he would take care of it by removing my card and by filling out another cancelation for me. I regretfully missed these charges because I myself was diagnosed with cervical cancer and was in and out of hospitals. I am still fighting cancer. They have phone recordings of our conversations and even charged me for “extra sessions” when THEY THEMSELVES confirmed I haven’t been in any office in over a year. Mckenzie Misner told me on a recorded call that this was insane I was even charged for an extra session 2 days after my mom died while I was in NJ still crying in the hospital filling out endless paperwork. They also know due to my illnesses I am not medically cleared to be treated by a chiropractor. My bank is kind of enough to refute these charges and give me back my money, but it shouldn’t have come to that. They charged my account $1,626. I unfortunately can’t post the email because I believe that’s illegal but I can tell you they offered me $321dollars back and then 20 “free sessions worth 469. To me they aren’t “free sessions considering this company has been unlawfully taking my money. Don’t let this be you please. Invest your hard earned money into a company that WILL DO RIGHT BY YOU. The staff is great and there are great doctors there but is it worth the risk of costing you almost $2000. There are great doctors everywhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting that the owners of the Joint and McKenzie would do right by me. The joint is not a trustworthy company to put your money into their hands. There wasn’t an option for 0 stars, but there should be because they don’t deserve even a single star.

I went to this location yesterday as I have been experiencing severe neck pain. All of the staff were polite and professional, but the best part is that, instead of trying to instantly make me a lifelong customer, they were honest about the fact that they might not be able to offer any relief for my issue as it might be outside the scope of their services. That honesty was a relief, even if it didn't help with my pain. :)

My first visit to The Joint did not disappoint. I took advantage of their $29 first-time special and decided to give it a try. With my background working alongside chiropractors, I had high expectations—and I was genuinely pleased with the care I received.
After sharing my history and what I hoped to gain from the appointment, I felt truly heard. Dr. Kevin helped realign my body and performed hip Active Release Therapy (ART), which made a noticeable difference. I’m already feeling much better and expect to be back to running smoothly soon.
I definitely plan to continue with one of their package options. Thank you to the team for such a positive and professional experience!

Extremely rude receptionist. I filled out my paperwork and she had 4 patients go before me after I had completed my paperwork. I waited for 20 mins while person after person who arrived after me and after I did my paperwork got their care. No sense of business sense or customer service. I asked her if I needed to check in online and she said she already checked me in. After these patients got their care she then asked if I could come back at 2:45 completely wasting my afternoon and adding unnecessary frustration to the process.

I had an average overall experience with The Joint Chiropractic. I’m giving 5 stars ONLY because of Dr. Kevin Jack. If I were rating based on the other two doctors I saw at different locations (not Morrisville), this would be a 2 or 3 star review.
I initially signed up for the two-month package but ended up canceling afterward. The company itself seems great, but the quality of your visit really depends on which doctor you get.
I saw three different doctors during my time, and the only one who didn’t rush the visit was Dr. Kevin Jack at the Morrisville location. I highly recommend him specifically. While the other doctors tended to do the same quick stretch or adjustment each time, Dr. Jack always asked about any concerns I had and tailored each appointment to what I actually needed.
I also noticed that my back improved only when I consistently saw him. Whenever I saw the other two doctors at the other locations, my back pain would return shortly afterward. Once I realized the difference, I stuck with Dr. Jack for the remainder of my visits.
Everyone’s experience may be different, but this was my experience. If you decide to go to The Joint Chiropractic, I definitely recommend booking with Dr. Kevin Jack for a more personalized and effective visit.

I have so many back and neck problems and never received any care for it. I’ve never been to a chiropractor but have seen plenty of videos of social media and heard the claims of instant relief. Had a bad experience today with the receptionist . Came in before 2 pm and was told to come after lunch around 3 pm and had me filled up the form. Came back almost 5pm with around 5 patients. Waited for all the patients to be seen and when a new patient who just filled up the form ..he came inside before me which supposed to be my turn . I asked the receptionist how come he was sent inside before me and she told me MEMBERS are the priority. I was a member before and to think I have waited 45 min and waited for others to come and seems not fair. The receptionist is not welcoming and not organized. This location in Morrisville SUCKS !!!

This would be 5 stars because the staff at this location are excellent.
The Weaverly location is closer to where I live and I had even been working in Weaverly, but I take the time to visit this location.
However, the receptionist sent an entire audience of men to watch a female get adjusted. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND AWKWARD!...
It is just as uncomfortable being a spectator to someone else's adjustment.
Also, it ruins any type of privacy.
This is a weird situation this company creates and has done so often. I highly recommend speaking up if this policy will create a similar situation, and you will be uncomfortable with either senario.

I had a very bad arm pain and back pain got past one week, due to some unusual sleeping posture. I was not able to do day to day activities and lost sleep for a week now. This review is specifically for Byron Agape and the staff of this location Lorraine and Adriana who have taken the practice and its image to a very high level delivering quality over quantity at this rat race competition where amidst the glitter we rarely see the gold. Dr Agape is a rare professional in this age of quick fix chiropractic who actually takes some time to get into the root of the problem and pain and explain and heal with a longterm approach and goal in mind . I have seen people driving over 20 min to find him on a location on acertain day and that speaks of him and his commitment to his skill and his patients. I wish joint hired more professionals of similar background and experience as there is a huge market potential to dive into this segment given the patient base who complain of short term fix without understanding the underlying problem

Been here for the 1st time. Good location and very nice and friendly staff! Little bit of paperwork but was done pretty quickly. They do not take insurance, but can be paid with FSA or HSA. Need to claim from the insurance later. Routine visits are very affordable. Treatment was done very well. Answered all the questions and doubts. Since it's a chain, can also use other locations if going out of town.

Dr Evan here is great, but their office staff is hateful, nitpicking and rude. My husband went to this office for 2 months, but knew the third month would be impossible due to his chaotic schedule at work due to the holidays. He was within hours of being able to cancel his third month. Since he could not do this by phone, he went over in person and was promised his refund if he did so since they already charged his card. It was still pending so it could have easily been canceled. There was no way he could have gone in in per prior to that time. They should have reminded him at his prior visit and he would have handled it while he was there. They are only in this for the money. If they were in this to help people, then people not their pockets should have been their first priority. GFY!

Chronic pain for over 30 years due to multiple back and neck injuries caused by spousal abuse. Also recently suffered rotator cuff displacement.
Went for 1st initial visit today and afterwards...after 30 years, NO PAIN!
Rotator Cuff was adjusted with immediate results in mobility restored in my arm. The Receptionist and the Chiropractor were extremely friendly, thorough and helpful. At 57 years old now, I can actually function again normally! I look for to continued care and healing with my wellness plan.
I actually feel like crying tears of joy.
I can't remember my Chiropractors name, but he's certainly changed my life and given me great hope for the future! My receptionist was Lorraine, and she was awesome as well!

Evan and staff are awesome!
I was having chronic issues with my back involving age, being out-of-shape, poor posture and the recent acquisition of Covid poundage LOL! Within a couple of sessions, it began to heal and within a few a sessions, the issue is totally gone!
My back and my core feel stronger and more stable overall and I'm not dealing with having to curtail my activities to avoid a muscle spasm any more.
This is easier and less painful that picking up my mail. The question is: "Why did I allow myself to suffer so long?"

Below is my original review. I thought I’d update it. This is stilI my favorite location. All 4 of the chiropractors ease the tightness and pain in my back. As long as I go regularly, I stay in pretty good shape.
I love The Joint in general because of the flexibility it offers. This location is my favorite because the main chiropractor here does move for my body that no one else does. And I’ve seen the results as my low back especially has improved.

Walked in and once I got through the paperwork, I was met by one of the DCs. She took the time to qualify my discomfort. I never expected that. The apprehension I had was met with a trust factor that I in turn felt confident with the staff.
6 minutes into the adjustment.. my legs are the same length(I had no idea they weren't), balanced, and my upper back and neck have no chronic pain. Pain and discomfort I dealt with for 6+ years... GONE IN SIX MINUTES.
The wellness plan is worth every dime.

Honestly I don't trust many doctors/health care profs because I feel like not many are thorough with their practice and look for easy ways out to solve issues. However the two chiropractors I have seen here here have been excellent with listening, explaining and effectively helping the issues I have with my back and hips. I highly recommend going here if you have pain. This is also incredible for what it is, $69 for four visits a month and then extra three your first month. I'd have to pay a $40 copay anywhere else with my medical.

I've been a member for a couple of years now. Have always had a great adjustment and check up from the docs at The Joint. I appreciate the convenience of multiple locations in the area and the fact that appointment times aren't necessary. Dr Cohen was so great. He really took the time to explain all facets of The Joint experience. Was in and out in a very timely manner. The price was great and being able to walk in amd be on the table in less than 10 mins including filling out paperwork was shocking in the best sense of the word. Made me feel very comfortable. The only thing i found a little strange was that you dont get your own exam room. There were 3 work tables in a large communal space. I think that may deter some clients such as women or the elderly. However i cant wait to go back. Thanks Dr. Cohen. Feeling better already.

This is a tough one, I was a patient here for about 2yrs. My visits were almost entirely with Dr. Wegerski, I found him both personable and great at what he does. As the practice became busier they added another chiropractor, Dr. Cohen. While he is definitely great at adjustments, he really got on to me about why I do not come regularly... like more than a suggestion the very first time I met him. I explained why I do not (no injuries btw) and voiced that I understood that I should probably come more often but that it probably wouldn't happen. I was just trying to be honest. I received the lecture after my adjustment and left hoping I would continue to get Dr. Wegerski. I also wondered if Dr. Cohen was in his own way, trying to encourage me to buy another package since I had just recently completed my previous package. I ended up moving out of the area and going to the new areas location. However, one day I found myself running errands in Park West and in need of an adjustment. Unfortunately Dr. Cohen was there that day and the exchange went so poorly that I no longer felt comfortable laying on the table for an adjustment and told him I was leaving and asked the receptionist to take the visit off as I passed her heading for the door. It is difficult to describe the contentious exchange... somewhere between an aggravated lecture to a mild beratement about why I wasn't coming in often enough. I explained to him that I had purchased another package and I had gone to another location due to moving. He did not stop. I will not return to this location unless he leaves the practice.
Update: Thank you for replying. However, you did not leave any means of contact. Also, I didn't say that I felt "sold" he seemed upset I wasn't coming in often enough.

My daughter and I walked in as potential new patients yesterday afternoon and there were no other patients in the facility. The receptionist even said that the Dr. was currently eating his lunch. However, she seemed very hesitant and I got the feeling that for some reason she did not want to provide us service. She kept harping on and repeatedly stating the possibility for a current patient to walk in and that a current patient would take priority over us and we would then have to wait extended amount of time (approx. 45 mins). Mind you again... there were no patients in the facility at that time @ approx 2:45 in the afternoon. After a few minutes of hearing us talk, the Dr. came out to try and offer assistance and he noted that they had a pt scheduled for 4:00. He expressed that he could take 1 of us as a walk-in but not 2 at that time. This, I completely understood and with his assistance with the conversation, I was going to let my daughter get serviced and I was going to either wait for later or see my primary care physician. However, even as we were nearing the conclusion of the discussion with a decision, the receptionist still seemed to want to dissuade us from staying. At that point, I was over her attitude said to myself....”why spend my money somewhere I am not wanted” and my daughter and I got up and left. Not sure what the issue was... but I certainly did not feel welcomed and I walked away wondering what truly was behind the receptionist’s hesitancy. While she stated she just wanted us to understand the possibility of the empty office suddenly becoming busy and that a current patient could walk-in thus pushing my daughter and I down on the list and making us have to wait, this did not seem to be a logical reason not to accept the customers that were standing in front of her and my perception was that this may not have been the true or only reason she did not want us to stay for service.

The front desk woman was extremely helpful and professional as was my doctor. Although I was a new patient, I did not have to wait to be seen (mostly b/c of the time I went). The adjustment was great, and I could feel immediate relief. I just wish the doctor explained a little bit more about how the process works and especially WHY it works. He gave the basic foundation, but more I think a more detailed explanation for a new patient is better. I’m very happy with the experience and will continue to get treatment.

I LOVE THE JOINT!!!! I have had severe migraines for the past 3 years and nothing seemed to get rid of them...until I started going to The Joint. I have never been comfortable with a chiropractor adjusting my neck until now. When my fiance and I go into The Joint (which is like once a week) we always see the same 2 chiropractors and they are very nice. I began at The Joint because I was suffering sciatic pain in my knee and hip. It was at the point where I couldn’t even sit down. Because of my type 1 diabetes, my doctors do not want me to take NSAIDs to help protect my kidneys, so there was no way for me to relieve my pain. Honestly, I was very nervous about starting chiropractic care, but I wish I had started sooner. All three doctors I have visited at this location have cared for me with such attention and respect, and I receive consistently great service from each.
The price is right, no appointments needed or necessary, and they’re open nights and weeekends. I love The Joint! You should definitely give them a try.

Two reasons why I liked Joint Chirporatic:
1. This model of affordable chiro care is applaudable. I used to visit traditional chiro practices very often for my back pain and believe me it's not cheap. Every visit would run me atleast $50 out of pocket. With Joint Chiro the cost has come down which means I can visit with les worry of the cost involved.
2. They are open till late evening (7pm) which means that I can plan my visit time and do not have to miss my treatment.
In the center that I visit (Morrisville), the chiropractors are very experienced and have been providing very good treatment for my back pain.
All in all, very satisfied.

This is an amazing business model. I wish all health-related services were this clearly and easily accomplished (and inexpensive to boot)! This is the way it should be. You can't afford not to take care of your body. I've been to all three doctors just because I could and they are all a little different. That's another great thing about this place: if you feel you need a second or third opinion it couldn't be easier. I like being able to make informed choices (don't we all?). I know it'll take at least couple months to get my shoulder back in decent shape again because I've lived with this meat grinder for a couple of years. I should have taken better care of my body and come here much sooner.

I was a patient with Dr. Todd before he opened The Joint practice. I was skeptical at first but genuinely see the benefits and love it! I work for a Fortune 500 company with great Insurance but my out of pocket insurance cost is actually higher with a traditional Chiropractic clinic than when I pay for service with The Joint. Also, its faster service. If you slept, wrong last night and have a crick in your neck.... instead of scheduling an appointment for 4 days out they can see you immediately and get the relief you need now! Their staff is knowledgeable, quick and provide the customized care you need. Love Dr. Todd & team.

(June 14, 2017)UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST....
I AM STILL GOING TO THE JOINT MORRISVILLE. I go at least twice a week and see Dr. Todd when I go. Dr. Todd is great. He always gets me in and out, and I'm always feeling much better than when I walked in.
I highly recommend Dr. Todd.
(May 2017)My first experience with The Joint was not a great one.... The doctors are great, I'm just not impressed with the way the office staff handled my payment or bank card. And I expressed my dissatisfaction with my experience and still no one has taken the time to apologize or make things right with me. I still continue to visit the joint because of the doctors
