Dr. Broadhead teamed up with the Joint at North Raleigh Six Forks in 2013, the second Joint clinic to open in North Carolina. After completing a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and a minor in French at Brigham Young University, he trained at Parker College of Chiropractic (now Parker University) in Dallas, Texas. Here Dr. Broadhead obtained his second bachelor's degree in Human Anatomy and his doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Broadhead has extensive experience in caring for spines of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes, children, and expecting mothers. "The greatest part of being a chiropractor is seeing hundreds of people feel better and function on a higher level every week." When he's not fixing spines, Dr. Broadhead enjoys hiking and playing table top games with friends and his wife Hayley (the doctor recommends games such as Castle Panic, Smash Up, Small World, and Pandemic Legacy) . They have two Shih-tzu fur babies, Gabby and Sophie. Dr. Broadhead chose to work at The Joint because he believes affordable chiropractic care should be a part of everyone's lifestyle. "The coolest thing I've ever done was explore France. And my favorite movie is "NeverEnding Story" (I always wanted to fly on a giant talking dog-like luck dragon)."
Dr. Rose Boyd has spent the last 12 years treating patients ages 0-80. She is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and holds the 2007 Clinical Excellence Award.
Dr. Boyd loved working at The Joint, Six Forks so much, she purchased this location in 2014. She is so excited about the new opening of our Wake Forest location. She loves watching patients notice better health in their necks and backs, but also in areas they didn’t expect chiropractic to help (migraines, digestive issues, sleep, sports performance). Dr. Boyd interned under a pediatric and pregnancy chiropractor in Minneapolis Minnesota, and enjoys helping infants, kids and moms, and pregnant women feel their best. It's the biggest honor to have new parents stop with their baby on the way home from the hospital to get "checked" for the first time.
She understands families are extremely busy and is glad patients can walk in anytime during the week or on weekends.
“I’m happy to be a part of a place that can offer great chiropractic adjustments at a price that is affordable so that more people can experience the benefits of consistent care- that’s what our model is all about,” said Dr. Boyd.
Outside The Joint, Dr. Boyd enjoys working out, taking continuing education classes in acupuncture and nutrition, cooking, and spending time with her husband, John, and two sons Ryan (5) and Luke (2).
Dr. Samuel Feinberg is a native of North Carolina who is passionate in his service to others. He discovered Chiropractic as a profession and potential career opportunity during the year he spent studying Spanish in San Jose, Costa Rica. He subsequently enrolled in Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC soon after his return to the U.S. in January 2015.
He completed 3.5 years of intensive study and graduated Cum Laude with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in June 2018. While obtaining his doctorate, he concurrently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Excelsior College with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts.
His mission as a chiropractor is to help as many people as possible to overcome the obstacles that prevent them from living life to their fullest potential. Enabling people to return to doing the things that they love is his primary aim. He can think of no better way to serve his community through routine and affordable chiropractic care that is offered at The Joint. Focusing on serving a diverse community in both English and Spanish, Dr. Sam looks forward to meeting you soon.
Dr. Christian Davies graduated from the New York Chiropractic College with a Masters in Nutrition Degree as well as a Doctorate of Chiropractic where he was awarded the Presidential Scholarship. He previously graduated from Life University with a degree in Exercise Science and the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Management. He was raised in Upstate New York and was glad to continue his education in the area. Growing up in the hustle and bustle of the city has given him the ability to work in chaotic situations with a calm mind and steady hands.
His first job in Chiropractic was in Raleigh NC. He also worked in Buffalo, New York and Wake Forest, North Carolina, stopping through New Jersey to work for a few years on the way. Working all over the country has allowed him to engage with a lot of different people and learn how to work with different cultures and attitudes. He was awarded the Depew Health Center Clinic Award in 2013 at the New York Chiropractic College. This award is given to the graduate whose selflessness and dedication to service within the Health Center, most intimately exemplifies those qualities embodied by alumni Dr. Violini. He was also the Recipient of North Carolina Chiropractic’s Association’s Rising Star Award in 2016. These just speak to the fervor with which he approaches his work and learning, you can never know too much or be too prepared to help someone in need.
You can find Dr. Davies at The Joint Chiropractic in Brier Creek. He became a Chiropractor to help others relieve pain and get to their wellness potential. Dr. Davies is also a third generation Chiropractor, it literally runs in his family! Seeing a client walk away with less pain and a smile is what keeps him going. He’s also a strong supporter of living a healthy lifestyle to improve your own health, it all comes full circle and you need to be healthy at every turn. If you’re getting adjusted regularly but not working to exercise and improve your diet, you’re just working against yourself.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Shannon. The two of them enjoy cycling and cooking among other things. The coolest thing that he has done is spent a week with his wife on a self-guided road trip through the Irish Countryside where they toured ancient castles and the Cliffs of Mohr. If he could choose four people living or dead to have dinner with he would choose BJ Palmer, the founder of Chiropractic, Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein and George Lucas for his inventive mind. He’s always open to learning new things and having new experiences, he feels that the more you can learn now the better prepared you’ll be for the future.
