Update to my review: I just went and seen Dr. Joe for the first time yesterday (5/18) after experiencing a lingering headache from allergies. He adjusted my neck in a way that I have never had it adjusted by any chiropractor ever and my ‘sinus’ headache was gone almost immediately! I couldn’t believe it, and I slept so good last night. I’ve had a lifetime of back problems and use chiropractors often. I was given a gift of a month from a family member to go to their office. Turned out to be a 2 month contract they failed to notify me about while doing their sales pitch. After my 30 days I asked if there was anything I needed to do to end the membership I signed up for and I was told no. Turns out they charged my family member for 5 months after the 30 days. When we contacted them about it they refused to refund anything. We wrote a letter asking for it as well. The receptionist only said “I sent your request to upper management” which basically means they did nothing or their upper management doesn’t care. They have your money they don’t care how they treat the customer if they aren’t currently active. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced from a chiropractor. I have, and 3 of my family members have worked for chiropractors for over 15 years and this service and treatment is beyond the worst ever to exist. 3-31-26 reply to your request… no thank you. You didn’t take me seriously when I tried to handle this one on one. You can contact me if you wish to resolve the request we already sent in.

The facility is exceptionally clean, pleasantly scented, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The front desk associate was courteous and thorough in answering all of my questions. The doctor was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the purpose behind each adjustment, especially focusing on specific pressure points and their relevance to my son’s needs. He made both my son and me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit, explaining each step with care and professionalism. I also appreciated the practical advice he gave for continued care at home. The self check-in kiosk at the front was a great touch—efficient and easy to use. Based on the doctor’s professional recommendation, I scheduled a few sessions for my son, which I believe will be incredibly beneficial for his overall well-being. I’m confident he’s in good hands here.

I went into The Joint due to severe lower back pain. The office was easy to locate and access. I was greeted and welcomed by a friendly MOA/receptionist who was very kind and professional. She guided me through the paperwork, and assured me that the doctor could help me with my issue. She and I had a friendly conversation while I waited, which I was grateful for because I was not feeling well. When the doctor called me back, I was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the office. He really paid attention to me while I described my pain and while I outlined my medical history. After my adjustments, I did actually feel better! I definitely need more work done to ensure my continued comfort. I was so impressed by the staff, office, and results of the adjustment, I signed up for a Wellness Plan! I also LOVE that I have the ability to walk into any Joint Chiropractic office nationwide and get adjusted with no appointment needed! I feel so much better and I am definitely going back!

Don't bother. Made a 4pm appointment and when I got there I was told it was a 40+ minute wait. Lots of other choices for chiropractic care in and around Statesville. Also realized they're goal is to get you into a subscription type plan. Go anywhere else.

I had a pinched nerve in my upper right back. It was so bad that I would get angry during the day because it just would constantly go numb and tingle. So my cousin talked me into going here. My first chiropractic visit I was almost in Breakdown because it hurts so bad but 20 minutes after leaving I noticed a different in the tingling in my back. Fast forward to 2 months later and I am completely free of pain, tingling and numbness. No doubt I am a believer in Chiropractic care now. I have to give credit where it's due and all three chiropractors worked on me there and every single one was good. Not only that they were very polite and I felt like I was welcomed there. Also I like the fact that you don't have to do a bunch of X-rays and a bunch of insurance mess. You can just pay and go back and get your first session within a matter of minutes. I definitely recommend going if you are experiencing any type of back or neck issues. Or just a simple alignment to stay in good health. I left there so many times with a good sense of well-being after my adjustment. I can't recommend this place enough.

LIKE YOU SAY "THERE IS MUCH MORE TO THIS STORY THAN MEETS THE EYE". First three visits were great; Fourth was with a substitute. Definitely a new and different experience I've ever had before. That popping noise during pressure and scream, was not release of pocket gas. After further visit to doctor and x-rays, HE BROKE 3RD, 4TH AND POSSIBLEY THE 5TH RIB! Isn't that a fine how do you do? Called ahead of time to schedule. Got there and was surprised they had all gone to lunch until 230pm. Wasted my only time I had available to see a chiropractor. Don’t waste your time find a real facility that won’t treat you like this.

I'm a retired Army Paratrooper with quite a few jumps under my belt. I suffer from back pain quite often. Not wanting to take any meds or getting hooked on them. My care comes in the form of acupuncture and Chiropractor care. Glad to hear about the Joint in Statesville and give it a try. After a few visits Im feeling much better now. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I love that they are open on the weekends so this really works around my schedule. This location is fairly new I used to go to Mooresville however, this is right beside my house and in the middle is Statesville. Highly recommend!

Came in last week with bad upper shoulder pain that wasn’t being helped with anything I had tried. So happy to finally get some relief and know it’ll take a few more visits to really get to a good place but they make it very affordable so that it easier to get into to see them will definitely continue going.

Today was my first visit. Very impressed! I love how you can walk in and be seen within minutes. Front desk is VERY knowledgeable and friendly!! Today Dr. Green took care of my very painful back. She is full of knowledge. I did not feel rushed. She listened to me and came up with a game plan. If you sign up for the monthly payment option, you are only paying $20 per visit. I went late last year when they were doing their free first adjustment. Dr. Green did a great job and after thinking it over I finally joined with my second visit with a different lady. She explained everything to me and knew the type of surgery I had done on my hip. Valerie from the front desk is amazing and is able to answer any of your questions and if she doesn't know the answer she will find someone that does!
