4 Must-Do Exercises for Great Abs

The exercises, diets, and other variety of things people try in order to get and maintain great abs are innumerable and at times, shocking. There is no need to go to extreme measures to have the abs most of us desire. There are many exercises that can help to tone the ab muscles from top to bottom. Some of these include:

  • Bicycle crunches
  • Ab wheel roll out


The plank has gained steam among the fitness world over the past 10 years. It is great for toning and sculpting the entire core. Some chiropractors claim the plank can also help promote healthy posture. The ab wheel and I have a love/hate relationship. I love the ab wheel for the benefits that come with using it appropriately. I hate the ab wheel for the pain and suffering that it can bring. However, beautiful abs are worth the pain, right? The ab wheel works the entire core and, with persistence, results can be seen in a short matter of time. For those looking for an inexpensive investment on workout equipment for the house, the ab wheel can be a great choice.
