This is specifically for the North Canton location. My Wife who struggles with anxiety already took the last appointment of the day so that the waiting room would be empty. (Just to give everyone an idea of how much planning went into going). She has been of course having lower back pain and I saw your advertisement for new clients for the $29 special. So as mentioned it was planned and she overcame her fears and anxieties enough to go. She arrived and was handed the IPad to begin filling out the registration information. She then got got near the end asking about some of her medical history involving what she felt were irrelevant topics associated with why she was there. So she asked the woman at the front desk (who will be why this review would be zero stars if it could be). if she can skip the questions. She was told that she would find out. After waiting and the woman helping other people she again asked. Now the woman has become irritated and replied to her just answer no on these questions (which would of been false). In other words, she never bothered to ask whomever if she can just skip these questions. At this point, my wife is uncomfortable and is beginning to struggle with remaining there. She maintains herself and again simply asks if she can skip those questions. The woman takes the IPad, stands over her (well within what any reasonable person would consider their personal space) and standoffishly asks her "Do you want to be here?" At that point of course no my wife does not want to be there any longer and she gets up and leaves. Now this review is being written days later so that I did not wrote it completely out of anger. I wish I could provide her name. But the way that woman treated my wife who only sought some relief from constant back pain is reprehensible. I was proud of her for having the courage to go to your business despite her anxieties to begin with. I encouraged her to go. Only to be treated as an annoyance and then stood over as if she were being scolded? I'm sure no disciplinary action will come to this woman but it wouldnt be difficult to check your closing time videos for patients with my last name. But I'm sure you wont. After all we were only a $29 new customer walking out. But I hope those reading this take into account this should you also perhaps struggle with anxiety or maybe some other mental health issue. Do better.

Took my 76 yr old Mom here with an acute injury (slipped disc in lower back from a fall). Was able to be seen ON A SATURDAY which was huge because she was able to begin treatment. Dr. Smith was great, explained the process and took her through some progressions, and worked on her gently. He introduced some motion into the affected area. She got some much needed immediate relief, plus she's in a better spot now to do her own healing. The lady at the front desk was very kind. The price was reasonable and communicated simply. I visited Joint Chiropractic for the first time without having an appointment. They had me fill out information and then I was shortly taken back to speak with the doctor. We discussed my concerns and he explained their process and procedures. I was then given an adjustment and was taken through the process . I just had my first visit and treatment at the joint chiropractic. Andrea and Jeff were very nice, professional. They helped me and took time to explain things to me that really made a huge difference between other chiropractors I've seen before. I bought a package from them so I can return to keep my body in line and moving. I highly recommend this place or any of their other locations. Doctor Jeffrey Holman, was very thorough. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He went over the whole spine and how each part works and why it causes pain and issue if it’s not working properly. Honestly the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. Explains everything and very informative! I realize this pain will not disappear overnight, but now we have a plan! However, after several visits, I did not return, yet was charged $79 each month. I tried to remedy this, but was told I signed into a Wellness Plan and would have to come sign a cancellation.I was in so much pain when I went, I could have signed anything to get relief! Interesting when they could charge my card each month...Yes, I was upset, and I apologize for being nasty, since the girl did not allow me to do that on the phone. We live almost 30 miles away, I am a senior...I will not return!! She said she would email it to me and hung up abruptly. So, instead of that $29 visit, I have paid over $300!

I started coming to The Joint because I was having such unbearable pain in my shoulders I couldn't sleep at night. After coming here for about a month, I can confidently say I will NEVER go anywhere else. The doctors incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and skilled, and the services they offer are very affordable. Seriously, I havnt seen a chiropractic sin e 2004 due to car accident. Last 2 years started walking with a cane again. Dr. Smith put a plan together, and I will financially try and stick with it. There is about 15 minutes of paperwork and the Chiropractor does a thorough medical intake. After a quick palpation of your neck and back, you get your adjustment. They have a great affordable monthly option to continue care. You scan in-go to the back-get adjusted and you’re done in like 10 minutes. Great hours too!

Starting with the good. Front desk lady was lovely. Very welcoming. I used to go to Joint Chiros before the pandemic. I enjoy the concept and recognize it for what it is: inexpensive and quick adjustments. All chiros in this network adjust differently and it is important to find a location that adjusts the way that helps you the most. However, I must have inadvertently triggered Dr. Jeffrey, asking for a more firm adjustment instead of a soft adjustment. I recently moved to Ohio and have been through a year of hell this last year. (I briefly mentioned I had been under an insane amount of stress this last year) I was looking for 5 minutes firm adjustment which feels tender and caring to me. Instead I got a lecture about subluxations, the list of different causes and then told that the Joint is a wellness center not something else in an aggravated/demeaning tone. The adjustment was mediocre (although the neck adjustment was good and always challenging to do on me because I freeze up) Dr. Jeffrey was then short and dismissive. I was strongly considering doing a monthly plan which financially is beyond reasonable, but decided against it because I don't want to contend with a provider's ego instead of just getting an adjustment that is most effective for me.

At first it was good. I really like the Chiropractors. The more I went the lesser the experience. Too Fast, I get the same treatment everyone else does, not getting individual attention. The drop table does nothing for me. When asking for a Diversified Adjustment I was told by the Chiropractor she couldn't do it because she wasn't feeling well. Even when there are no other patients waiting it's the same. I'm planning on going someplace that takes more then 3 min to be adjusted. I feel like the Chiropractors can't slow down and have been conditioned to rush.

All the doctors at the Joint are excellent. I have been going there for 9 months and they get my back and neck aligned. I had been having severe neck pain on the left side and had an MRI done. Dr Jess looked at the MRI and referred me to Powell Chiropractic for decompression. I have completed 12 of 15 sessions and happy to say I'm pain free.

All of the doctors are exceptionally great at their job and trying to get you out of pain as fast as possible. Dr Jessica is very passionate about helping her patients, even going as far as to drive me to stat care when I was having medical symptoms that needed evaluated by a medical doctor ASAP. This is not something that most chiropractors would do for their patients. All of them are passionate and caring and want to help you feel better. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in pain.

You ever had your back aligned so well you cried in relief? Then look no further cause these people are miracle workers ☺️ extremely friendly and supportive staff who take the time and dedication to get to know you and make you feel welcome. They're very up front about everything and genuinely care about how you're feeling. They're also more affordable compared to most places I've been to. And don't get me started on the short wait times. I don't think I've ever had a visit where I waited more than 12 minutes in line. Check them out !

I started going to the joint in another state. I really like that they are not pushy with getting a package. My only request would be that they take a little longer than 3 min. to do an adjustment. I've had about 6 different chiropractors in 2 different state adjust me at the joint.clinics. And only 1 out of those 6, I felt like he took his time and made sure I was all good. I'm on the fence about continuing. So overall good people, great customer service...but it's hit or miss at times.

I had a wellness plan and asked for the recurring charge to be taken off when I started the plan back in April. I went twice back in April. I only needed to go a few times. They charged me for the month of may and the month of June and I haven’t been there since April. When I called yesterday they said they could not reimburse me even though I haven’t seen them since April. Basically stole my money from me. But it’s my fault for not making sure the plan was cancelled even though I asked for the recurring charge to be taken off right away because I only needed a few services back in April. Just terrible.

I have had back problems since I was a freshman in high school. As a former competitive swimmer, I encountered a number of lower back injuries that have followed me into adulthood. Since making the move to Canton, my first priority was finding a chiropractor in the area. I’m am so happy to have found The Joint and Dr. Jess to take over my chiropractic care! With regular care I am finding my posture has gotten better, I am more flexible during workouts and my migraines have gone from chronic (2-3/week) to minimal (1-2/month). I have seen a chiropractor since I was a child and this is such an awesome and new concept as compared to years past dealing with appointments. I love the convenience of being able to go in on my time when I have a busy schedule! Employees are extremely friendly and I always enjoy chatting with them. The membership setup is easy to do and very reasonably priced! The doctors both are amazing at what they do, and both poise professionalism and perfect bedside manner. I have worked with Dr. Jess more so and she goes above and beyond than just adjustments, we talk about everyday situations on how to improve issues and gives me additional information/therapy and exercise to help. If you’re new to chiropractor care this is a great place to start!

I really like the Staff at The Joint Chiropractic! From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in the right place- They listen carefully to their patients and can definitely get you moving (and pain free) again. They offer great tips on how to do neck and shoulder exercises to get rid of "Tech Neck". And they have restored a lot of mobility in my very stiff neck. I have had two adjustments by 2 different Chiropractors at The Joint. So far I have been very pleased with my treatment. I am suffering from multiple issues and I am already feeling great! I love that this is a walk-in clinic. Most privately owned chiropractic clinics are very expensive and appointments are hard to get and keep with everyone having busy schedules. This works for me. This is fantastic and how things should be. I have struggled to get chiropractor care around my work schedule. And then the high rates because most places who take insurance have to charge MORE to cover the cost of having at least 1 staff member to process the claims etc. I was able to walk in. Meet friendly knowledgeable people and pay less than my portion WITH insurance costs in the past.

After working hard over the course of a week to sew a first book bag for my young grand daughter, I found myself suffering with neck, shoulder and back pain like I never had before. The Joint is the best! Dr. Trina is the first chiropractor I’ve ever seen, and she made me feel very informed and comfortable about my first visit. It’s a stress free environment with friendly people, who greet you with a smile and are educated in what they do. It’s also affordable....which is something I’m ALWAYS looking for! They do not deal with insurance, which to me, is wonderful. It makes the whole process hassle-free! My initial appointment did not take long at all. The process to sign up as a new client was short and the adjustments are quick - although I never felt rushed! It’s absolutely great for someone with a busy lifestyle and an unpredictable schedule!

What an amazing experience, we stopped by walked right in a few minutes later and I was being examined by the Dr. She had me do a few simple movements to see where I was at found where the pressure was and where I needed adjusted .
