Meet The Doctors

Dr. Naomi Narro, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Quail Springs

Dr. Naomi Narro, D.C., known to her patients as Dr. Naomi, is passionate about providing compassionate, hands-on care that empowers individuals to heal naturally. A 2023 graduate of Parker University, Dr. Naomi brings a unique blend of science, empathy, and purpose to her chiropractic practice. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science: Biology from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX, where her studies sparked a life-changing realization.

During her undergraduate years, Dr. Naomi interned at a toxicology lab, where she saw firsthand the devastating impact of opioid addiction. That experience reshaped her career path. She became determined to enter a healthcare field that offered non-invasive, drug-free solutions to pain—one where she could truly connect with and uplift people. Chiropractic was the perfect fit.

Now based in Oklahoma City, Dr. Naomi is excited to serve her community through The Joint Chiropractic. She values the patient-centered approach of chiropractic, where every person is seen, heard, and involved in their healing. For her, the most fulfilling aspect of being a chiropractor is helping people relieve symptoms without the use of addictive medications, offering a natural and effective path to wellness.

One of Dr. Naomi’s favorite moments in practice was when a patient’s child observed her adjusting their mother and became so inspired by the visit that they exclaimed, “I want to be a chiropractor when I grow up!” These moments of connection—smiles, stories, and transformations—make every day meaningful for her.

Originally from Weslaco, TX, located in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley at the southernmost tip of Texas, Dr. Naomi is proud of her roots and the strong cultural and family values that shaped her. In her personal life, she has a vibrant home filled with love and laughter. She’s married to her best friend Luis, who serves as her loyal baking taste tester and a fellow food enthusiast. Together, they enjoy exploring new restaurants, spending time in nature, and visiting unique places—like the OKC Zoo, where they even got married!

Their fur family includes two sassy and sweet cats, Taffy and Muffins, and a goofy, lovable Pomsky rescue named Jellybeans, whose favorite hangout is Bar K, the massive dog park in downtown Oklahoma City.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Naomi baking treats, hiking, or simply enjoying the joy of day-to-day life. Whether educating patients, helping them out of pain, or simply offering a warm smile, Dr. Naomi is committed to healing with heart—one adjustment at a time.

Dr. Taylor Baird, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Quail Springs

Dr. Taylor Baird, known simply as Dr. Taylor, is a dedicated chiropractor who brings passion, empathy, and small-town work ethic to every patient he serves. A 2018 graduate of Cleveland University – Kansas City, he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and an Associate of Applied Science from Pratt Community College.

Born and raised in Pratt, Kansas, Dr. Taylor comes from a close-knit community where everyone lends a hand and no one quits until the job is done. That same mindset fuels his approach to chiropractic care—helping others, pushing through challenges, and striving for real, lasting change.

His journey into chiropractic began with a personal experience that changed his life. After a car accident the day before a high school football game, Dr. Taylor suffered intense back pain that forced him to sit out mid-game. A visit to his hometown chiropractor helped him recover in less than a week and finish his junior football season strong. Continued care not only relieved his pain but also boosted his performance on the wrestling mat, leading to one of the best seasons of his career. That powerful combination of immediate relief and long-term results inspired him to pursue chiropractic and help others experience the same transformation.

For Dr. Taylor, the most rewarding aspect of chiropractic is the power it holds to truly change lives. He’s witnessed incredible outcomes—from faster healing to unexpected improvements, like a memorable case during school when a patient regained 20/20 vision after chiropractic care, despite no other lifestyle or medical changes.

The second-best part of his job? The human connection. In a world that’s increasingly digital and disconnected, Dr. Taylor values the genuine, face-to-face relationships built in chiropractic care. For him, it’s about more than just adjustments—it’s about understanding, compassion, and restoring not just bodies but human connection.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Taylor enjoys lifting weights, playing video games, going on cruises, and spending quality time with his daughter, who keeps him on his toes and fills his days with joy. He’s also a proud dog dad to Chira, a resilient mini Australian Shepherd with a few physical quirks—missing a toe and partial blindness—but full of life and love.

Driven by purpose and rooted in compassion, Dr. Taylor is committed to helping others feel better, move better, and live better—one adjustment at a time.

Dr. Tatum Chapman, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Quail Springs

Dr. Tatum Chapman—known to patients as Dr. Tatum—is passionate about helping people live healthier, more active lives through chiropractic care. A proud graduate of Parker University (December 2024), he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Originally from south Oklahoma City, Dr. Tatum has always felt a strong connection to his community and family. Staying close to home was never a question—it was a calling. Now, as a chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic, he’s not just working in his hometown—he’s actively contributing to the well-being of the very people he grew up alongside.

Dr. Tatum’s journey to chiropractic wasn’t a traditional one. While working as an intern for an architecture firm, he realized that sitting behind a desk wasn't where he belonged. He craved human connection and wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives. That realization led him to chiropractic, a field that blends science, movement, and genuine human interaction.

His favorite part of being a chiropractor is playing a role in his patients' journey toward wellness—helping them achieve their goals, overcome pain, and return to the activities they love. The second-best part? Learning from experienced doctors in the field. Dr. Tatum thrives on collaboration and continuous growth, drawing inspiration from the wisdom and techniques of those who’ve been practicing for decades.

One of his most unforgettable experiences came during his internship at a chiropractic clinic in Tulsa. On a quiet morning, a frantic man rushed in, saying his wife was giving birth in their truck outside. The chiropractor, who had delivered four of the man’s children, sprang into action and delivered the baby right there in the parking lot before EMS arrived. Witnessing that moment underscored for Dr. Tatum the depth of trust and connection chiropractors can build within their communities.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Tatum is what his wife lovingly calls a “hobby collector.” From golfing and weightlifting to running, jiu jitsu, rock climbing, and reading, he’s always chasing new interests and challenges. If there’s something new to try, Dr. Tatum is game.

He and his wife, Courtlan, share a lifelong bond—they met when they were just four years old, grew up in the same neighborhood, and were classmates from kindergarten through high school. Today, they continue building a life rooted in shared values, deep connections, and a passion for community.

Dr. Tatum brings energy, empathy, and a lifelong love of learning to every patient interaction. Whether you’re beginning your wellness journey or returning to the activities you love, he’s here to help you thrive.
