Husband and I came here today for our much needed adjustment. Game changer here for sure. Knowledgeable doctor and he asked,"have I been having headaches recently ?" I was so surprised because yes sadly the past week has been the worst ? He told me that was due to a disc near my neck would cause these issues. It has been quite some time since I have been to Joint and I went in with some issues today. Layne assisted me getting checked in and was informative. Once I got back to Dr. Matt, he knew what my issue was without having to give much information. Dr. Matt took the extra time to spend with me to better explain my issue and treatment going forward. I was expecting come see us every week, but was beyond happy to hear that he believed i just needed to be seen once a month. This speaks volumes when in some places sales are the only driver over the care of the patient. Dr Matt was superb. I am new to the clinic but not new to chiropractic. My elbow started hurting yesterday after moving heavy furniture and wallpapering. It started killing my shoulder but into my shoulder and neck. My hand started to swell and blanch from immobility and stiffness. I left work and they worked me in. I anticipated what he was about push my shoulder back in, because I knew it would be better but hurt in the process, so I said, "just do it please". Dr Matt motions were shift, without hesitation as he knocked my shoulder back in. Immediately I began to cry from a sense of relief. You never fully know how much pain you're in until it's gone. Dr Matt and Layne were so kind and understanding. 10 of 10!

Great chiropractor! Great front office. I live in Nevada and this is one of the reasons I use joint chiropractor for when I'm traveling out of state. Very few Chiropractors nowadays taking insurance so this is the best way to go. Didn't have to wait more than 1 minute.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming, but it wasn’t exactly what I expected.. It took me longer to complete the paperwork than the adjustment. Also what was done during the “adjustment”, was just basic things that I do at home… kinda disappointed because I was really looking forward to this helping me..

Total waste of time and money. The “chiropractor” at The Joint in Yukon felt more like a salesman than a healthcare professional — no real help, no real relief, just a rushed visit and out the door. The lady at the front desk looked like she was mad at the world for no reason. Not welcoming at all. Honestly, I should’ve known better — $29 for a visit? It’s just like those “$59 drain cleanings” at Amped Plumbing — sounds like a deal, ends up being useless. If you want something actually fixed, go somewhere else and pay for quality. Lesson learned.

About a month ago I had the worst sciatica pain I've ever felt in life. I tried all kinds of stretches and at home remedies and nothing worked. I'd never been to a chiropractor before but I needed some type of relief and fast. I work on feet all day and I wasn't sleeping so the fact I could get a same day appointment was perfect. Within one visit I had relief, and within 3 visits the pain was practically gone. I was so nervous and Dr. Matt explained everything and made me feel super comfortable. I love the quick and easy check in process and the front desk girl Savannah is always super nice. I love thier monthly program too. Over all 10/10.

1st visit - after some initial paperwork, completed by way of an app, I was quickly seen and adjusted. Both the receptionist and the chiropractor we pleasant and helpful. The membership appears to be the lowest cost per treatment, but there are some nice packages (blocks of treatments) that can save money compared to buying one treatment at a time. Membership involves a monthly fee while a block of treatments is a one time putchase. The choice depends on how frequently you plan to get adjusted (short term problem versus chronic problem). I travel extensively throughout the United States, so I like the idea that I can walk into any location without an appointment and get an adjustment.

Wow!! In a panic after missing a week of work and a Emergency Room visit using a walker to get around and then a follow up with our regular doctor only to get put on pain pills and muscle relaxers my wife and I were in desperate need of answers concerning her severe sciatica pain and the immobilization it was causing. Finally our son was telling us about The Joint Chiropractic in Yukon Ok. Elizabeth got us in and set up on a Saturday morning and then Dr. Matt went to work. As I watched Dr. Matt explain how sciatica is caused and showing us how far out of alignment my wife's hips were he amazingly within a few minutes realigns her hips and relieves the burning in her hips and legs enabling her to be able to walk again. Wow!! No more burning sensation or walking out of alignment with severe pain. We are forever thankful to Elizabeth and Dr. Matt and are signed up for more amazing appointments with them to make sure this sciatica pain is never coming back!

Dr. Matt Downing has a very direct-straight forward approach and is very friendly! His skills on the backboard are amazing when it comes to spinal adjustments. He also always cracks my neck in both lateral directions that IMMEDIATELY relives tension. Savannah working the front desk is also an amazing organizer and communicator. I’ve been here 4 times now and it’s a great experience everytime. Savannah is super friendly and always greets us when we come in. Dr. Matt is absolutely wonderful. My first visit, I came in with an awful migraine and some pain from a disk in my back. When I left, I was migraine free and way less limited with how much I could move with my back. Everybody there is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Fair warning to anyone trying to go here, Dr Matt is very unprofessional and is known to dismiss people after he’s been told he physically broke ribs, my friend is currently going through this and has two broken ribs due to him and he refuses to give her the time of day to try and correct what he messed up

I suffer from chronic Migraines and occasionally I get one that renders me completely unable to function in day to day life. The only thing that can alleviate the pain in these cases is a Chiropractor. Finding a chiropractor open on a Saturday seemed impossible, but Dr. Matt and Savannah saved the day! So grateful they were open on Saturday and Dr. Matt instantly relieved me of my Migraine. I promise you, if you suffer from migraines, Chiropractors are the only heros that can save you. First time going to a chiropractor and what an absolutely amazing experience! Savannah at the front desk was so kind and helpful getting me registered for my first appointment. Dr. Matt was my doctor and man, what a great guy! He explained what was causing my symptoms and the treatment plan to help resolve them. I had terrible back and neck pain along with sciatica from working physical labor jobs in the past and I was so surprised how instant the relief was! My neck felt so loose and comfortable to move and look to the side whereas before it was very stiff. My sciatica was also improved after the adjustment and my back feels like it's new again! As of 1-25 the new male chiropractor is the worst one I’ve ever had. Didn’t pop my back and adjusted my neck in a way I had never seen and made my neck worse. Said he had twice as much experience as his colleagues but he needs to be retrained in modern chiropractic techniques.

Dr. Matt was able to get my lower back to adjust, and that speaks volumes considering it's been at least 7 yrs since the last time a chiropractor was able to adjust me in that location. His drop table and explosive firm strength did the trick! Being a body builder, muscles are always tight and can cause more complications to receive proper adjustments.

I've seen Dr. Cameron for 2 sessions now and it's been great! I've had trouble with a shoulder injury from my time in service and have limtied range of motion in it for going on 15 years. It's feels like I'm gaining my range of motion back and my soreness day to day has gone down exponentially! Definitely reccomend even for just overall wellness. I was welcomed by the sweetest girl named Tiffany. She had excellent customer service and was very detailed in her tour and going over the new patient forms. I was really nervous my first time ever getting any kind of chiropractic service but both the kind lady up front and even the chiropractor himself were amazing. I moved into the area recently, and I had asked around where to go for chiropractic care. I was told the joint in Yukon was a perfect spot. I called the location and contacted Tiffany, and she gave fantastic info about the services provided. Tiffany provided me with clear answers on how chiropractic care and billing will be handled, and it caught my interest to stop by. After a couple of hours, I went to the location and completed all the paperwork necessary to start. I was cared for by Dr. Jade, who was very friendly, informative, & caring over her career. Dr. Jade not only asked where the pain was coming from but also questioned me about my daily activities and how they affect my posterior chain. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get immediate care and not go through the hassle of doctor appointments and insurance.

Long time customer husband and I went in to try a new location, since it is closer to our home. Went in with 21 mins till closing, we’re told they wouldn’t be able to adjust either of us because they wouldn’t be done with current patient and have time to adjust before 7. We had high hopes since location was so much closer instead of driving across town. That is poor customer service, and we won’t be returning or recommending this location. If they want to be out the door themselves at 7, their signs/website should say last patient at 6:30, open til 7.
