Meet The Doctors
Dr. Alex Allard became part of The Joint Chiropractic’s team of local healthcare providers in 2022 when he began serving residents in the Greenville area, where he continues doing the work he finds so rewarding.
“The best thing about being in the chiropractic field is being able to help a patient who is in pain get back to doing what they love,” he says.
Dr. Allard and wife Gianna have a dog, and when they’re not enjoying time with each other, he likes golfing and watching sports.
A product of Rhode Island, he has worked previously in Durham, N.C. Dr. Allard attended the University of Rhode Island, where he got a degree in exercise science; he earned his doctorate from New York Chiropractic College.
In Case You Didn’t Know
Dr. Allard says he always keeps craft beer stocked in his refrigerator “to enjoy when a friend stops over.”
If any four people from history could drop over for a beer, the doctor would love to share suds with Jeopardy! Host Alex Trebek, basketball legend Kobe Bryant, NFL quarterback Tom Brady, and entrepreneur Elon Musk. “We would discuss sports, history, and the connection between the two as we move into the future,” he says.
Dr. Allard includes a vacation among his most cool experiences. “I was able to spend a week on the Amalfi Coast in Italy,” he says. “I was with my wife, brother, and sister-in-law. It was so cool because there was so much history and it was absolutely beautiful.”
