    I have a membership so I can go to different locations I was out of town and visited this location and the customer service was great very friendly atmosphere But when I got my adjustment by the doctor(younger asian lady ) i dont kno her name sorry but she does not no what she is doing !     I have been a joint client for 7 years since they opened near me. They always have the best doctors. When I travel I will look for a joint location as well.     I hate I need to leave this review, big I must. After 1 year of not going to a chiropractor, I decided to give the Joint a try. After going to other practices, I find it is worth paying the extra money to go elsewhere. I was literally in the back being adjusted for maybe 60 seconds. He tried to adjust my neck a few times with very little success, then proceeded to my middle back with very little success, and that was about it. They were more concerned about selling you future visits then taking the time to properly adjust your back and neck.

    My experience with The Joint Chiropractic was absolutely horrible. Even after I canceled my plan, they continued trying to charge me for a multi-month membership. It got so frustrating that I had to block the charges through my credit card company. The front office experience was terrible. Jessica was by far the worst to deal with, Madison was a close second, and corporate customer service was somehow even worse. Every interaction felt like they were doing the world a favor just by existing. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service was unbelievable. The funniest part was being told, “We’re not a great fit.” After everything I went through, that was almost comical to hear. In my opinion, this is a really poorly run business with an even worse customer experience. I also personally don’t believe chiropractic care provides value for me, so this entire experience only reinforced that view. I would never recommend this place based on my experience.

    New mangement !! Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. After I posted my review, I received a call from the management . Rather than trying to understand what had happened, asking questions, or working toward a resolution, the conversation was stern, confrontational, and focused on telling me that the clinic was “not a good fit” for me and that my membership was being CANCELLED ?! At no point did I feel there was any genuine effort to address my concerns or preserve the patient relationship. What I had hoped to hear was something as simple as, “I understand your concern. Let’s see how we can make this right.” Instead, the response reinforced everything that led me to write this review in the first place. The clinic publicly states that patient satisfaction is their priority and that they welcome feedback to resolve concerns. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. If patient satisfaction truly is the priority, then those words should be reflected in how patients are treated when they raise concerns, not in the way they handled me on the rude phone calls to negative reviews. Healthcare should put patients first, not hide behind policies. Based on my experience, this office has completely lost sight of that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND because of the management!

    These places are great! It’s in and out without much or any wait. Every doc does chiropractics differently so my only complaint is that there is not a way to see a whole month - or even a week long - schedule on the app. If corporate could implement this somehow, I’d give them 5 stars

    I’ve never written a review before, but I felt like I had to share this. I’ve dealt with lower back and sciatic nerve pain for almost 15 years. Over the past year, even sitting or standing for long periods became difficult. I’ve tried other chiropractors and physical therapy with no relief. I originally went to The Joint Chiropractic because of their first-time special and didn’t expect much. I don’t remember the doctor’s name, but she completely turned things around for me. She took the time to listen, was very thorough, and for the first time in a long time, I’m not constantly dealing with pain. I go about once a week now for adjustments. It’s quick and convenient, and I walk out feeling better every single time.

    My chiropractor that I’ve used for over 30 years,retired this past year.I have tried several different chiropractors throughout these 30 years,not because of anything other than,my original chiropractic being out of town,sick,cut back on her hours & trying to find someone that could adjust me.The joint chiropractor did a great job with adjusting me.They are convenient,reasonably priced,professional but approachable,very nice staff,clean office,very updated & no appointment necessary.The only complaint I have is that they don’t have the spineulator tables,massage chairs or anything like that.Hopefully they will consider the benefits of massage & invest in some.

    Crack, snapple & pop! My back got straightened out & it dramatically helped the pain in my neck lessen. That was my first spine alignment in my entire life. Dr. Hillers was unbelievably receptive to my issues & genuinely gave elaborate empathetic answers to all my questions. It wasnt an immediate alignment, mostly finding the areas that were out of position then strong pushing pressure was applied in several places. Don't hesitate to regularly get your spine aligned.     It was very easy to walk in as a first time patient. Tracy at the front desk was sweet and helpful and the check in was quick. Dr Ebi had such a calm and comforting presence and everything he said made perfect sense and aligned with the issues I was having. He made sure I was comfortable and ok after every step as this was my first time. And frankly their price offers are pretty impressive. I got their treatment package without hesitation and highly recommend them if you’re new to this kind of treatment.

    I do enjoy going to this location and Dr Ron is awesome. The one thing that concerns me is a possible lack in HIPAA compliance. There is a lady that works the front desk that will bring other patients back to the service area and have them sit in the chair by the chiropractor table while someone is with the chiropractor. Often the chiropractor will ask the patient about any issues going on and personally, I don't need some stranger sitting in the room hearing what I may have to say. Hopefully, they can figure out a better way to make some feel comfortable when it comes to HIPAA privacy issues.

    This was my first visit and it was a very pleasant experience. The lovely receptionist was very kind and Ron was very helpful. They were able to get me in last minute and explained everything thoroughly. I am a tattoo artist and tend to get very stiff from work.     Dr. Ebibi is great. Dr. Ron is very good. I do not like the new policy of waiting on Dr. In adjustment room. I hate someone watching me get adjusted and me watching someone else get adjusted. Let us stay in the waiting lobby until the Dr. Is ready for us. This is very uncomfortable and makes me tense. Thank you.

    The chiropractors at The Joint at Turkey Creek are very professional and care about their clients and their needs. I went in with very excruciating lower back pain.     I went in today for the $29 special. It was nice to find a chiropractor office that actually adjusts you! Dr. Derrick was attentive and helpful. Felt like a new man after my adjustment. Great front desk ladies, felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. Definitely recommend going if you’ve been thinking on trying a chiropractor.     Came in for the first time to this location. Ebie was my chiropractor. He was a tall skinny young Asian descent man. Very very good. He helped explain to me, what many other chiropractors could not. I sometimes feel whoozy in the head or kinda dizzy or off balance. I asked him to pull my ears to see if it’s fluid trapped in eustacian tubes. And to check my jaw because it’s out sometimes. He explained to me how it was blocked on the right side near the jaw being out of alignment and he rubbed the area to loosen the muscle. He explained to me how that can explain why I feel those symptoms. He took the time to rub the area like a massage until he felt the blockage release. No chiropractor has ever done that and spent the time. Now I’m more educated and low what to do. He even showed my husband how to rub down the side of the neck and the jaw to relax that area. He explained other stuff too. I will be back tomorrow most likely to see him again.

    I had hip pain for four months. I had difficulty walking and sitting. It was especially painful when I tried to stand up after sitting. I decided to see a chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic. This ended up being the best decision for my health. After seeing Dr. Hillers for one visit, my pain was substantially reduced. The day after the second visit, I had no pain.     I love to walk, but it used to hurt my hips for me to go long distances. Jogging was always painful, and something that I hadn't been able to do since I was a child. One day I took a good look at my legs, and realized that one seemed way shorter than the other one. The difference totally shocked my mom, and she told me to find a chiropractor. I had a previous chiropractor years ago that didn't really seem to care about me and didn't take me seriously since I'm in my 20s. I didn't want to go back to him, so I found The Joint. I felt instant relief with their adjustments, and my pain level kept decreasing with walking the more I went. Now, I can even jog! I am also at a desk on a computer a lot of the time, and my shoulders and neck get really tight, so I get adjusted for my upper body as well. I've been going to The Joint for a few months now, and my quality of life has truly increased. The doctors are lovely, and I always look forward to going.

    They are now enforcing a policy where they send people to the back where you are being adjusted while you’re getting adjusted. So while you’re talking to the chiropractor and he’s adjusting you, you have three or four people within 6 to 8 feet of you. No privacy whatsoever. Not comfortable at all. We have been going here for years and love the concept but we don’t like that.

    I take my mom this chiropractor for last 2 weeks and we purchase wellness plan the plan is very good and affordable. One day I take my mom for her regular sitting and that time also I have a very bad back pain so I request front desk lady her name is Cindy Hansen can I have a treatment and she says no because in 30 mins we are going lunch time I says ok and I walk out the door. Next day I getting more pain and I call and same lady Cindy Hansen she answer call and I ask I need appointment can I come now and also I done my all paperwork and send them by email I tell her I m in very bad back pan. So she tell me no we are closing in 1 hours. Sorry we can’t take you right now. So that means they don’t care about their business and she don’t know how to treat customers.

    I love this concept. It's very affordable and extremely convenient. The chiropractors are very great at adjusting. I've been adjusted by the lady and the guy. I'm not an easy adjustment and both did great. I used the Joint when I lived in Columbia, SC. I'm very happy we have franchises in the Knoxville area and cannot wait until the one opens in Maryville!     I made an appointment at this practice in Knoxville. When I arrived I was introduced to Dr. Larry? I was in significant pain. I decided to try a new Chiropractor since My current Chiropractor has been ineffective and adjusting my adjustable spine. So he would not honor their $29 come on promotion because I am a medicare patient. I assume any other insured person would be refused as well. Apparently because they don't accept any insured patients. I have seen chiropractors for over 40 years. This is an insult and is bad business practice.

    The Joint uses is a fascinating approach to basic chiropractic care. There could not be a cheaper, more convenient business model. The place is CLEAN, nicely appointed, and pleasant. It's shockingly fast, despite not taking appointments. They're nationwide, and even have multiple Knoxville locations. It's amazing that I can drop my wife off to shop at Turkey Creek or Sevierville while I get a quick adjustment. There are only two reasons I can think of as to why you might not like The Joint. First, it's no frills. There aren't massages, lotions, oils, aromatherapy, etc., etc. You get a quality adjustment, pleasant people, and that's all. If you're looking for a spa-like experience, this isn't it. Secondly, because they're open so much of the time, you may not see the same Chiropractor every time. However, I've had adjustments from 5 of them in the times I've visited and all did a fine job. If you prefer someone in particular, they post a schedule every week so you'll know when you can visit and see your preferred practitioner. I can't imagine Chiropractic care being any easier or cheaper than this. You can even pay with your health savings account if you'd like. I gladly give them 5 stars.

    Why don't more people seek a chiropractor? Usually because of money and/or time. The Joint solves both obstacles by not dealing with insurance companies and being open evenings and weekends.     When I first went to the Joint and met and talked with Dr.Melissa I was in excruciating pain. One week prior I had seen two different chiropractors and even an acupuncturist. They were able to provide a brief relief but the pain came back.I had one chiropractor tell me that after 10 visits he would get from a pain level 10 to a 5.I'm not sure what I did to cause my lower back to give me such grief. Then I met Dr.Melissa at the turkey creek Joint chiropractic. After several visits seeing Dr.Melissa I went from a pain level 10 to a 2. I don't know what more to say then THANK YOU so very much I can actually sit, stand and move around basically painlessly,feeling pretty good.     I have been hurting for years and lately it had got to where standing for even 5minutes or walking a 100ft and my lower back would hurt so bad. I made an appointment with The Joint Chiropractor in Knoxville and met with Dr. Ryan there who went over everything with me and then done an assessment before treating me. For the first time in about 10 years I got relief, it was amazing and I’m so glad I made the choice to go see them. Dr. Ryan did say my lower back was “all locked up” so to speak and wouldn’t be able to get it to where it needed to be with just one visit, but just after the first visit, the relief it gave me, I was able to do things without hurting, things there were no way I could have done just prior to going. I went for my 2nd visit today and my back got even more relief today. I can’t wait to go back this Saturday. If anyone reads this and is thinking of going. I highly recommend you do.     I came in all bent over and barely walking. Dr Zach spent 15 minutes and I was able to walk out upright with almost all my pain gone. I Would have never believed how quickly he helped me. When you are in that much pain and someone can take almost all of it away that quickly, you just cannot believe it. I can not recommend Dr. Zach enough. I signed up my wife also. Dr. Zach adjusted her tailbone and now she can sit pain free.

    I was in pain and had went to another chiropractor, I ended up being in more pain Because they were adjusting me wrong. After researching I came here, Dr. Jaskic actually listened, evaluated me from head to toe, explained everything in detail, and made my pain so much better! this place is amazing! I’m taking both of my kids for ear infection adjustments now!
