Meet The Doctors

Dr. Mark D. Campbell, D.C. is a Chiropractor at North Knoxville

Dr. Mark Campbell graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and summa cum laude from Life Chiropractic College West. He loves his role at The Joint Chiropractic and providing local healthcare services to more than one clinic location, North Knoxville and Sevierville. He joined The Joint’s family of local healthcare providers in 2022.

His first-hand experience led him down the chiropractic path. “A chiropractor restored my back after a motorcycle accident when many other doctor treatments failed,” he says.

Dr. Mark has two adult daughters, and a couple of miniature Australian shepherds named Jack and Holiday. During his down time, Dr. Mark enjoys woodworking, hiking, and observing nature.

“The thing I appreciate most about chiropractic is knowing that I can alleviate a person’s pain without drugs, with my adjustment, and restore them to a better functioning body, thus preventing future dysfunction and disease,” he says. “It’s very rewarding. Who wouldn’t love doing that countless times, with the “side effects” of sleeping better, breathing better, and living more fully?”

One of his most memorable moments as a chiropractor included a patient who brought a case of Tylenol into his office. “They wanted to show me what they were about to return to Costco since their headaches were now gone,” he says.

Dr. Justin Goodridge, D.C. is a Chiropractor at North Knoxville

Dr. Justin Goodridge became part of The Joint Chiropractic family of local healthcare providers in 2022 when he joined the North Knoxville clinic location. He finds the work gratifying and loves interacting with patients.

His favorite aspect of chiropractic work is “helping people live a better quality of life,” he says, as well as “the appreciation and gratitude we receive for helping people.”

Dr. Justin, as his patients call him, enjoys most outdoor activities and sports including golf, hiking, and fishing. He has a tabby cat that he rescued.

Originally from Atlanta, Dr. Justin is a graduate of Kennesaw State University in Georgia where he earned a bachelor of science in business management. He received a Doctorate from Life University in Marietta, Ga.

“I knew I wanted to become a chiropractor when I quit going to one,” Dr. Justin says. “I started to truly notice all the benefits we provide to our patients and wanted to be a part of that experience for others.”

One of Dr. Justin’s most notable experiences as a chiropractor occurred when he began his practice. “One of my first cases was a patient who had significant radicular symptoms that was keeping them from work,” he says. “With care we were able to get her back to work.”

In Case You Didn’t Know

One thing Dr. Justin always keeps stocked in his refrigerator is hot sauce “because it goes with everything.”

His ideal dinner party guests would include celebrity chefs and food experts Gordon Ramsay, Guy Fieri, Jon Favreau, and Bobby Flay. “There would be the best food and it would be a great show.”

Dr. Justin is a big fan of the book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. “It is a very enlightening book and really puts certain aspects of your personal and professional life into perspective.”

When Dr. Justin was a boy, he had the rare opportunity to go to a Buffalo Bills practice where he met quarterback Doug Flutie. “He came over and signed a ball and the back of the jersey I was wearing and threw a pass to my uncle.”

Dr. Larry Litrakis, D.C. is a Chiropractor at North Knoxville

Dr. Larry S. Litrakis received his Bachelor of Science degree from Monmouth College in New Jersey. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College in 1990.

Dr. Litrakis has numerous post-graduate certifications from The Physician’s Academy in Dallas, TX and the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Dr. Litrakis has 34 years of experience treating family, sports and accident related injuries. Special interests include treating chronic pain, arthritis and headaches.

He enjoys spending time with his wife of 29 years, Dee, and his two children, Zachary and Emily. Personal interests include martial arts, studying Chinese medicine, hiking, playing guitar and hanging out his dogs Teddy and Ollie.

He has enjoyed loving and serving East Tennessee for 30 years- Go Vols!!

Dr. Bill Martin, D.C. is a Chiropractor at North Knoxville

Dr. Bill Martin graduated with honors from New York Chiropractic College in 2016. Prior to arriving in East Tennessee with his family in 2022, Dr. Bill had practiced in Utah and Washington state.

Part of his time in Washington was as a Clinic Director with The Joint Chiropractic.

Working as a licensed massage therapist with Olympic and professional athletes, as well as beginning a family was what got Dr. Bill interested in furthering his education.

Dr. Bill has two daughters with his wife Bertney, along with an extensive fur family that currently includes 8 cats among other animals.

Dr. Bill is an avid reader and outdoorsman and he and his family are working on their goal of joining the 900 Miler Club after completing every trail in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
