Dr. Justin, as his patients call him, enjoys most outdoor activities and sports including golf, hiking, and fishing. He has a tabby cat that he rescued.

Originally from Atlanta, Dr. Justin is a graduate of Kennesaw State University in Georgia where he earned a bachelor of science in business management. He received a Doctorate from Life University in Marietta, Ga.

“I knew I wanted to become a chiropractor when I quit going to one,” Dr. Justin says. “I started to truly notice all the benefits we provide to our patients and wanted to be a part of that experience for others.”

One of Dr. Justin’s most notable experiences as a chiropractor occurred when he began his practice. “One of my first cases was a patient who had significant radicular symptoms that was keeping them from work,” he says. “With care we were able to get her back to work.”

I won't be going back.. Dr Alley gave me an adjustment that created a new pain in my lower back and Butt cheek muscles that I did not have.. I have been in pain ever since. It's been many months now and after getting a call from the manager to address my not returning back and my message sent to them about my pain, the manager wanted to debate with me why I was in pain instead of trying to correct the issue and offering to re adjust me. Unfortunately the exact same issue happened with my wife also on the same day and she did not have back pain but now suffers daily. I originally went in for a shoulder adjustment and she went for a neck adjustment, we both went in for one pain and left with two. Beware when going to these walk in clinics, I learned the hard way.

I just moved here from Texas. Almost 3 weeks ago and started my day off with a migraine. I Saw the same chiropractor for about nine years. When I was in Texas, so finding one locally was on my list of things to do once I settle in. My migraine wasn’t waiting for me to settle in. The staff was kind and courteous, and the chiropractor was competent and explained things to me clearly. I did feel as soon as I walked in the door that the most important thing was that they make sure they sold me on buying a package .I do understand the importance of follow up for this type of therapy to be effective that being said It did feel like a sales pitch from beginning to end. Just not my vibe.

went to cancel my wellness plan because i no longer needed it/could afford it and could no longer go once a week. as soon as I said that i needed to cancel my plan… the ladies at the front were very passive aggressive. Other than that, I’ve always had a great experience here and i would recommend to anyone with any pain :)

I had to freeze my account due to a paycheck and my budgeting skills definitely not there fault at all. They know me every time I go in for an adjustment and treat me like a family there they are awsome and amazing to say the least!! I started coming here after being diagnosed with chronic migraines. I had tried everything to ease the pain, but nothing worked. I had seen a few doctors, took migraine medication, tried massage therapy, SO much ibuprofen, heat/ ice, everything. Every day was a struggle, and I felt like I couldn’t live my life the way I wanted to. I was sleeping way too often, calling out of work, stopped exercising. It was ROUGH. After my first two sessions here, my headaches were gone COMPLETELY. These guys gave me my quality of life back. I’m exercising again, and enjoying my daily activities with 0 pain. I saw Dr. Kimball last week for my first visit, and I walked away feeling like a brand new man. The morning after my adjustment, I woke up without back pain for the first time in almost 14 years. I suffer chronic pain from a war injury, and I learned how to just deal with it and go about my days the best I could. In the few days following my adjustment, I was more active than I have been in a very long time. I walked around all weekend with a smile on my face and got the best sleep at night. The Joint in Bearden is my favorite location! The front office staff (Becky, Kim, and other lady with glasses) are always welcoming, personable, and friendly. I’ve can’t say enough great things about the joint chiropractic group as a whole. I’ve been to a couple different locations all have been very clean and great practices. I love it bc as a person with chronic pain and need for maintenance adjustments it’s very low cost and very convenient. I used to have issues being able to get seen that worked with my work schedule not only are they open later than most they are also open Saturdays. I’ve even stopped at a location in North Carolina when I was visiting my step sister for her wedding. Dr Derrick, dr sandy and dr Ron do amazing jobs addressing my needs and are all very good at what they do. If your looking for a new chiro and don’t wanna spend 100s and fight with insurance go to the joint!!

Woman at front desk was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was stupid after I walked in for an appointment. The doctor had to come talk to me because she could not be bothered to and she sat on her phone the whole time. They will not see you here if you’ve been in a car accident that isn’t even being handled by insurance. Don’t come here.

Was extremely pleased with the service I received until it was time to cancel. I went in person to the Farragut location and was told I could only cancel at the location where I signed up. “Just call and they can take care of you” I am not able to utilize chiropractor services for medical reasons at this point. And I had already paid for a month of services I wasn’t able to utilize. Fast forward, called today only to find out I have to go in person to cancel. This would have been helpful information beforehand. I wanted to wait until I knew for sure that cancellation was necessary. I underwent an extremely painful injection on Monday and because surgery is a potential my physician asked me to refrain. I had planned on explaining this to Becky at the Bearden location but her sarcastic and rude response has made me not want to consider returning to this company when I am given the green light to use chiropractor services again.

Disappointed in Dr. Ron’s bedside. I’ve been helped with a specific issue at 4 other Joint locations. Today he rushed me through and ignored my questions. It felt like I was a just a body being moved through a chiropractor conveyer belt. Don’t let the people skills fall by the wayside. On the positive side, the adjustment was as expected and he showed me some stretches. My review is concerning the bedside manner.

I was a customer for years and this year I fell on hard times like a lot of people right now and when I ask them to take my payment earlier then normal they said that they couldn’t do that but they said they could move the payment date and I said this doesn’t help me I want paid sooner well they still took the funds and over drafted me thee time and so I have canceled all my services going forward and when I tried to get it canceled they became very rude and so please be aware and I would not recommend them.

Pulled my shoulder the night before doing yard work. Since I already had a massage appointment the next day, I had the massage. It didn’t really help. Coming to The Joint Chiropractic has been game changer for me! As a vet student who sits all day long, the doctors knew exactly what kinds of stress my body goes through and were able to create a regimen that works perfectly for me. I’ve never felt better, slept better, had more success working out, and overall improved health. I have fewer migraines and find myself able to focus more than before, especially now that my back isn’t aching all the time. They also helped do some muscle recovery when I had an unexpected spasm that was causing me to have issues moving. So they can do so many great things!! I cannot recommend them enough! Plus the cost of the membership is incredibly affordable compared to other places I’ve been before. To add to my past review, I’ve been a member for a little over a year now and still love it! I had slipped a disc that was pressing on my sciatic nerve. Not only were they very understanding of my pain, but they were able to pop my disc back in place. Been to 2 chiropractor offices. 1st was brown chiropractor.....what a disaster they was. 2nd with hesitation was Joint chiropractor. Hands down night and day. Very good experience and would always recommend. Very thorough and gentle to extreme pain. Oh and I came back to edit this review because I read Kobe below me with his 1 star review. For your friend! It's in plain English and they are up front of this. It's a 2 month minimum with 2 or 3 day grace period to cancel. You will be charged for 2 months and can cancel at anytime. I was a member for over a year. I put up with it constantly being busy. I put up with a lot of doctors coming in and out. I put up with having to look at the schedule to see which doctor was there what day so I could go to the one that would help me. But I am so tired of being harassed after attempting to cancel. I filled out paperwork months ago and was assured it was going to the right clinic, however I was charged until my credit card expired and now I am getting harassing emails that I have consistently replied to telling them I cancelled months ago. They refuse to read them I guess. Would not recommend due to the cancellation process and the fact that half of the doctors just put on a show and would not actually put the pressure needed on my back to relieve any pain.

My body NEEDS regular adjustments to feel it’s best. I recommend everyone get at least 2 per month, I mean at the LEAST. Posture, exercise, sitting weird, carrying a purse on one shoulder more than the other, a quick head turn… can ALL get your bones out of whack. GO GET THEM IN WHACK ?

The Joint has greatly improved my quality of life for the last several years! I’ve gone to a few chiropractors before and The Joint’s membership is a lot cheaper than what I was paying out of pocket with insurance. I’ve had daily migraines for more than 20 years and getting adjusted regularly has helped my migraines become just about non-existent. I have an occasional headache here and there but nothing compared to before. The doctors are all great and the staff is super friendly. Madison is amazing! Becky, Dr. Derrick and Dr. Sandy at Bearden are the best! The Callahan Dr. location is great as well and I’m so glad you brought Dr. Kyle on board. I had a bulging disc that pinched my sciatic nerve. I literally only had one option for a chiropractor on a Saturday when I couldn't even crawl out of bed for work: the Joint Chiropractor on Kingston Pike, Knoxville. They allow walk-ins, with a $29 first time visit. They're open Monday through Saturday. The atmosphere is very calm. The receptionists are very inviting, and the doctors are friendly and determined to help your pain. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

They were able to see me right away and I received excellent service. The spasms that I was experiencing were threatening to ruin my conference that I was headed to. The evaluation and adjustment were phenomenal. Unfortunately I do not live in the area so I will likely be unable to return but I know we have a franchise where I live, so I will likely be visiting them!

Not a fan of the doc that treated me at this location—poor bedside manner and poor effort in treatment for the the issues brought forth. Too bad for me that I wasted two hours round-trip to go there.

Doctor had very light hands to examine but found the problem area every time... and fixed it!! A little different from my experience in Myrtle Beach, but absolutely just as satisfying, if not more. I'll recommend this Company to anyone who doesn't want to pay a fortune and still have wellness!!

I love the pricing at The Joint, especially because I have children and when I do the membership they can get adjusted for free. The problem is that there is a lot of change out in chiropractors and it can be challenging to find someone you are comfortable with. I have found a few that are good with myself and the children but I am not happy with how much the doctors move around between clinics. I would like to consistently be able to see the same ones at my closest clinic.

This is a good affordable chiropractor in a nice area of Knoxville. The inside was very nice and clean and the people are friendly. The downside to walk ins is that I waited almost an hour before being seen, but if you are there when they aren't busy it seems like you could get in and out quickly. The chiropractor is friendly and capable, he explains what he does as he does it. COVID19 caution: If you are immunocompromised, you might want to avoid this office until the virus is gone. They did not seem too concerned about COVID precautions and masks were only occasionally worn.
