It's a great experience. My only gripe is the sometimes back to back new patient evaluations. If a existing patient comes in it may be prudent to take the existing patient (which only takes 5 min max) in-between the new patient evaluation. This way they aren't sitting and waiting 30-45min.

They do great work,the onyproblem I have is that when you go there it's 69$ for fourVisits,and that's a great price! But if the person at the desk doesnt explain it thoroughly enough, then you're in for a big surprise every single month when they try to auto draft the next $69 out of your account. And then when you call them they tell you that something you signed up for, even though I had no knowledge of it. And even though you call, and tell them you would like that to be stopped they tell you you agreed to have it removed from your account and that's about as far as it got. I still to this day have them trying to auto draft $69 from my account, luckily I put it on my cash app card so I didn't have to worry about it coming from the bank. Also be ready to get bombarded with their questionnaires and surveys after you're done cuz they're going to keep send them. As far as the work they do, it's wonderful they do a great job chiropractically!

I’m still pretty new as a client here, but so far I’ve been seeing them for a few weeks and they get me straightened right out. I have been having a lot of issues in my back and leg for quite some time due to a bad disc in my back.. I’ve been to 3 different doctors and ultimately end up going in a circle with no resolution. I finally decided just to try a chiropractor. My first day I could barely walk in. Today was my second appointment and I walked in more upright than I have been in months! I have another appointment Friday then will continue going back once a week afterwards and intend to continue beyond the recommended weeks just because of the overall relief my entire body feels after walking out of the joint! Plus prices are great and the ladies that work up front are compassionate and kind and dr Melissa is amazing! Great business and I recommend EVERYONE go at least experience what a chiropractor can offer you!

My first time in this style of chiropractic care. If you want quick in and out maintenance, this is perfect. No complaints on care or professionalism. Team is excellent. Each Dr has a slightly different style - so try another if you found the adjustment ‘rough’. And, as your body adjusts, so will the amount of adjustment needed. Payment plan is simple and straightforward. They let you know how many visits left each time you check in. I feel they listen to you, but don’t expect them to know where you hurt - you gotta tell them what’s going on.

Always treated friendly at the front desk. They are conscientious of my time and try to limit any wait time. However, when being seen by the doctor, they always take time to ask how I'm doing and about any changes or concerns. I get in and out quickly but never feel rushed. I started going just to alleviate normal build-up. Some due to age, some to work. I'm always surprised by how many adjustments they're able to get done. Friendly staff, friendly doctors, professional and courteous. Glad to be going and plan to continue regular visits to keep everything working well.

If I could leave 2 reviews I would. A 5 star for Dr. Melissa and a 1 star for Dr. Mark. Dr. Melissa is amazing! She listens to your concerns, and is gentle but effective in treating you. Dr. Mark is the complete opposite. He is cocky, makes inappropriate comments, and is rough. I went in for my weekly adjustment and woke up the next day and could barely move. During my adjustment he made the comment that he is “the only provider that does it right” and also made an inappropriate comment about my friend taking her jacket off. Thankfully they post the schedule so I can stay away on days that he is there!

I have never been to a chiropractor before but I finally had some pain I couldn't care for myself. My doctor was very kind in explaining why my pain was constant and why it isn't a quick fix. She was gentle but firm enough with her movements and did just enough with my first visit to relieve some of my pain and not make me feel sore. I'm very glad I went in yesterday. I also would like to highlight the front staff gal. She is one of the most professional receptionists I have met. She was completely kind and courtesy throughout the whole process. Couldn't wait for this branch to open..staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Mark answered all my questions. I love that this is walk in as I never know my busy schedule day to day. Their plan options make care affordable without the worry of insurance deciding how many visits I may need or what they will cover. This allows me to work with the doctors and I can be in control of my health not the insurance company who has never met me. I'm very happy with my decision to get healthy at The Joint.

The place has only just opened, and I've only been a couple of times now, but the staff is very friendly, and professional. The plans are very affordable, especially since I don't have insurance, and the doctors are great at listening to me on how my body is doing versus other chiropractors that wanted to dismiss what I was saying because I was not informed. I have telling all my coworkers about this place.
