It’s tempted to want to drink soda and juices full of sugar.  Other than the fact that soda and sugary juices will make you crave more, they are usually lacking in healthy ingredients.  If you keep a diet that is loaded with water, you’ll find that you feel healthier and your body will thank you.  With the hot summer months, it’s important to keep yourself hydrated.

One of the reasons why people become overweight is not because they eat a lot. Take the Stairs

Whenever you are able to avoid the elevator and get more walking in, it will have a positive effect on your health.  Even if your schedule is busy, incorporating more physical activity into your life will benefit you in the long run.

Go for a Jog

Whether it’s early in the morning or around sunset, jogging or walking is a great way to relieve stress (which could lead to emotional eating), and a nice way to get a little bit of exercise in for the day.  Because the weather is much nicer now that it is summer, exercising outside is a great way to stay in shape and get some fresh air.
