Doctor Garcia is one of the best chiropractors I've ever been to. It is very apparent to me, I just had my second visit and both times had great adjustments. I've seen at least 4 dozen if not more doctors through the Joint alone, and more elsewhere in years prior. The way he analyzes your spine, and adjusts with more detail and steps, makes a difference. I went there with sever “back pain” with the hopes that they will help me reduce some back pain. I thought I was just getting old and I was done! To my surprise doctors at joint Chiropractic helped me resolve all my back pains and now I have no “Back Pain”.
It used to be a big task just to sit down and try to get up from floor and now I can quickly get up like I used to do 10 years back. I had no idea how everything is connected in your body. Some of the other health issues that had raised up over the years which did not look related but I guess they were, went away in last 6 weeks. Another thing that has really impressed me is that how all the doctors work together and update all your progress in their database. Multiple doctors work there and each one continues where the last one left off!

My husband and I have had such a fantastic experience here. Dr. Garcia has addressed our chronic injuries with a level of expertise that neither of us have experienced from previous chiropractors. Each of us are high-intensity athletes with unique injuries and the team at this location has been excellent at working with us to correct challenging conditions. Dr. Garcia went so far as to spend extra time attempting to correct a knee injury that was debilitating. An MD at an ER could over me no solutions, but Dr. Garcia had me up and walking again by the end of our visit and offered a prognosis that fit my symptoms much more accurately than what I had been told at urgent care. My husband was also able to find relief from a chronic injury resulting from a back fracture. He has more mobility than he has had in years. Don’t hesitate to check this crew out, especially Dr. Garcia. In addition, the front desk staff are helpful and kind as well. We are so lucky we found this team!!

When I first came in, I couldn't even reach the left side of my chest with my right hand due to shoulder issues. After just one session, I felt an immediate improvement. On a consistent basis, I have been coming here for 3 years. Have been having a great experience in this place at Coppell, making sure that I get back on track with badminton

RUN ( just this location) I signed up for the wellness plan here knowing I could go to any The Joint locations while came back home. I then continued using it in my home city, completely forgetting I signed up here ( in coppell)
I then found an integrative health doctor who also does chiropractic. I Went to my local store to end my wellness plan.. and was told Coppell was my home store, so I'd need to go there, OR They would allow me to email it in.
I called the store to get their email address. And was told no, ma'am, you have to come in. You're not allowed to email the form in. I explained that I live over an hour away from them. Over fifty miles ONE WAY
She stated I would still need to bring it in. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they might maybe make an exception. If you can prove you have a medical condition that would make that drive impossible. I said sure. I'm having intermittent episodes of pots and I'm diabetic. She asked if I could provide actual documentation of that.
WHAT THE HECK. I have to give you a Doctor's note for you to not make me drive 112 miles( round trip) to come to your store.. What the heck is that about? You think you have the right to demand my private medical information? So I can cancel something with you without driving over a hundred miles?? )
I once again asked to speak to a manager, And was told sure she'll call you back.
TLDR: This store only cares about their profit. They do not actually care about their patients. . To ask someone who found you while traveling to travel back over a hundred miles ( round trip) to cancel something is insane. To demand a doctor's note to accept A cancelation form in an email. Is equally insane. So much for caring about their patients!

Over the last 8 years I've been treated by 19 different chiropractors at 3 different The Joint clinics. Dr. Inson Stoltz at the Coppell clinic is the absolute best. She demonstrates an exceptional personal and professional interest in the client. Rather than simply going through a "cookie cutter" routine of the same adjustments every time, Dr. Stoltz asks and listens about my particular symptoms and adapts each treatment accordingly. She explains the issue and sometimes shows me simple exercises I can do at home to help alleviate particular conditions, sometimes even providing printed exercises. And the quality of the experience at the Coppell Clinic is enhanced by Kimberly, the receptionist. Kimberly exhibits a friendly and professional manner, is very efficient, and is warm and welcoming as soon as you enter the front door.

Dr. Stoltz (sp?) and Dr. McKee are amazing! I never feel like a number, I feel like a patient. I started coming here because it's close to my work. I'm able to get over there, get an adjustment and get back to work in under 20 minutes. I am so happy to have found them. Dr. Choi is my family’s chiropractor. He adjusts myself, my 2 year old, and my spouse. We love him as a doctor and he truly listens to our issues and comprehensively does an exam to figure out what the issues are! He was able to help me with my pinched nerve, my sciatic pain, my tendinitis, and even my inflammation in my Achilles heel! I always look forward to my adjustments because my body feels better after. I go from feeling like my body is attacking me to less pain and a sense of normalcy. I highly recommend Dr. Choi and would definitely seek him out even if he leaves this location!

I went there on 12-7-20. The website promotes Walk-ins Welcome, but this was not the case for this location. I got there at 5:15 as a new patient. There was not one there at all. I was told the front counter lady was at the store and was told I had to wait until she returned. The person that told me this didn't smile when I walked in, she wasn't welcoming and acted as if I was a bothering her. When the lady got back from the store she told me they don't set appointments but will hold spots and that they were 'holding spots' for several people.
Its unfortunate that they were like this. But I'm glad I saw this so that won't promote a location with employees like this. This location is close to my home so that sucks that I will have to drive further out.
I do not recommend this location due to customer service.
As soon as I walked out, I called another Location for The Joint. That location was fantastic and friendly and welcoming. They were able to get me in that night and my son in the following night.

I had to take a moment to write a review.I had been having a horrible tension headaches and migraines. Never in a million years would I had of thought coming to the Chiropractor. I was referred by one of my co-workers to The Joint who had came in for a severe pain in her neck. I am completely thankful for this referral. Not only were they completely professional, and welcoming. ...but it was so fast and thorough that I did not have to rearrange my work schedule. The staff is pleasant and courteous from the time you enter the door on up until the moment your are stretched on the the table. I appreciate them and their services. I read reviews, and I do base my decisions about the companies that I choose to do business with off of their ratings. I do hope my review brings them new clientele because they are truly amazing!!!!!!!!! My headaches were gone after a day!!!!
