I wanted to share a concern about my recent visit to the clinic. I waited for around 40 minutes, and during that time the receptionist allowed a woman who arrived after me to go ahead of me. I had already checked in from my car and then came inside to wait. When I asked about the delay, I was told there were two people ahead of me, including that woman. However, once I mentioned that I had arrived before her, I was then told that I was next. This experience felt unfair and disappointing. I have been a regular customer of The Joint Chiro for the past 5 years and have always appreciated the quality of chiropractic care. However, I do not support or encourage any behavior that may come across as discriminatory or biased. Experiences like this make me consider changing my primary clinic. Your chiropractic service has always been great, but I hope the front desk experience can be improved so all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. Thank you for your attention.

I highly recommend this clinic. Dr Jefferson and Dr Jun are the best there are. I came here because my sciatica put out of work. They carefully listened to what I had to say and took a different approach and their time. They aligned my back and my posture. At a time when I could hardly walk because of the excrutiating pain; they had me walking upright after each and every session. Unfortunately my case is a little different because of my line of duty as a truck driver and the toll that my job took on me, it called for more drastic measures. They advised me to to go to a decompression clinic, which I have(on my second session). I can definitely tell that what they did to me it helped to improve in a way the my body can tell the difference. Thank you Dr Jun and Dr Jefferson, and I also like to thank Jennifer who is also a very professional receptionist and honest caring person as we crossed "paths" and gave me advice without any interest of any kind regarding my situation.

I have been a loyal patient at your clinic for several years, despite experiencing issues in the past with poorly trained chiropractors. Thankfully, I finally found a chiropractor I trust and have been coming back whenever I experience severe back pain, even after moving 40 minutes away from Coppell. A few months ago, I purchased a package and used it as needed. When I returned recently to buy another package, I asked Jennifer at the front desk to sign me up for the same thing. Instead, she signed me up for a monthly $89 membership plan without clearly explaining it. I would never agree to a monthly plan, as I made it clear I do not live nearby and cannot come weekly. Now, I see I am being charged $89 per month for something I did not agree to. When I called to clarify, Jennifer was again very dismissive and in a bad mood, and she refused to provide me with the manager’s contact information. This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a deliberate misrepresentation. Jennifer, is a moody lady and is Luke always in a different world.

Went in to get a 2nd opinion after going to another chiropractor. All together a much better experience and they offered more in the adjustment, and are about half the price of the other chiropractor. Dr. Wilson took great care of me, I heard he only works Saturdays there, but is at their prosper location during the week.

I came in because I was having some back pain. From the time I called to schedule to the time or service, everything was great. I came in filled out paperwork electronically, got my info to the doctor and headed back. I’ll first say… ladies… the Saturday doctor is very nice on the eyes lol. Besides that he was very good with sharing information on what to do, taking the tension out of my back, and advising of how to move forward. I appreciated the service and will be returning. If you have never had a session, it’s what you see on social media. They’re slow to get you to the point which is good because it preps you for the motion and you don’t think of what’s to come. I really enjoyed. The clinic was clean. Front desk was very nice. I think his name was Robert.

I would give zero stars if I could. This clinic was either incompetent or scammed me out of my FSA/HSA card funds to use for another patient without my consent or knowledge. They have failed to get me in contact with management claiming that information cannot be disclosed, so that I can request a refund of my monies due back to me. They committed theft/fraud by permitting these charges to go through using a card not intended for that patient, and any attempts to reach out for customer service care have been unsatisfactory in achieving a resolution. Beware if any medical issues, malpractice, or billing matters arise, odds are good that the management team will be difficult to reach out to for solutions.

Dr Garcia is the best; I went to him after an orthopedic surgeon recommended I have surgery for my knee pain. I was also having leg pain, to which the surgeon (halfway walking out the door) said that “the pain down the leg could be a nerve or back issue”. I wasn’t entirely convinced with the prognosis, I was left with not knowing what nerve, so I conducted a quick research to see if chiropractic adjustments could help with the supposedly meniscus tear, or any possible nerve issues around the knee. That same day right after the orthopedic visit, I saw Dr Garcia at the Joint Place. I explained what the Orthopedic surgeon recommended based on the MRI, and I asked him if chiropractic care could assist with a meniscus tear. He explained to me that a meniscus tear is hard to injured and that the adjustments could help decompress the knee, if that was what the MRI reported. Dr Garcia was very cautious on treating me and asked if any if the adjustments hurt, or to let him know if anything he did caused me pain. I felt nothing but relief, my knee pain continued to decrease and within the following week I felt 80% better. Thank you Dr Garcia!

When I first came in I couldn’t even reach the left side of my chest with my right hand due to shoulder issues. After just one session I felt immediate improvement. Ive been going back twice a week for a month now. Also, im 34 in good physical condition, but I have high blood pressure issues from an unknown source. My husband and I have had such a fantastic experience here. Dr. Garcia has addressed our chronic injuries with a level of expertise that neither of us have experienced from previous chiropractors. Each of us are high-intensity athletes with unique injuries and the team at this location has been excellent at working with us to correct challenging conditions. Dr. Garcia went so far as to spend extra time attempting to correct a knee injury that was debilitating. An MD at an ER could over me no solutions, but Dr. Garcia had me up and walking again by the end of our visit and offered a prognosis that fit my symptoms much more accurately than what I had been told at urgent care. My husband was also able to find relief from a chronic injury resulting from a back fracture. He has more mobility than he has had in years. I went there with sever “back pain” with the hopes that they will help me reduce some back pain. I thought I was just getting old and I was done! To my surprise doctors at joint Chiropractic helped me resolve all my back pains and now I have no “Back Pain”. It used to be a big task just to sit down and try to get up from floor and now I can quickly get up like I used to do 10 years back. I had no idea how everything is connected in your body. Some of the other health issues that had raised up over the years which did not look related but I guess they were, went away in last 6 weeks. I love this location and have not had any issues up until today. The girl that was working today did the very bare minimum and I waited longer than her doing my adjustment. In my opinion she hardly did anything to help me with my back issues and my back still feels the same. Usually I feel like others care and they listen but no, this girl literally said that’s it, how boring and took only 2 mins to “adjust” my back. I will still come to this location but will not have that person adjust my back. I wish I had gotten her name to out here to not recommend but everyone else is great.

I woke up suffering from severe back spasms. So severe, I wasn’t able to take a deep breath inhaling. Although the pain is more muscular, I knew it had to do with my spine so I came to The Joint. Dr George Garcia, spent a lot of time with me. He had to try different techniques to get my spine to adjust or “move” as he said. After about 20 minutes of treatment, I was able to take a deep breath again. Highly recommend Dr Garcia and The Joint Chiropractic in Coppell.

RUN ( just this location) I signed up for the wellness plan here knowing I could go to any The Joint locations while came back home. I then continued using it in my home city, completely forgetting I signed up here ( in coppell) I then found an integrative health doctor who also does chiropractic. I Went to my local store to end my wellness plan.. and was told Coppell was my home store, so I'd need to go there, OR They would allow me to email it in. I called the store to get their email address. And was told no, ma'am, you have to come in. You're not allowed to email the form in. I explained that I live over an hour away from them. Over fifty miles ONE WAY She stated I would still need to bring it in. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they might maybe make an exception. If you can prove you have a medical condition that would make that drive impossible. I said sure. I'm having intermittent episodes of pots and I'm diabetic. She asked if I could provide actual documentation of that. WHAT THE HECK. I have to give you a Doctor's note for you to not make me drive 112 miles( round trip) to come to your store.. What the heck is that about? You think you have the right to demand my private medical information? So I can cancel something with you without driving over a hundred miles?? ) I once again asked to speak to a manager, And was told sure she'll call you back. TLDR: This store only cares about their profit. They do not actually care about their patients. . To ask someone who found you while traveling to travel back over a hundred miles ( round trip) to cancel something is insane. To demand a doctor's note to accept A cancelation form in an email. Is equally insane. So much for caring about their patients!

I absolutely love this facility! I just recently started going here, and have seen both Dr. Stoltz and Dr. Mckee for adjustments and they are great! I went to one facility regarding my pain and the guy didn’t bother to talk about my pain. He just did a quick adjustment which I did not feel a thing when he done it. He then preceded to see his billing coordinator to discuss the $5,000 membership plan they had. When Dr. Stoltz saw me, she immediately asked questions about myself, and explained the body so throughly, and she pin pointed exactly what was wrong during my first visit! My first adjustment with her made me feel better that day!! Oh, best of all, you can not beat the affordable prices!!! Both Dr. Stoltz, and Dr. McKee are wonderful and you will feel great once you leave. You will feel very welcomed once you enter the door with their sweet receptionist Sparrow. She will answer any questions you have as well as the doctors. This place is definitely where you should go for your chiropractic needs!

Kim was so kind, super helpful and informative! I absolutely loved Dr. Stoltz! I have been going to The Joint back in Wichita Kansas for about two years now and I can honestly say she was absolutely amazing and was able to immediately correct an area that is consistently tight even after 1 hour vigorous massage. The doctors I see always mention how tight my thoracic area is and how it is so hard to adjust it. She made it easy! I wish I could take her home! I literally cried from the emotion of having that area released from its muscular bondage! Hahah! Thank you so so much! The next time I’m in Texas I will make a point of returning!

Terrible experience. Doctor Lee came out to ask if I was on Medicare! I had not completed the paperwork yet so not sure what prompted that question. When I got back to the exam area, he still went on about Medicare etc. Then his line of questioning and demeanor spoke volumes as though he didn’t want to do a simple adjustment. When the ad says “free”, it’s really not. Lee said they are more interested in getting you on a long term maintenance plan. I will not go back. His line of questioning and demeanor are offensive.

Update 2024- I would like to say that the Joint has a gem in Doctor Ariel! She is very caring and takes her time. She has helped me and my spouse when we’ve experienced back, neck, shoulder discomfort. Jennifer, at the front desk, is also very helpful with account and Wellness Plan questions and always has a smile to greet us! Thank you! Update 2022- I am absolutely thrilled- no exaggeration- with Dr Stoltz (Inson). I’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name. She is wonderful! She is very patient and never rushes the adjustment or her time with me. She has helped me so much with my psoas, neck, lower back pain. I highly suggest the wellness plan because you can go weekly for WAY less than a normal chiropractor’s office. After your initial visit, the visits are usually shorter because it’s more of a tuneup rather than an assessment. I really cannot say enough good about Dr Stoltz. She just really cares!! We need more like her in the healthcare field! Thank you!!! 2021- I’ve been coming here off and on for months. I have seen both Dr. Lee (once) and Dr. Choi (often). I have had a good experience with both. I like Choi’s techniques a lot- it’s not about getting a snap, crackle, pop sound during the adjustment. It’s a combination of stretching the tissues in the joints and general readjustments for better alignment in the spine and neck areas. My body usually feels really good when I come out of there. I especially like having work done on the IT band. Also, there are different “plans” for those who want several visits a month or just 1 or 2. They have always been very flexible in switching me from one plan to another or cancelling one. You can just pop in for an adjustment as needed too without any monthly plan. It’s super convenient. I would recommend them!

Only go when the guy is there Tuesday-Friday. I believe that is his schedule, he is amazing. I made the mistake of going on a Monday yesterday and the lady didn’t do all of the steps he does. She didn’t even bother to work on my neck like I asked. Waste of my visit. Will not make that mistake again.

Excellent experience with Dr. Garcia. I wasn't sure if I would be able to find another Chiropractor that was as good as my last one but his methods were actually even more effective and didn't leave my back clicking afterwards. Definitely worth the money and savings on monthly membership.

I've gone to other locations and although they've been satisfactory, they've not been as great as the doctors here. Especially Senior doctor Garcia. I'll explain to him about a pain I'm feeling, and where it's at, he'll target it, and relieve the pain every single time. I don't ever leave without feeling that something wasn't taken care of. Plus, the staff is beyond professional!

I felt very rushed. My adjustment didn’t last more than 2 minutes. The woman adjusting me did not take time to listen to what was wrong. It wasn’t crowded, so I didn’t understand why she was rushing. She was standing up front at the check in, talking to the receptionist. When I came in she rushed us to the back and hurried through about two minutes of nothing. Then as we were leaving she went right back up to the front desk to talk. There was no reason to rush. I went in because of lower back pain, and left with no relief. Other joint locations have really helped me. I’m upset I wasted an appointment with her. I won’t be going back to that location.

The Joint is absolutely amazing. I walked in with my hips twisted and my nerves being pinched. I struggled to sit, stand, walk, and bend. Elizabeth got ahold of me, did some magical things and I walked out of their office dancing. I’ve been back twice during my lunch break, you are in and out within 10 mins if that. My second visit, I left thinking these heavenly angels here have cured me lol. I’ve been in constant pain for over a year, getting BS treatment, and I have finally found a place that provides me relief. I can finally sneeze, and my back not seize up and pinch nerves. I love both of the doctors at this location. They are attentive, but I still get in and out fast. My first visit was a little long and definitely expect to take some time for that, but after you get though that its so so convenient. I have visited some other locations, but this is the one I prefer to go to. I am now pain free and get to play tennis again!

Dr. Garlington is awesome. Firm adjuster, and fast. She can usually clear a room quickly but effectively. I can get home fast to my kids, or get in and out and still have time on my lunch break. I have been seeing her for some low back pain and its better. Staff is friendly and has gotten to where they know my name! If you are a new patient, definitely come either first thing or in the afternoon to get in with less wait though! Evenings and lunch can be busy, and as a new patient it will take you way longer to come in in those times.

This location is my favorite. Dr. Garlington is awesome and I even call ahead each time to see if she is there. She is a powerful adjuster and its exactly what I need. The staff is always really nice. Karina and Linda are both great and helpful to any of my needs. So I walked in a little after 1 and sat down with 3 other people in front of me with the doctor already seeing someone. I figured I'd have to wait my 20 minutes at most. Nope. After nearly 10 minutes the patient that was being seen when I walked in came out. Soon after the lady at the front walked back to the doctor seemingly to let him know that there were 4 people sitting outside and to hurry up. The doc then called the next person in line. I waited another 10 minutes before standing up and leaving. Despite the pain in my back I wasn't prepared to wait an entire damn hour to get adjusted. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star was bc the lady at the front was kind.

Just had an adjustment. I went in for a normal Adjustment nothing specific. I don’t feel like they took the time to really assess me fully. It was wham bam thank you ma’am service - literally took 2 minutes. I would not recommend going to this location. To note - staff was polite and office clean. We have been to many Joints across the country (Utah, Missouri, California) and have received better less rushed treatment.

Went in on my lunch hour as a new patient. I asked before I registered about how long it would be and was told about 10 minutes. I filled out the paperwork and thought I would be seen right after the patient that came in ahead of me. 4 more patients came in after that apparently had memberships and get to go before new patients. I waited 40 minutes and had to leave. No appointments may sound like a good idea, but doesn't work out so well for new patients. I'm not sure how you sell a new patient on your services if they have to wait so long. Hopefully this is just an isolated incident, because I don't see many other bad reviews.

The appointment took no more than 5 minutes. The chiropractor was very nice but did little to help. I was asked to lie face down where he positioned my body on table, asked me what was wrong and then pushed down on my hip which was sore and tight. That was it..........he said he tried to loosen it up and i should go home lie on some ice. I feel worse than before i went to the appointment. The little push was not an adjustment. I have been to chiropractors on and off over 20 years and they usually help. I went to this office once before and it was okay. Not great but for only $30 you don't expect too much. Good luck.

Dr. Alicia is awesome and does a great job keeping me in line and ready for my week. Robert is always there to greet me with a smile. I love that they know everyone by name. I have recommended this clinic to numerous coworkers and friends as we have a very demanding job in the healthcare field. I started coming here because my shoulder was so angry and a pinched nerve I have between C1 and C2 flares up and causes me major issues. I have NEVER been able to sleep on my left side until I started coming here. Now as long as I come every week I don't have any issues.

Dr. Alicia is an excellent health provider. She listens to you and doesn't try to sell you therapies the run up the bill since The Joint only provides adjustments. I no longer live with daily pain in my neck, shoulders and back thanks to her adjustments. Dr. Alicia has worked on my left foot which I had injured 14months before. I had only gone to my primary care doctor until May of this year. My medical doctor could still not find the source of pain and I could only wear flat shoes. I had to wear this really ugly surgery boot to stabilize my foot-didn't help and took lots of OTC pain pills. I finally talked to Dr. Alicia who knew exactly what bones were affected and with just one adjustment I was almost pain free. I try to get in at least every other week -her adjustment hold longer than most I've had. There are few chiropractors who know how to work on feet and I'm grateful I am under her care.

I love this location! The staff is great! I visit about 4 times per month and rarely have to wait! I love the convenience of The Joint Chiropractic! They are open 7 days a week, and have 1000s if locations, which works perfect for me because I do a lot of traveling.

I went there in a big pain and Dr. Alicia(if I remember my doctors name good:)) she did some magic moves that second day I felt so relived...she is a good expert in what she does and beside that its very sweet and caring. She explain me every single step of the "little scary process for me" she would do and make sure I understand it. I recommend this place. p.s one of the reasons I went there btw was because they welcome walk-ins so you wont have to suffer waiting for an appointment couple days ...like other places do unfortunately

Dr. Walter Green is an outstanding doctor with a lot of experience in both chiropractic care and massage. He is also very friendly and always eager to meet new people and explain the benefits of chiropractic care to people who may or may not have seen a chiropractor before. He loves to educate patients about how beneficial the care care be and how much it can improve their everyday lives. I get adjusted about two to three times a week, and suffer from high anxiety and panic attacks. The adjustments really help and give me a tingly sensation afterwords since all the toxins and pressure is being released from my body. They have really helped with my anxiety and my inability to focus. I highly recommend getting adjusted weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly simply because it is such an amazing experience and it really can brighten you up on those long days when you get off work, back aching and throbbing. After a long day of hard work laying down on a nice soft padded adjustment table and having the doctor literally release all your stress. The best part about it is, the care is very affordable and very worth it. Note: Only one visit will begin the process of getting you back to where you need to be to be at %100. After having about 6 adjustments I really noticed the difference in the pain i was having in my lower back and neck from sports injuries. Go see Dr. Walter Green and let him give you the same great experience i had at The Joint.

Before The Joint, I would have to schedule an appointment with my chiropractor, drive 20 minutes to his office and pay out of pocket what I now pay for 4 monthly visits to The Joint. Now, I am able to pop in to either the Flower Mound or Coppell location, depending on what part of town I am in, at any time without an appointment. As a busy mom, this convenience has been invaluable to me! My favorite chiropractor is Dr. Alicia at the Coppell location. She is wonderful & has been helping me so much! I hated neck adjustments before but she adjusts my neck in a more gentle, less traditional way and it has been so helpful to me. I highly recommend both Dr. Alicia and The Joint!

I have been visiting the Joint for over a year now, with the Coppell location being my home clinic. While I enjoy the Joint in general, Dr. Alicia, at the Coppell location is without a doubt the best there is.
