Dr. Huy Nguyen, affectionately known to his patients as Dr. Huy (pronounced “Hwee”), has been practicing with The Joint Chiropractic since 2021 and currently serves patients at The Joint Chiropractic – Stonebriar Frisco, where he joined the clinic in December 2025. A Dallas native, Dr. Huy returned to the area in October 2025 after practicing in Austin, Texas.

Dr. Huy earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas in 2017 before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University in 2020. His background in human movement allows him to take a functional, thoughtful approach to care, helping patients move better, feel stronger, and live more intentionally.

For Dr. Huy, chiropractic is more than a profession — “it is an expression of my creativity, an extension of my identity, and a gateway to connect with people.” He finds deep fulfillment in continually refining his craft while supporting individuals who are in pain or striving to elevate their physical well-being to the next level.

Before joining the Frisco clinic, Dr. Huy practiced chiropractic care with The Joint in Austin, Texas, gaining valuable experience working with diverse patient populations. Today, he is passionate about helping patients not only recover, but also optimize their movement and lifestyle through consistent chiropractic care.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Huy enjoys weightlifting, yoga, dance, singing, and playing guitar and ukulele. He is also a proud dog dad to Minu, his two-year-old Shiba Inu, who keeps life playful and balanced.

Dr. Huy’s journey into chiropractic began unexpectedly. “I didn’t know what chiropractic was when I was accepted into school — I applied on a whim and took a leap of faith. Early on, I fell in love with the field and realized chiropractic chose me.” That sense of calling continues to guide the care he provides every day.
