The weekly care and preventative care provided by spinal manipulation is exactly what my wife and I have been doing in our previous chiropractic clinic where we were for many years. We lost that chiropractor due to health problems. My wife had heard about Jim White, and we decided to try it. We were so pleased with the end of the adjustment and evaluation that we signed up for the monthly program and expected to be there for some time to come. I was a little concerned that a large practice with multiple locations wouldn't have the quality of care that I've been used to with a smaller practice. I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge of the staff and quality of the adjustments, not to mention the convenience of the extended hours and fair pricing. Quick and easy! It was my very first time ever going to a chiropractor, and I felt at ease the entire time. I think Dr Nashon is the sole reason I have not given up on chiropractors. I leave without feeling pain, and my neck and knots feet are so much better. Dr. Tracey has been a pleasure to work with. As a matter of fact, each person that I've had the pleasure of coming in contact with has been really great. Each doctor is very knowledgeable but has different approaches, which is NEVER a bad thing. I was a little nervous at first, as my chiropractor, where I live, is closed on weekends. And a co-worker expressed how great a joint chiropractor is! I think the only thing I miss from the old coming to the new--massage or heating pads and light manipulation work before the doctor actually cracks your body. However, joint chiropractors are not disappointed and are super glad I made the decision to give them a chance.

Dr. Nashon is hands down the best! THE staff makes it all the more amazing. They are prompt, courtesy and care about their patients. Dr. Nashon always lets me talk through my issues and answers my questions with facts instead of emotions. My treatment plan is VERY affordable and they’re not here to just give you random things you don't need. They treat each patient based off of their needs and nothing more. VERY VERY BAD front desk service, especially cancellation process. The lady working in the front is just trying to confuse people and trying to mint money by not cancelling the membership properly. We came for initial month and then wanted to cancel our membership, we were repeatedly asking what the process for cancellation whenever we visited and then came on the last day of the month for cancellation, the lady in the front gave us few forms to sign and give, we gave as she said and then confirmed if our membership will be cancelled for which she said "YES". But we still saw they billed us for next two months too, we went back to ask her, and she was saying you gave only "wellness review" form you didn’t give "cancellation" form which we already signed and gave her. And then she also told “I said I will cancel but didn’t give sign form after the wellness review, she said she is waiting for us to come back again”. On that day we specifically came back to cancel the membership and told her the same and confirmed if everything is done from our end to cancel the membership, for which she said we are good. But fast forward we were charged for 2 months and when I went back to ask, she is simply saying “I am waiting for you to come back for cancellation.” I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND NOT RECOMMENDED.

Last month I went to the location to cancel my membership and she did not do it then. Today October 20, 2023 I called to cancel my membership and she want me to go back there again in person. This is upsetting, I’m working now… Before when I got my membership I wasn’t working. Horrible customer service. The cancellation process is horrible. I will never be back. Not recommended.

Dr. Nashon is the BOMB! I travel a lot for work so I’ve seen quite a few Chiropractors within The Joint network and he is hands the best. There were some techniques he used that I’ve never experienced before but they felt amazing. I left his office feeling like a could do a whole gymnastics routine, mind you I’ve never done gymnastics before ????

This place was great. Dr. Nashon was honest and knowable on what needed to be done to get me back on track .My rib and collarbone was out of place. When I decided not to continue renewing, the person at the Preston site told me that they could freeze the account and that they will call me to decide whether I wanted to continue or cancel but my surprise was that I got charged to my credit card and then I called and told them I was not interested on continuing and then they said that I had to call before to cancel which differs from what I was told. They did in fact canceled the subscription BUT NEVER MADE A REFUND. The service was good but customer service has serious issues and I will certainly never go back

I walked into the Preston Rd location at 1pm New Year’s Eve. The receptionist stopped me from checking I. And said they had a 1 hour wait and were closing at 2pm, so they might not be able to get to me. This was a ploy to stop me from checking in because once you check in they are required to service you no matter what. I was having a good day with no pain and did not feel like arguing, so posting this review instead.

After being a patient for a month, I arrived at 659 and the chiropractor said that she had logged off. I asked if she could just quickly tweak my back but she said she had to leave. That I forgave. About a month ago, I arrived and asked how long a wait because I had an appointment. It was estimated around ten minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I looked in and the chiropractor was doing the necessary paperwork and that was fine. I looked in five minutes later and he was still at it. I mentioned something to the receptionist and she said he knows you are waiting. I gave it another minute, looked in and left and that irked me. A couple of days ago, there was another wait. I had a phone call and Heather asked me to step outside with it so I did and got off quickly to walk in and see a customer after me get up to go inside. I have been going there for two years and a quick wave and I would have finished off even quicker. That is three times I have gone there and come away with nothing. I pride myself on always going there with a smile on my face. But three strikes and you are out. This is not professional and I will not be back and the only reason I am not giving 1 star is that Heather is always pleasant.
