Cant stress enough how quick and helpful this visit was, i was easily in and out in 30-40 minutes with my pain gone after i was adjusted. My first time, I called in and was there in 30 mins. I filled out an electronic questionare on my phone in 15 mins. I've had chronic pain for years before and after car accident. After treatment. I had mri's, cat scans, xrays, I was told there is nothing wrong with my spine, back or body. The chiropractor I've gone to before could not twist or do anything to my body. At that time I was 145 lbs. I weigh more now. At that time they recommended therapy, which felt like I was getting no where. Today I could not take it anymore, with headaches, muscle spasms or possibly sciatica nerve damage. I am an in and out person but my consultation was very important to me and I felt like the Chiropractor was very attentive into knowing exactly what I need. He also asked the right questions. Being honest about my past medical history is important to my health during my visits. This time I've aced someone who was able to twist and turn areas in my body and pop them out! I had to relax and trust him. I walked out headache free and signed up for continuing treatment. Feeling like I know what I need and what I'm dealing with. Now I will have my sessions at ease and will update my process later!

The Joint Chiropractic. When I initially signed up, I was informed that I would have 8 sessions that I could use at any time throughout the year. Based on that understanding, I felt comfortable committing, knowing I could come in whenever my schedule allowed. However, I was later contacted and told that the sessions were actually monthly and would expire if not used within that timeframe. This was never clearly explained to me at the time of sign-up. As a result, it became impossible for me to use the sessions due to my busy schedule. I am a very busy person, and the clinic hours often do not align with my availability. I only used one session the one I initially paid for and was unable to use the rest under the conditions I was later informed of. I also tried addressing this issue with the front desk staff weeks before the sessions expired, explaining that I did not have the time to come in. Unfortunately, my concerns were brushed off, and I was not assisted in contacting a manager or finding a solution. This experience has been very disappointing, especially since I have referred multiple friends and family members to your clinic in the past. I even expressed my willingness to pay any reasonable difference if needed to adjust the plan to something that worked for my schedule, but I was not given support or options. Due to the miscommunication and lack of assistance, I had no choice but to cancel my membership. At this point, I am respectfully requesting a refund for the unused sessions or a fair resolution to this matter. I believe this situation could have been avoided with proper communication and support. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to your response. I try calling and several times they dont answer and obviously cant provide me with a email.

I have been coming to the Joint Chiropractic since 2018 and have been to many locations across the country. TX is my home state, and I have also visited many locations within the state. Dr. Ware and Tashira are what I consider a dynamic duo. Their personalities match and they both remember conversations from before. Dr. Ware does this release maneuver between my shoulders and it has me in a chokehold. There is a Joint location closer to my house but I would drive to Dr. Ware's location. I would walk in with a headache and walk out without one. If you're hesitant about chiropractors due to a previous negative experience, I encourage you to keep an open mind with Dr. Ware.

I had been experiencing some strange pains that I knew where nerve related and despite having a regular chiropractor decided to stop by this location cause it was close to my house and it was a great decision. First off is Tashira, she was friendly, helpful, and most importantly very knowledgeable. She is a star in her role and made every step from intake to picking the right package for my needs easy to understand and effortless so I am very appreciative that she was there for my visit. Dr. Turley was also instrumental in properly diagnosing what my issues were and not just coming up with a long term treatment plan but adjusting me to offer some immediate pain relief. I am grateful to the both of them and looking forward to my upcoming visit to get my body back right. Highly recommend this location.

I was on a 3.5 hour drive for business and needed to be adjusted once I made it to Houston. I walked in and Hannah and Dr. Ware were so welcoming. I usually get adjusted weekly and I can honestly say that Dr. Ware is at the top of my list of best chiropractors. I was so tensed and could barely move my neck when I walked in. Also, for over 6 months, I have been feeling a raised area on the right side of my neck as if there was a severe misalignment and I have informed my previous chiropractors and even after leaving from being adjusted, it was still there. Dr. Ware noticed the raised area even before I was able to tell him. I truly feel like he took the time to properly adjust each area which relieved the pain, stiff neck, and the raised area was no longer there. I'm so glad that I decided to stop in. Thank you so much Hannah and Dr. Ware!! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

I’ve had such a great experience at The Joint Chiropractic. Dr. Ryan is really good at what he does. If I tell him something is hurting, he listens, pinpoints the issue, and readjusts me right away. He also takes the time to explain what I can do at home to manage the pain, which has helped me a lot between visits. Tashira and Kylah are amazing as well. Ms. Tashira always welcomes me with a big smile, and even on days when I’m in so much pain that I don’t feel like talking, she somehow gets me laughing and chatting before I know it. First time the joint chiropractic, I have been seeing chiropractors for over a year and dealing with rib pain for the last month in Dr. Ryan adjusted me instant relief in my ribs. I had a very, very bad experience here, they only care about money as long as you pay monthly. They visit you (and of course I have to say they don't take any pictures or pay attention to the pain, they just do a routine job). I paid the full amount for July, now when I came they tell me because you canceled August, we canceled your entire program. I paid $79 for July and only used two sessions, and when I came here today they said you can't use it because you canceled. I had a really bad experience and I will never come here again. Do they charge you monthly without informing you and they only care about money? I kept saying my pain hasn't gotten better, no matter how many movements I did, they would tell me to go.

My first experience was awesome. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Tashira. Once I completed the paperwork, Dr. Ryan conducted the evaluation to inform me what the adjustment was going to cover. The adjustment was well needed as I experienced a lot of serious cracks in the neck and shoulders. This came in clutch. Tashira explained the wellness plan to me and I accepted without hesitation. Had to leave another review.. I have been in pain since October. I came into the joint Feb 11 with mixed feelings.. when I left I felt a lil better but was still in some pain.. when I went to sleep I woke up this morning and the pain was completely gone. It is truly a relief to be able to look left again like zoolander. Thank you Joint I will definitely be back later this week.

They were very welcoming and kind. I was a little cautious at first because they do not take x-rays. However, they tested my range of motion and had me do other stances. My chiropractor listened to me and ask questions. Pricing is fair with no struggle of having to deal with insurance.

I'm so grateful to have had an amazing experience with this location today, 11/29/24!! The Wellness Coordinator, Ms. Cox will give you a friendly and warm welcome and is so helpful!! Then Dr. Johnson was so amazing! She did some great customized adjustments on me and even extra stretching!! We dont realize the importance of maintenance when it comes to our spinal wellness. I'm a witness when we do this it makes all the difference!! I hadn't been doing it consistently for the past few years and had an issue concerning my lower back a few weeks ago. I joined a location in Mississippi and they too have been amazing. I am visiting my family in the Houston area for Thanksgiving but I am committed to staying on track! Loved the spot , paid for a month went felt better after hurting my back at work, did the wellness program for a month got better at the end of the month they called asked me if I want to do another month said no cuz I felt better and didn’t need to go, ok fine following month which was July 3rd and took a payment after already talked and telling them I’m good, I call back the lady at the desk (rude herself) she tell me no thing don’t work like that u have to come in and fill out a cancellation form which I was never informed about , frustrated I go during my lunch break just to be told the manger the only one to give me my refund and that she already told him bout me and he will get to me when he can, same call and same answer in 3 different time and he never called me back if I could give a 0 star or .5 I would

I had slipped my disc between L4 and L5, the pain was making me fade in and out of consciousness. 1st adjustment had me screaming during the adjustment (apologies to anyone that heard that mess) but I was able to shuffle out semi on my own. Next day before the treatment however was amazing. I could roll into a sitting position. This is day 3 now, I can't bend over fully BUT, I have almost no pain and 90%of my mobility back. Choosing the Joint BEFORE going to an ER was by far one of the best choices. Treat the problem not the symptoms. Their affordability is astonishing as well. I have paid 17x what they are charging for in the past with less results than Dr. Ryan has already exhibited. I am a customer for life! For $79 a month!?!? Say less. Dr. Ryan, I owe you so much for giving me my life back, and putting life into my back. The staff here deserve a shout out as well, I can be very gruff when I am in pain and they smiled and helped through it all. Yall are Angels.

But everyone is always pleasant when I go and they’re fast with the service, I’ve never spent more than 15 minutes in the establishment even when it’s “busy.” Just wish The Joint in general had a better way to manage your subscription otherwise the service has improved by back pain and joints tremendously over the last year. This place is very affordable and the front desk girls were friendly and informative. Kevin the chiropractor did an amazing job on me and my husband! It was our first time ever going to a chiropractor so we were a bit nervous of what to expect, but Kevin reassured us that we were in good hands. He explained every step as he was doing it.
