Dr Nguyen is amazing. I was completely out of alignment when I first visited and frequently in pain. Because of the alignment issues I struggled to workout properly and often injured myself. After a few weeks with Dr Nguyen I was back in alignment, feeling much better, and working out was much easier. I’m currently going about once a week to maintain and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Dr Nguyen, but she’s typically only there on Saturday’s so be sure you can go while she’s there.

Not good service. I went there and wasted gas and time. Lobby is as full with patients at 4pm on a Wednesday. I came for the $29 package and wasn’t able to receive that. It was way too much work just to be told u wouldn’t be able to get that package. I’ll just take my money elsewhere.

I walked in Monday with excruciating arm pain and a very nice and professional young man greeted me! He was very friendly and the place was very nice and clean! I really liked the doctor she is young but very knowledgeable. I been going and at first was skeptical I didn’t think that was what I needed for my pain! On my second visit she said you might not think so but you’re better than when you first came! I was in severe pain so naturally I thought she’s just saying that but to my surprise the next morning I woke up feeling much better, what a difference like day and night! I still have 4 more visits and of course I’m going to finish my sessions because I want to be recovered 100% and I really think I will get there very soon! I highly recommend this place the cute little female doctor is very professional and knows what she’s doing.

Going to rate my overall experiance here. 1st off I had been coming to this spot these last few months now since November 2024 & it was a very welcoming facility.. The clean environment is noticable from the start. The entire staff were very welcoming as well, Shout out to Lidia at the front who from the very beginning always answered any & all questions that I had as well as Dr. Abraham, who took care of me the most with my adjustments. Pricing was pretty affordable which was one of their many perks, the monthly plan being the most convenient. Highly recommend trying different Chiropractors as they each have their own unique way or style of adjustment to which you may find more or less suitable to your beneficial preferance in my opinion. Overall was a pleasant experiance for me to which any whom may be reading this also are provided with the same pleasant experiance and more. ? P.s - The Adjustments do make you feel a difference with consistency and multiple sessions.

I have a buddy who is 6.8ft tall and needs to get adjusted super bad he walks like a penguin and is in a lot of pain i took him to this place looking to help him and the refused to help because he did not have his ID (he lost it and getting new one) but the refused to help because he did not have one this place is horrible for turning him away and i have never been so angry and disappointed at a business because i was going to pay to have him taken care of to try and help him they are supposed to try and help him and it left me with a sick feeling

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The service was great they really help me with all my needs pain got better after treatment it has been an extremely pleasant experience. Unfortunately I could not make it in anymore due to long working hours and froze my account. I did not realize that the account was going to be active again after the fact. So I seen a charge on my card and I disputed it with my bank causing different issues. I just want to say that they have worked with me in the most professional and comprehensive way. I wanted to get a refund or something that would allow me to get my moneys worth cause let's face it, nobody want to give money away for free. I spoke to the manager and she gave my info to the owner and he contacted all this was with in the hour. I was so impressed. Issue was resolved and I'm very happy with the outcome. Thank you The Joint for showing a great example of how a business should be run.

I’ve had several problems for a couple of years and I’ve heard of the joint before, so I decided to go ahead and check them out. The staff and everyone else were on point, with specific details and facts about my issues. They did a quick adjustment and it felt great. It was also very affordable and let’s be honest if it’s for your health, it shouldn’t matter too much. Dr Tran saw me his evening and I cannot believe how rough and dis mannered this “dr” is!!!! Soooo rough that he bruised me on my legs by throwing me around. Did not even talk about my pain. I’m 56 years old and in good shape but his degree couldn’t have come from USA!!! You ABSOLUTELY cannot treat patients with such despicable disregard and expect to keep a license!!! First visit was awesome!! A lot was done for the 29.00 first visit … I have sciatica and been going through excruciating pain for almost 4 weeks, some days not able to leave out the bed, I’ve tried a lot of different things, and nothing seemed to work.. I was taking several medications and wanted to stop taking the meds when I started feeling a little better so I decided to come here and can I say I walked in limping got off the table was able to stand straight up and walk straight!! I feel the treatments will be very beneficial!! The staff is friendly and very helpful!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!!

I decided to give this location a try since Dr. Flores @ almeda was not there. And I was hurting. All I can say it was not worth my $45. I should've waited till Sunday to see Dr . FLORES at Almeda. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. I arrived 35 minutes before closing, in pain and after a long commute, hoping for some relief. Despite this, the doctor refused to see me, showing absolutely no concern for my condition or the effort I made to get there. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to help was truly upsetting. If you’re in need of care, I suggest looking elsewhere—don’t waste your time here.

I booked an appointment online as a new patient. I arrived 15 minutes early as indicated on the email. I waited to be checked in by providing my phone number. The front desk associate asked me if a 45 minute wait was okay? I said “I guess”. After waiting over 45 minutes I was asked for my number which I provided again. I was then asked for my ID which I provided. I was then given an iPad to fill out the new patient questionnaire. All the while about 4 patients had been seen. After I finished the questionnaire I handed the iPad back and continued to wait. At this point I’ve waited an hour and 15 minutes with an appointment only for yet another patient to be called before me. I just left and I won’t return. I value my time and I’m reasonable but this was ridiculous.

I went to the Joint on Gulf Gate and Dr. Alisha Gaulden put me back together. I play tennis 3 tennis a week. At 55 years old I need to be adjusted from my hips and right knee at least once a month. Front desk lady was very kind, unfortunately our experience did not remain that way when we received ugly looks from the chiropractor herself. This Joint is the best clinic I have been to in a while. The staff is so friendly and wonderful, they always greet you with a smile and make you feel at home. I look forward to every visit with them. Great experience with the Doctors at the Joint, Dr. Gonzalez helped me get rid of pain that I'd been dealing with for 2 1/2 years. He is very knowledgeable about the body and healing. I have been able to move my neck that felt stuck in place like a turtle and comfortable hiking and working out again.

Have to state this so I had to give one star. The Joint in Gulfgate is not for me. Dr. F. Gonzalez gave me an eerie feeling and did not meet my expectations. I was left so sore, that I had to get a massage to help with the hurt I experienced. I had soreness and inflammation for a full week. When you arrive and after signing in, you are asked to go in a lay on your stomach. He did not introduce himself or ask what your area of need was. They have you on your back with him standing over you. He made me feel uncomfortable from the start. He kept saying Miss (my name) , Miss (my name), I see you go to another (un-named The Joint Location). Then he started thrusting the top of my back. Not even allowing me to take a deep breath or offering to take a deep breath, until after I mentioned that he did not allow me to take a deep breath. He whamed my back twice and was going in the third time when I said STOP! I got up grabbed my things and walked out. He never questioned why I was leaving. As I left and passed the front desk, I signaled to the front desk lady a thumbs down and walked out. This man is in a community of high Hispanic population. If this is how he treats the community with his impoliteness showing such great indifference. I will never go back to The Joint Gulfgate so long as that man is there. He represents "no class" at this The Joint. I am adding the spanish translation to make sure I am not the only isolated incident. Translated in Spanish by Google: Tengo que decir esto, así que tuve que dar una estrella. The Joint en Gulfgate no es para mí. El Dr. F. González me dio una sensación espeluznante y no cumplió con mis expectativas. Me quedé tan adolorida que tuve que recibir un masaje para ayudarme con el dolor que experimentaba. Tuve dolor e inflamación durante una semana completa. Cuando llegue y después de registrarse, se le pedirá que se acueste boca abajo. No se presentó ni preguntó cuál era su área de necesidad. Te tienen de espaldas con él parado sobre ti. Me hizo sentir incómodo desde el principio. I love this place! The greeting you receive at the door is heart warming. This place has that home feeling. I'm so in love with the chiropractors at this location. The doctors here listen carefully to your needs and pin point your pain. I was dealing with sciatica. After a few adjustments and stretches I'm able to be more active. I look forward to each visit because I know there will be a release whether it's physical or mental. Awesome staff at this location. Best thing that happened to me so far since this year started was going to this place I feel half my age now I ain't even old ?. But all jokes aside this is the best move any person can make for their health and well-being of their body, and longevity of life. Try it, it can change your perspective on a lot.
