    I went in to refer a friend who was having some black issues. While I was there, I decided to use credits that I had from visits at another location. Prior to, I had no current back issues. The male chiropractor didn’t say one word to me and started to make adjustments within less than 30 seconds we were done. It was obvious he was upset about something and made us feel like we interrupted his time. He then adjusted my friend who was a first time customer and told her that he was teaching a seminar online and that we were interrupting his class. We both left and within 24 hours, we both had much worse back pain than before we entered the office. I just left a real chiropractor and they told me that he damaged my lower back with his methods. Plus, he keeps calling my friend and trying to convince her to come back and get more sessions when she’s feeling worse now than she did before. This has to be my worst experience with the joint chiropractor company, and I’ve been going to them for almost a decade. Don’t go, stay away.

    I have been going to see Dr. Campbell at the joint chiropractic since the first part of October of this year. I started there because I had severe sciatic pain in my right hip.     This place is the equivalent of a timeshare pitch but for your health. Hard sell tactics to get you to sign up for their “wellness program” and the “adjustment” was bizarre and pointless. Not even sure the guy who did it was even licensed. He did 5 minor adjustments with no real evaluation - the entire adjustment portion lasted maybe 90 seconds, 2 minutes tops. Just ran through his sales script while he stood over me completely ignoring what I was telling him. He was so close I could smell his breath. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The receptionist was super friendly I guess but she was doing the hard sell bit too. This is a really unethical business model and I would imagine a class action is in this companies future as they have a ton of locations around the country. I don’t write reviews on anything because I don’t believe in disparaging someone’s business because we all have our off days but this place has the potential to be dangerous (it’s your body, not a lunch plate) and the entire business model is ethically questionable. Get a recommendation from your GP or a trusted friend if you think you need chiropractic work and steer far from here. Also, these reviews are mostly bots and not even very good ones.

    "That's a lot of ouches and ows" For someone that lives in constant pain and has been coming to all locations for years to try and find someone who actually knows what they are doing, this has been the worst experience so far. My neck couldn't get adjusted and no effort was made to try to get me to relax beforehand. If you like to be treated like a quick oil change, I would recommend this location.

    Yes, Yes and Did I say YES!!! I was in a roll over accident in 2008 and my spine hadn’t been the same and slowly over time things just became painful. Four weeks ago I tweeted my beck and lost full movement. Finally enough was enough. My 92 year old mom lived by Chiropractic usage so I figured I’d give it a try. Just one step shy of surgery and all I can say is YES!!!! I can fully move my neck with a little soreness but still I can move it and my back pain has decreased drastically. ABSOLUTELY A MUST!!     I got strong pain and couldn't stay or walk...as everyone who doesn't have insurance I decided stay at home, thought will be better soon but pain was growing and first time decided go to chiropractor. I called to them explained my problem...and now after 5 visits I can walk, doing exercises as said doctors... they also have affordable plan, not expensive- really!     The Joint was suggested to me due to the neck and back pain I experience. I didn't expect too much. I expected to spend a ton of money... I walked in and was treated like family. The staff spoke and treated me as if I had been going there for years. It was the customer service that had me sign up for the membership. Which by the way is very cheap.     This location is very welcoming! Dr Azodi was able to educate me about my spine and how we could correct it and maintain the results. After a few visits my posture is much straighter, I fell and stand taller, and breathe a lot better. My first time there, Dr Azodi introduced himself in between his patients and reassured me that I was next. Mallory at the front desk also made it easy for me to sign up and is very friendly.     I was skeptical about doing this kind of stuff but man just the experience right from the start was just wonderful till the end where the treatment started I absolutely loved it. The staff is amazingly friendly especially Raven, love her vibes and high spirits while interacting with her and lets not forget the doctors they are super professional and they do listen to you carefully about the things that are bothering you and help you accordingly.     Sometimes I get amused with lack of customer focus of some offices. In my case, I had the monthly plan, which includes 4 visits per month. I arrived there on the 5th and the receptionist told me the last day to visit was 3rd. Ok, my fault, but what was going to be the cost for The Joint if they open an exception to make a customer happy? Anyway, they just lost one client. Regarding the visits, they are ok. The improvements on my overall health were not that much and the visits takes 2min.

    It’s okay. Since Dr. Fatima left I haven’t had the same great experience! The other female doctors pressure is a little light for me! When I would get an adjustment from Dr. Fatima I felt like a got a really great adjustment each time.     The joint is part of my regular self care. The staff is always welcoming and takes time to listen to any issues/concerns I may have. I spend a lot of a time at a computer and after an adjustment I realize that my tension headache is gone.     I am so glad I finally decided to visit a Chiropractor. After 20 years of constant pain in my neck and shoulders from a car accident I just could not handle the pain anymore. Dr Fatima and her team listened to everything I had to say and devised a program around my concerns. I took their suggestions to heart and now I am on my second week and already cannot believe the difference in my pain level, it went from a constant 10 (worst) to a 6 after 5 visits.     Dr. Pittman was amazing and I highly recommend him! For several days my neck was in extreme pain and my range of motion was decreased but thanks to my last two treatments with him my stiffness is gone and I’m able to turn my head with very little discomfort! I am forever grateful for his thorough technique and his ability to listen to his patients. The only reason I gave four stars is because over the weekend (Sunday) for my first visit the chiropractors on staff were not wearing face masks. Obviously in a normal situation this would not be a complaint but due to the fact that we are in a pandemic I feel that healthcare professionals should know that it’s vital to be a good role model especially when they are exposed to an abundance of people. I am an aesthetic nurse and with every patient we take the proper percautions to ensure everyones safety so this was worrisome to me. Other than this complaint, the care I received on that day was great and much appreciated. The chiropractor that took care of me definitely helped address my back and neck issues. Update: I had to change my review from 4 stars to 5 stars because every chiropractor I’ve been adjusted by has been outstanding! Dr. Pittman, Dr. Kelly and Dr. Fatima have all been professional, knowledgeable and caring. After 2 months of making chiropractic care part of my health care regimen my quality of life has definitely improved and the daily pain I suffered from has gone from an 8 to 1! I am forever grateful for their help and I look forward to continuing care with these amazing chiropractors! Also they have made it mandatory to have a facial cover when in the facility due to COVID.

    I suffered an injury by the chiropractor as they work in a rush and barely spend time with the client. It was being done excessively fast so I wasn’t prepared for the neck work and have been in pain for two months. I went to see a spine doctor and was strongly recommended to avoid places like this. The spine doctor did recommend a chiropractor but not like the joint. These places would be for a person that is used to having their joints cracked very often and in a flash.

    The lady I got MESSED ME UP. I am in so much pain right now. She rushed me through the process (I was on the table MAYBE 5 minutes) and I made the very smart decision to stop her and discontinue the adjustment. When assessing me as a new patient, she asked maybe 5-7 questions, told me my head was crooked and she was recommending xrays (?!?!?!). I explained my issues and she proceeded to give me what I describe as a “mass production factory adjustment” where she adjusted anything an everything she could to “cover all the bases” so to say. She ended up doing way more harm than good and I halted it before I could incur any irreversible damages. Right now I am laid up in bed with a horrible migraine, jaw pain, and severe neck pain as she over adjusted my neck so viciously I cried out. I cried out with almost everything she did as she strong armed me to the point of extreme discomfort. I stopped her as she adjusted one of my hips and I felt a very sharp pain in my low back and told her not to do the other one. I am less cognitive than I was when I initially went in and my husband is now taking care of me as the pain is still very fair. She gave my muscles and back zero time to recoup inbetween the vicious motions. I also strongly question the validity of the word ”licensed” when referring to their employees after this visit. The lady I had tried to adjust my back 3 additional times after it had already popped. I felt like she was trying to either mash potatoes or powder my spine on the 3rd try. I stopped her and told her she already adjusted my spine and that this was the third time she was attempting the same motions. She then did the SCARIEST thing and tried to readjust my neck a second time by twisting it! I said “You already did my neck! No more please!!”. I became frightened and feared for my health and stopped it all. Just avoid this place. You only have one spine and I don’t want to end up paralyzed and have them charge me $30 for it.

    I have had consistently great service at this location from Doctor Fatima, and Doctor Pittman. Doctor Fatima is probably the most successful at getting my bones to align of any of the chiropractors I have gone to. She is probably my favorite over all, and I've been to many The Joint locations. Doctor Pittman has also been very successful at aligning me and he has a very gentle technique. Both of these Documents doctors are very good.

    I have a great experience with Dr. Pittman and the staffs at The Joint Chiropractic in Katy. I have Dr. Pittman working on my neck, pinch nerve behind my shoulder blade, and back pain.     My lady and I love this location! The experience was great and staff was excellent! Apparently i had a dislocated shoulder I didn't know about and explains why my shoulder was in pain when i raised my arm. After the adjustments my arm feels great!!!     I was 35 weeks pregnant when I went to this place tired or getting massages without getting any better.     My friend recommended me the joint. I’ve been having pain with my sciatica and The receptionist was very welcoming and nice. I requested Dr. Fatima because of the reviews I had seen. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I walked out with less pain. I joined the joint the same day and I walked out happy with my decision. The next day I received a phone call from Dr. Fatima herself calling to see how I was feeling! I was in shock! I did not expect that.     They were nice to me when they were trying to rope me into their contract. Once I was under contract, they had me fighting tooth and nail to get them to cancel it. They started becoming rude once I mentioned I didn’t want to continue with their service. Kept charging, and refused a refund. I was working 7 days a week and had no time to come in to cancel. I called several times, but they insisted on having me come in to cancel, knowing I didn’t have the time. TRULY regret ever stepping foot in that place.

    Both doctors at this location are thorough and not rushed, and I've only ever had to wait maybe 10 minutes bc to went after 5 when the work crowd is off. No therapies (but that's why it's such a low cost adjustment and insurance doesn't matter). Membership of $49 lets you go to any location so you can find one with the hours and DC you prefer just like you have a good dentist, a fave hair stylist, the massage and behavioral health therapists of your choice... JD Haynes is still my top DC in Houston, but he's too far away from me most of the time.

    I only recommend Dr Pittman. He is the only that takes the time to stretch my back before doing any adjustments. The lady at the front desk is always smiley and nice. I've been here for more than a year, there is an average of 5min wait but can be 15 in rush hours which is really not bad at all!
