Drove here for a walk-in adjustment and arrived at 6:54 PM. The office closes at 7:00 PM, and I’m already a member, so all they had to do was check my number and do a quick adjustment, which honestly never takes more than 3 minutes. The receptionist, Hannah, told me they were already done for the day and had taken the last patient. If that’s the case, then why are the doors still open before closing time? I completely understand wanting to leave work on time, but if the business says it closes at 7:00 PM, patients should still be welcomed until then. There was nobody waiting in the waiting room, and only one guy inside who was literally leaving when I got there. I drove more than 20 minutes and sat through Houston traffic just to be told they weren’t going to adjust me even though I arrived before closing.

Had a fall a couple of months ago, but because I have a wacky pain language, took me a while to figure out that I had pinched ? a nerve in my neck !!! Wanted to go to a recommended chiropractor, but it just didn't happen. One of my friends recommended The Joint Chiropractor and booked an appointment for me. Since I was driving ? impaired, she picked me up and drove me there. A busy Saturday morning, Ms Hannah, receptionist, kept things moving. Of course, you have to fill out paperwork (what I call "signing my life away"!?). Then I was shown the facility. Very clean! Ms. Hannah introduced me to Dr. K. Parker! She is awesome! ❤️! Took the time needed to ask plenty of questions for a better holistic care plan! Just love that! Dr. Parker has magic hands ✋️! So I signed up for 10 sessions! Usually do not do that, but " it hurt so good" and I definitely need the alignment!! It would be even better if you could get massages there as well, just a suggestion ?! Highly recommend Dr. Parker and this location of "The Joint Chiropractor" 5-star thumbs ? up!

This was my first visit to “The Joint”chiropractor, and I had a great experience. The front desk staff” Hannah”was so nice and friendly. She made me feel welcome right away and helped make my first visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Parker took time to listen to my concerns and ask detailed questions about my pain, lifestyle, and medical history. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush through the consultation. She performed a thorough examination and clearly explained what was going on with my neck/back/arms joints, showing me diagrams and answering all my questions. The adjustment itself was gentle but effective. I felt immediate relief afterward, and she gave me specific recommendations to help with recovery at home. Dr. Parker also explained what to expect in future visits and how many sessions might be needed. I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for chiropractic care!

Would not recommend. Don't get comfortable with one of the chiropractors they move them around to different locations without telling there patients leaving you to find a new clinic or deal with the new Doctor. I've been a client for years and every time I find a chiropractor I like they move them locations. Very Unprofessional. Will be canceling my membership.

The chiropractors are amazing and very kind. They were not the problem. I did have issues with the front desk young lady. I went to cancel my membership and told her I needed it cancelled immediately because I was going to be charged the next day. She looked at me and said, “no you have until the 19th” I told her ok, but please do this immediately. Of course, it was not done because I was charged $79 on the 17th. I was right and she did not do what I asked her to do. I will be going to the clinic as soon as they open, but this should not have happened.

Dr. DeAndre Johnson is absolutely amazing. I came in for my first ever appointment with the worst pain i have ever experienced. We are talking pain level 20 on a scale of 1-10. She explained everything so clearly; how the bones in your back should work properly, how they might get misaligned and syptoms might not show up for months, possibly years later. My first appointment was literal hell! I cried the entire time, but she was so patient with me and genuinely cared. An hour after i left my appointment, I was able to walk without much pain and the relief was palpable! By the next appointment the following morning my pain level was at a 2. And since then, i have been getting better with each adjustment. Dr. Johnson was a life saver and I will keep going back because of her!

I have to start off by saying that I have visited multiple locations and have had mixed results. There are closer Joints to where we live. My husband and I will never go to another location….the first few times we went to this location we had Dr. Vanessa who is amazing. Today, Dr. Johnson was there and at first I was hesitant since we’ve only had Dr. Vanessa at this location. Let me tell you…Dr. Johnson is phenomenal. I left feeling like I was floating. Samoya at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming. We are thrilled that we found a location where both doctors are top notch. The Joint in Summerwood has earned our loyalty.
