I initially came for wellness, but then for injury after a car accident in Jan. 2023. I have constantly come back, receiving an adjustment before my 3-4 day work week 12hrs per day as an ER nurse, I have less stress and I'm feeling some relief before my body enters stress from my job. Walking into work after a good adjustment helps me to have better focus on my job. Dr. Renken listens to me when I point out my pain and makes his adjustments accordingly. I went in today and waited for an hour. I left without service when the receptionist wasn’t able to explain how he called 4 people that checked in after me. He’s done that to me before.
This is normally a great place. However, the guy that works up front sometimes does a poor job.

My experience was great. I knew it would be a wait since I went on a Sunday and not many locations in my area are open on Sunday. The time went quick however. Lauren greeted me at the front desk and was very pleasant. This was her response to all of the patients there. Dr. Harris did my adjustment and she was remarkable. I'm going to name my first born child after Dr. Harris. When I tell you she is the BEST chiropractor I have ever seen. I rearranged my entire work schedule to see her. I'd fly to Africa every week to see her. When I tell my friends and family to come, I tell them don't let anyone else touch you but her. Dr. Renken just gave me an amazing adjustment. I came in with a low back issue and I'm leaving feeling amazing. I only come here because of the Dr. they have here that does a awesome job. But the way the check in process goes is the worst they have. The way I see the check in process is you come In you get in line, correct..but if someone is sitting there filling out information sheets then they should be put in line once done with registration is done and not having the line held up. Alot of people leave because of this issue. I see alot walk out, I've even done it after sitting there for a hr and being told that it was only 20 to 30 minute wait. The one Dr. is the only good thing about this place. Things used to run smooth here.

I have seen 4 chiropractors in my life time. Doctor Fritz is by far my favorite. One of the past ones had ripped tables and very dated equipment. This place is new, well appointed and very clean. Dr. Fritz is very friendly and eager to do whatever will help me. I never feel rushed in any way. He was better at all the basic moves than anyone I had worked with before and has a new one he threw in that may be helpng me with a long time problem. I think he does a terrific job.
The process of using the Joint, showing my scan tag now as I arrive, is so easy. No appt. needed. And I have not waited yet though sometimes I see a patient or two next, is terrific.
And Saturday hours till 5? Wow! I work some on Saturdays and often show up at 4:30PM on Saturday. I highly recommend them!!

I think the treatment is good, but I don't like the fact your treated in the middle of a room with other patients, and that the doctors talk back and forth about their personal business while your being treated. I feel their focus should be on who they are treating.

I have seen two different chiropractors here and they are both great. I was paying a lot to go to another chiropractor but I couldn’t to go in as much as needed for my current back problem. The care is just as good if not better here and even when I have to wait(this office is pretty busy) it’s never for very long. I almost always had to wait at my other chiropractors office and i had an appointment. What I love the most is if I go over my four visits for the month, each additional visit is only $10. Sometimes my back goes out of alignment sooner and I need to be adjusted. My Joint is closed today, Sunday, but I can go to another location as well as one in Dallas or Arizona when I’m visiting family and need an adjustment. Well worth the cost and if you don’t like the provider you have, see a different one until you find the one you like. Each provider has their own style and strengths.
