Along with helping you feel full (much like leafy greens), they provide you with enough fiber to keep your system moving. To add oatmeal, go for the real thing. No quick fix sugar packets. Apples are full of the 2 things that your body needs to flush itself out. Water and fiber. Apples have both of these in abundance!
