Every adjustment I've had here has really helped me, they've been able to get things moving even when other chiropractors couldn't and I'm starting to feel better! I have seen SO many different chiropractors for years and am more of a difficult patient to adjust because of how flexible/mobile I am. Came here for a visit loved the experience came back again and had a different chiropractor and had terrible back pain that lasted for 2 weeks they would not let me terminate the membership. I do not recommend! Had to pay for the 2nd month even though they did not do anymore visits . Would not recommend go somewhere else. Attempted to pay the 2nd month and they were unable to charge my card had to wait a week. Just go somewhere else.

I highly recommend Dr Jones. Many chiropractors seem in a mad rush to get you out the door in under two minutes. This isn’t the case with Dr Jones. He’s far more thorough and attentive than other chiropractors I’ve been to. Very knowledgeable too.

Dr. Jones is absolutely the best chiropractor I've seen. And having lower back issues my entire life, that says a lot! I've seen dozens of chiropractors. What makes this different for me, is the old school focused approach of getting your body back into alignment so it can heal itself. I am a retired 78 years old male and have been having pain in my lower back and right hip for years. I live alone and enjoy doing the home chores and being in the kitchen for hours. Gardening is my outdoor favorite for being there for hours in the yard. The pain was tolerable then and painkillers did help. About six months ago the pain has become very intolerable limiting me the time that I could have spent on the activities I like doing forcing me to stay in bed for longer hours. The painkillers and prescriptions were becoming very temporary help. The various physical therapy exercises I did were not enough for me to get back to my normal routine. So, just less than a month ago I visited the Joint Chiropractor Office at 6225 N Josey Lane and met Dr Larry Jones. After discussion we started a treatment course and I must say that after seven visits I have experienced tremendous success. I can perform my activities for at least four hours compared to two hours a month ago. The pain has not gone totally, and at my age, may not go away altogether but our goal is for me to get to a stage where I can go back to where I was at the beginning of this year. Doing the things I like to do with pain that is tolerable. I will continue my visits from three per week to two per week and maybe once per week for maintenance. Feeling good is great. Excellent care, compassionate and really in tuned with patient needs and pains, best working hours for really busy people (almost no chiropractor works On Saturdays or Fridays afternoon but guess what pain does not have a week schedule, they even have locations that are open on Sundays Went to the clinic with lots of pain and left relieved and refreshed, I can’t recommend this more.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Larry Jones who just took over as the head doctor at this location. I’m always a little hesitant when a new doctor takes over… i’ve had good doctors and bad doctors and it’s like a box of chocolates… You never know what you’re gonna get. But I’m super relieved and excited to start seeing him more. He’s been practicing for over 34 years, he’s a granddad and wanted to be closer to his grandkids so they moved from El Paso to here. Super personable and knowledgeable, shared his background with me, and to the most important part, he was able to get my body to loosen up and move in some ways that my other doctors have not been able to. I felt racist when I saw a chiropractor, who is not even a doctor, speaking rudely to me. Every time I see a white person speaking rudely to an Asian person. It really hurts me so much. The doctor here is a white racist. My back got worse, so I re-joined the membership after a year. I couldn't receive treatment because the doctor said he couldn't treat it. For the second treatment. I do not understand why they treat me the first time. I didn't understand why they took money on the first day and refused to do it on the second day. Doctor told me to come back in 2days and the other doctor refused my treatment. What was more unpleasant was that I felt racism, and the doctor spoke so rudely that I didn't want to talk anymore. I've been to many joints locations over the years, but I've never seen a doctor who was so rude and spoke so aggressively. Don't go to this spot.

I do not encourage you to start a membership. I tried to cancel on the same day as my renewal date and the front desk told me the card payment went through yesterday so I can't cancel until next cycle and they are unable to issue a refund. They also did not allow me to cancel on the and required me to sign in person which is inconsistent with any other reputable business. This date discrepancy seems to me like a sneeky plan to get more money out of you. Also, you apparently don't get a set of visits per month. It's a use it or loose it plan so even though I've paid for many months and haven't gone the full amount of visits I've paid for there is no roll over. This is purely an owner focused business model and not focused on the customer. Go somewhere else that actually cares about their patients.

Edit** I left this location when Dr. Rashedi had left and I was heartbroken. I kept trying out different doctors but it just wasn't a good fit. I was having to drive far out of my way to Little Elm because the doctor there is great also, just far. Well I decided to stop in on a Friday just to see and I'm glad I did! Dr. Ryne is a wonderful chiropractor. He takes the time to listen, will go out of his way to make sure your adjustment is tailored to you and really listens to your concerns. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ryne and everyone going to the Lewisville location should see him Friday - Monday! Jason the receptionist makes every appointment above and beyond with his bright personality and professional behavior. I'm so happy to be back at this location. Thank you Dr. Ryne! I have been involved with chiropractor care for 10+ years and absolutely love The Joint. I have been using the joint for several years and I absolutely love Dr. Rashedi at the Lewisville location. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, treats the issue AND gives you advice or exercises to do at home. He focuses on the whole body head to toe depending on what's going on. There is usually the same gentleman at the front desk who is very warm and welcoming and will assist you with any issues. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff here. After trying out several joint locations I am so happy to find one that meets all my needs.

The Joint Chiropractic at the corner of 121 and Josey is truly a hidden gem. I've been a patient at several chiropractors, and i must say the experience here is remarkable. Three reasons why I think this place is special: (1) Every time I get aligned I feel like I just got a New Spinal Cord, so rubbery and flexible, like how it must have been when I was just a newborn. I can breathe deeply without any effort. aaaahh. (2) Second reason, it's faaaast! As if you're in a drive thru or something. Boom, you're aligned!. It takes longer to get unleaded gas at a gas station. And #3, the price is awesome. It's like an all you can eat buffet. Get all the deep tissue back cracks you want for a crazy low price. You can't get this low a price anywhere. And if you happen to go over on your monthly visits, it's still easy on your wallet. That's all i got, folks. Yenjoy!

Went to the location on josey lane and not a very pleasant experience. I go to chiropractor often for maintenance and also have some longterm issues ive been working on . The new patient form had a question did you see a chiropractor recently i marked yes couple of weeks ago . The first thing chiropractor here told me is since you are seeing a different chiropractor we cant see you !! He didnt even ask what my concern is ,why i am here while seeing another chiropractor , nothing . he straight away told we dont see you if you are seeing someone else. The next thing he told me is we only do adjustments here nothing to help you with therapy , inflammation blah blah . It felt like he is trying to get rid of me. followed by more unpleasant conversation like your curve in the neck is not treatable etc if you would have atleast asked me about my experience with chiropractors for the past decade , and how i got rid of my curve in the low back he would have understood why i came here in the first place which is for a maintenance adjustment !!! Hey you guys sell yearly plans with weekly visits so im assuming you expect people to come for weekly adjustments??? So not sure what your problem is when i said i had adjustment 2 weeks ago .. i hope he is just someone who doesn’t have a genuine concern for patients and not a racist who didnt like to see a brown skinned person.

To have the ability to go to any Joint Chiropractic is awesome, but this location in particular helped me the most. I was instructed to do certain movements to improve my back pain. My wife didn’t know she was unbalanced till recently and the inch difference was balanced out after 6 visits. This of course is of recent and would highly recommend to come to this location. Though many locations had excellent operators and service in which cured my deep lower back pain.

My visits are usually okay, but what do you expect from a walk in clinic? Yesterday's visit was subpar from the get go. The guy that was working the front counter was having problems getting me checked in and as a result I was seen after patients that came after me. The doctor was in a hurry and my adjustment sucked hence the 3 stars for my review. You just never know what you're going to get from a walk in clinic I guess. Some days are good, and others are rushed making you want to see another chiropractor.
