Avocado

Adding a little bit of avocado can really improve your ability to focus. It is the healthy fats that can be found in this healthy food that boosts the function of message carrying connections in the brain. To add avocado, dice them up and put them in your favorite Mexican dish. You can also slice them up and eat them raw as a healthy snack. Salmon

Adding lean fish like salmon or mahi mahi to your menu can improve concentration and the ability to focus. Lean fish are full of Omega 3 fatty acids, which is what makes concentration improve. Like it or not, we have to be able to concentrate in order to get our typical tasks done and move forward in life.
