One of the best parts about joining a fitness class, is the fun that comes along with it. Exercising can be boring, but when you join a class, you instantly gain a room full of workout buddies and it’s usually a lot of fun. Soul Cycle
If you haven’t heard of this yet, just know that you will soon hear about it everywhere. Soul Cycle is a lot like Spin class, but it’s done to upbeat music and adds a kind of dance with your body. The whole class does it simultaneously, so it looks like a bunch of people dancing while riding bikes.
