Yesterday I found myself reaching for one of the most unhealthy snacks possible. Chips! There was something about that salty, quick, and easily accessible snack that jumped out at me. Of course, immediately following my transgression, I felt bloated, cranky, and filled with complete regret.

Snacking can be a huge help or a huge hindrance to your overall diet. If you take in the right snacks, it can boost your metabolism and get your body burning calories. If you take in the wrong calories (chips!), then you may find yourself packing on the pounds.
