Dr Hamid Kantara has been in the healthcare profession for over 37 years. He began as a volunteer with the American Red Cross stationed in the Intensive Care Unit assisting nurses care for patients. Soon after, he became an EMT/Paramedic volunteering in a Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MICU) EMS service. After working in a private Ambulance Service, Dr Kantara became one of the first paramedics hired to work at UTMB Level One Trauma Center during the HIV Epidemic.

Dr Kantara's initial plan of going to medical school changed when he was introduced to the Chiropractic profession. He graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1995. He remained involved in the EMS world by becoming Adjunct Faculty at San Jacinto college teaching paramedic classes. He was also an EMS-Instructor and EMS examiner certified by the Texas Dept of Health. He worked as Clinical Preceptor overseeing paramedic students on rotation at Ben Taub and Hermann Hospital Level One Trauma centers.

Dr Kantara was invited to work at Johnson Space Center-NASA. During his 11-year tenure, he had the opportunity to work in the Health Maintenance System of the Crew HealthCare System for the International Space Station.

Dr Kantara launched a Chiropractic and Functional Medicine clinic in 2011 which included chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists and Tai Chi. In addition to providing chiropractic care, his patients gained access to Micronutrient testing, delayed allergies and food hypersensitivity testing, and neurotransmitter testing.

In 2018, Dr Kantara helped open The Joint Chiropractic Clinic in Fulshear and was instrumental in the opening and development of the Rosenberg clinic. In January 2022, He came on board full time as V.P. of Operation overseeing the three Joint Chiropractic Clinic in Fulshear, Rosenberg and Richmond (Aliana). Dr. Kantara is certified in and maintains a Functional Medicine practice in Clear Lake.

Dr Kantara is passionate about leadership and personal development. He is constantly attending seminars and workshops aimed to be a better version of himself every day.

Dr. Jeanette Goodwill is a nervous system-centered chiropractor caring for families with a focus on perinatal and pediatric care. She finds immense joy in being part of her patients' health journeys, seeing the positive impact of chiropractic care firsthand, and empowering individuals to live healthier lives.

Her path to becoming a chiropractor was inspired by a lifelong belief in the body's own healing power. A Houston native, Dr. Jeanette grew up in the South Union area and knew from a young age she wanted to be a doctor, but her personal experience of avoiding medications led her toward a more holistic path. The turning point came during a university class where a chiropractor described the profession as "natural healing." Those two words resonated deeply, solidifying her calling to serve her home city. She pursued this passion by earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Prairie View A&M University, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the renowned Parker University.

Dr. Jeanette believes the key to lasting health is awareness and empowerment. She focuses on educating her practice members about their bodies, helping them connect to a healthy spine and nervous system leads to improved function and overall well-being. For her, the goal is to give patients the tools and confidence to take control of their health.

A testament to the family-focused care she brings to Houston is one of her most memorable patient stories involving pediatric chiropractic. A mother brought in her two-year-old daughter who, due to a birth injury, only used one side of her body. After just six gentle adjustments, the child began using both arms, her balance and coordination improved, and she became more verbal. The transformation was so profound that on the seventh visit, her father came in to begin his own chiropractic care journey.

When she's not at Aliana, Rosenberg, or Fulshear, Dr. Jeanette loves watching true crime documentaries, challenging her mind with escape rooms, and traveling to new places.
