Visiting from out of town and needed an unexpected adjustment. The front staff was so patient with me - I didn’t have my key tag or a photo ID. The doctor kept things light-hearted, listening to my concerns and making sure I got a good adjustment. This was better than my typical adjustment in NC. Amazing!!! This was my first time ever visiting a chiropractor. I went in because I had a pinch pain in my shoulder muscles that was becoming a nuisance. And now I am so glad I came here! Dr. Esparza was super thorough before making any adjustments, and afterward, she gave me so much information about strengthening and stretching the affected area. The next day, save for some minor soreness, the pain was almost all gone. I say almost because it still comes back lightly here and there, but with the work she did on me and the suggestions on how to manage it, it's been SO much better. Super happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place and this doctor. And I will absolutely be back!

Even though the doctors are very good, I always have to wait a Very long time. At 3:30 today, the weight was 1.5 hrs. Every time I come, there is at least .5-1 hr wait. It is closest to my house, which is why I keep trying. However, I won’t be coming back here.

First, this is a popular clinic for chiropractic help so if you go on Saturdays or Sundays you can find yourself in a wait. That being said, Paula up front is as nice and helpful as you can get. Dr Chuck is really helping me keep my back healthy and out of pain. The parking lot is small in front so if you get there and the starbucks next door is crowded you can find parking around the back in the larger general parking lot for the shopping center. I go once a week because I don't like things getting to an acute stage before getting help. They are upfront that if you need more than adjustments (muscle stimulation or massage) then you should seek help but I can't tell you the times I've walked in in pain and walked out feeling taller and without it. I love the monthly plan so I can go weekly. Highly recommend.

I had a not so decent experience at a previous chiropractor. I called and explained my pain and situation. They got me in right away with Dr. Chuck! Let me tell you, he has the cure for whatever ailments you might have! He actually took the time to figure out what was wrong and not only fixed it but coached me through the entire process. Couldn’t not be happier with Dr. Chuck and his supporting staff. I bet Dr. Chuck can bench press 350 all day and still have the finesse to twist a human body without hurting it.

I ended up taking my 9 year old here after a minor football accident had left his back a little tender/stiff. Dr Stephens & Dr Sherman are amazing! I suffer from severe back, neck & shoulder pain from falling down a flight of stairs over 25 years ago. They help me manage my discomfort without the use of passion medication. So I discovered them out of necessity. Pinched a nerve on my neck Friday night and by Saturday morning I was waiting for them to open the nearest location. After a few cracks I was back to normal!!! A true blessing. My wife has had chronic pain in her neck since an accident 25 years ago. I called this office and Tem the receptionist was able to answer every question I had and really put me at ease that they could help. At one point in out conversation Dr. Sherman actually got on the phone. Never have I had the actual dentist or doctor get in the phone. Truly impressed me and made me feel they really cared. When I brought my wife in Dr. Sherman immediately put her at ease and after a thorough examination gave her an adjustment. My wife saw an immediate relief. Don't get me wrong she still has pain but it's been greatly reduced and my wife is excited because she finally sees a light at the end of the tunnel. I can't say enough about this location. Dr. Sherman even called the next day to see how she was. Once again, never has our dentist or family doctor ever called to see how we were after a visit. Also the membership is the most affordable I've ever seen. I highly recommend . Thank you Tem and Dr. Sherman. Y'all are a true blessing.

I had never been to a chiropractor before & decided to try it out, let me tell y'all Dr. Sherman is AMAZING!!! I like that she actually takes the time to talk to you about what's bothering you & tells you the best ways to fix them. I'll admit I was just going in for the intro offer, but she told me it would be best to come in at least once a week for a month & that has helped me so much! You can tell just how friendly this office is by other patients coming in and the know everyone by name. The front desk Tem is also so sweet & very helpful when I needed additional visits. She helped me pick out a package that cut my cost for visits way down! Will definitely be back!

I once watched an episode of Penn and tellers "BS" where they said that chiropractic was BS, Having had severe back pain, unable to sleep the night before because of it. I got let off of work early to make it here before they closed. They were all so super friendly, were able to see me soon after I arrived. It was MAGIC, I'll admit it felt so good I drooled a bit! I came home, there was no soreness, no pain. I slept like a freakin baby! I'm up earlier than normal and still no pain!!! THANK YOU

So glad this Greenlawn location opened up close to my work. I've been to a lot of The Joint locations around Austin and, by far, the best adjustments I've ever gotten are from Dr. Sherman. She's able to get much more "cracks" than any others (even men twice her size) and able to get so much "deeper" of an adjustment. I'm no expert but her technique is amazing.

I just happened to pass this new location and went in and restarted my plan. Dr Sherman did a great job fixing my pain I was experiencing and took the time to listen and all questions. I am out of state and I tripped -my hip was out of wack and a sprained ankle-I am traveling home realized I needed to get an adjustment to make it home. I googled chiropractor care and The joint appeared-I went in and the staff was awesome filled out paperwork and I saw Dr Sherman -She listened asked questions and went to work -she was very careful and cautious -asked before adjusting to make sure I was ok -she gave me advice on traveling things I didn’t know to do -I am an avid chiropractic person and I can tell you Dr Sherman is one of the best I have seen -I highly recommend Dr Sherman I really am so grateful for the care

My favorite location. We love both doctors so I don't have to worry about the schedule or what Day it is. We go here for our 12 month old, been coming for her since she was 9 months old and it's made the world of difference for her. We are so thankful for the care we get and the way we are treated here. Plus I love that I can grab a Starbucks on my way home too. ;)

It was just this Sunday when I was in the car with some very annoying back pain and I asked my spouse to find a place (with the expectation that we wouldn't find anything) and lo and behold the joint popped right up. They brought me in, filled out some paperwork, got me adjusted, and back in moving order. They also sent me some informational PDFs via email once I talked to the doctor about some of my problems. I am glad The Joint opened up as there is finally a Chiropractor, near where I live, that you can see on the weekends when most everyone else only has weekday hours. The other part is that it is walk in only which means when I have back problems that pop up there will be a place that I can just head in and get myself fixed. Finally, I want to talk about their prices. They are pretty much around $40 a visit and no insurance is needed. They do package deals which like any package deal, the more visits you pre-buy, the better the price per visit. Did I mention they do military discount too, but that is only if you do the package deals. So the reason this place gets 5 stars is that it fills a serious medical need on the weekends (and of course normal and some off business hours) at a price that can be afforded for everyday common folk. When you have back pain at a strange hour and don't know where to go I would suggest this place!

Thanks to this business and Dr. Kat Shermen I was able to continue a vacation comfortably. I was especially grateful for the weekend hours and the ability to walk-in without an appointment.
