The Joint doctors on University Oaks Blvd are the best. I can go at a convenient time for me and they send me videos of exercises to help with my lower back pain. Stretching and adjustments are key to recovery. The front desk person also reminds me how many visits I have left which is helpful. They are overall a great place. My back is feeling so much better compared to how I was when I first walked in practically hunched over. Now I can stand straight. I recommend The Joint.

This was my 1st visit to a chiropractor. I went to the Round Rock location. It was a great experience. Ramiko the Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. I was a little nervous but Dr. Terrance talked to me about everything. From the beginning to the end I knew to what to expect. He asked me several times if I had any questions but he answered everything before we started. He also did a thorough evaluation before doing anything. He is full of information and didn't rush through my appointment. I highly recommend trying this location and with Dr. Terrance.

I don’t think i will be coming back to the joint. I have been a customer for years. 2 day was the last straw. Hours are posted 2:45-7pm giant signs says walk-in welcomes only to be told that new patients are not seen after 5 because of paper work. Even though wife is not a new patient. Anyone know a good chiropractor???

I was pretty disappointed when I paid for the plan and I was out of town for two weeks and returned to find out that my two remaining adjustments were automatically lost. And then I was asked to renew. I am going to pass on this. Sounds like bad business practices....

Receptionist was literally so dumb and awful. Didn’t tell me any information over the phone. But when I arrived she told me they cant do new patient appointments after 5. Maybe you should have told me that on the phone! Also people work so I cant get there till after 5. Dur. I bet that’s the case for many adults with a job!!!

This place is a joke! Me and my daughter went in to get adjusted. The young lady at the front desk says to me I see you have done paperwork here but was never seen and since that was 2 yrs ago you will have to do paperwork again. I said ok. We waited for about 45 minutes. It was VERY HOT. The Dr touches my back and says I can tell you have arthritis in your back and I'm not sure how much help I can give you today. You'll have to come back at least 5 more times to feel better. He popped my neck and sent me on my way. I go to the front to pay the $29 as advertised for new patients. She informs me at that point I will be charged the $39 instead of $29 since I did paperwork 2 yrs ago. She said there was nothing she could do even though I was never seen until that day. These people are not trying to help people only cash in on their pain.

I'm 53 and have been afraid of going to a chiropractor my whole life. I had an auto accident 20 years ago that injured my neck. I have migraines that are sometimes debilitating. I recently injured my lower back lifting something heavy over my head into a dumpster. My daughter talked me into going to her Chiropractor because I was having trouble walking and sleeping.
Dr. Le put me at complete ease. I felt better the very next day. We have a lot of work to do but I am so IN!

I have been dealing with hip problems for over a yr now. I have been to orthopedic had injections and was told next route would be surgery. I race go-karts and am a very active person so surgery was not in the cards for me. I went and Dr.Mike and his front desk were so welcoming and he really took the time to listen to what I was feeling after just the first adj o was in shock that the pain I have been in was really gone. I have returned for a couple more adj (specially after being in go-kart) I work in the medical field so I have high standards when it comes to visiting places #1 is costumer service #2 my care and they were both meet. Dr. Lee was very kind and friendly during my first ever chiropractor visit. I have great anxiety to cracking and she made me very comfortable. Regularly impressed with Dr Le. She has helped me through three different back issues during the past five years. Most recently psoas tightness that makes my lower back painful. Every time I need to go whether it's an emergency or just an adjustment, has been nothing but great. I can get in and out fairly quickly and the staff is amazing by listening and trying their best to relieve any pain. I would love to come more often. I can't begin to thank you enough! For years I've been dealing with lower back pain, and recently developed arthritis in my right hip, on my first appointment that changed! When the adjustment was complete, instantly I felt better! I was finally able to walk without a limp and my pain level dropped from an 8, scale of 1-10, to a 3. Hopefully with more treatment, I'm pretty optomistic, I will have full strength in my leg and able to do things I had to give up because of pain once again. For me, this is life changing and I am so thankful!

Being a big guy, I've generally always had a preference/bias towards big, strong chiropractors who could get a lot of movement. So the first time I went to Dr. Le, I was I a bit leary. Also, she uses an activator, which I wasn't particularly a fan of...at first.
Well, I got over my biases pretty quickly, because every time she's adjusted me, I feel amazing afterwards. She pays attention to details. I particularly like her attention to checking your symmetry in the legs and adjusting accordingly. I swear I felt like 2 inches taller after my last adjustment!
Every doctor I've had at any of The Joint locations (I've visited 3 in Austin), I've had good results with, but I especially like Dr. Le -- highly recommended.
Also, they don't really promote it heavily on their sites -- they really want to get you on one of the monthly plans -- but you can buy blocks of like 10 visits for I think $200 or so, that you can use any time. That makes it very affordable, even if you don't go very regularly.

Great service. I saw the guy chiropractor and he helped to get rid of my headache and back pain. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I followed his directions and ice my knock and back and had a great day yesterday. They even sent me an email with a video on what stretches I need to do and how to do then.
Now all I need is a neurologist to help permanently get rid of my chronic migraines.

I had been putting off going to the chiropractor for about a month and finally nerved up to try The Joint in Round Rock because of all the good reviews. I will not put off visiting in future. I was able to walk right in, the nice front desk lady took my information, and Dr. Lara was fantastic.
Because of the shape I was in she had to do something pretty ouchy to my hips, but she warned me in advance and checked in to make sure I was holding up OK during the ouchy part, and I felt much better as soon as she was done. I was recommended to come in twice a week (my hips and back are pretty messed up) but when I mentioned that I can't afford to come in that often there was no hard sell or implication that I should somehow magically find the money. Instead I was given completely pressure-free information on the available discount packages, had some stretch and home care instructions sent to me by email, and encouraged to come in when I can. I will definitely do this - I feel much better and suspect that if I'd gone in at the first sign of trouble would be perfectly fine now. As it is I feel significantly better.
So, if you're doubting or holding back - don't. Go in NOW. Also, for other large-scale folks out there, Dr. Lara was fantastic and did not make me feel like Godzilla even a little bit.

I would marry her...but Im married and Im not a man! LOL! the wellness plan is very helpful, I come in once a week to help undo all the stiffness caused by sitting at work all week.
I used to have bad lower back pains and what felt like compression pain, but now I only get the occasional pain from leaning to one side for too long over the course of a couple days. my neck is also much looser and I can turn of further than I was able to a couple months ago.

Dr. Le has done a wonderful job helping me escape the pain of a pinched nerve in the neck. She seems to be more able to feel the areas of body that are in stress, and she has always been accurate and thorough in her adjustments.
