I decided to go here because mt scheduled is unpredictable and its a walk in spot , not just by appointment. Leading me to purchase frequently purchase the wellness pan and as I arrived at 3:45pn the front desk told me that they were no longer taking appointments. And I get it, its Sunday as i walk in im told by the front desk that they are no longer accepting patients at that time. Which i kindly said thank you and walked out. And here I made the decision to come to a place specifically because of the no appointment needed. Guess I might just go back to a private practice and go when just bare with the uncomfortableness till the season slows down for us hvac techs. Either way some feed back would be great and who's in the wrong here did I miss something on there policy or is there staff not trained properly or they should hire employees that are pro The Joint Chiropractic. Which in my opinion are not the best candidates for the growth of any business.

I wouldn’t know how the process works because I wasn’t given any information—just told “no walk-ins, appointments only,” which contradicts what’s advertised on the company website. I work until 5 and travel for work, so timing matters. I made it there before 6:00 PM, and the location closes at 7:00 PM, so I expected to be seen or at least given guidance on how the walk-in process works. Instead, there was little to no communication or basic courtesy. I was even asked to move out of the way so another customer could be helped, which didn’t feel very welcoming. It seems like whether walk-ins are honored depends on the specific location, but this experience didn’t reflect the convenience that’s promoted. Unfortunately, this location may not be the right fit for me.

I’ve met with both doctors after experiencing excruciating back pain for 2 months. I went to previous spine doctor’s that didn’t relive my pain so i decided to give The Joint a try! I first met Dr.Estrada and she was phenomenal in understanding my back pain and knew exactly what to do. The next morning my pain went from a 10 to a 1 it was so amazing! My next visit i met Dr.Derek and he already knew the kind of pain i was experiencing and did the adjustment that i needed. He’s very good at explaining how to maintain the pain and explaining different stretches! Overall both doctors are amazing and the staff is super sweet!!! Came in to take advantage of the $29 deal because I had so much neck pain and migraines. My lower back was also bothering me. Dr Derek did a quick evaluation and understood exactly what I was feeling and explained the reason behind it. He was very thorough and informative. I found my forever place! From the trauma my body has experienced in a major car accident when I was younger and now 40 I’m sure all of y’all know. Gotta keep it tuned Up. Puts my hip back in place every time ??? He is an excellent doctor that takes the time to explain everything he’s doing shows you slides. I called last minute on a Thursday to see if I could move my consultation since I had time and a babysitter and while they usually don't do consultations later on in the evening, they managed to fit me in. I was admittedly nervous about my first visit because my back was in such bad shape. But I needed to have relief after a injurying it lifting. My back was so bad I had to have help from an ambulance team to get off the floor. I walked in, the receptionist and chiropractor made me feel comfortable, gathered information about how I hurt my back, where it hurt, etc. after about a 20 minute consult the chiropractor was able to figure the best course of action. I laid on the table and he started pulling around and I had so much relief. He gave me a plan that outlined when I will need to come back in for another adjustment and it’s going to be about a month total. I walked into the HEB afterwards to get the supplements he recommended. Later that day my back was hurting again but they sent me an email with a YouTube link in it for some stretches. I did them and I felt really good after that. Same thing the next morning, did the stretches and I can tell I’m getting better. I’m heading back to the chiropractor today for a second adjustment. Thank y’all for getting me back on my feet!

I usually have a great experience but this location just ruined that streak of great experiences. I waited for 45 min after being told it was a 20 min wait. I went to the bathroom which took less than 2 min and I had been skipped over. normally this wouldn't have been much of a problem but the Dr took more time talking to the other patients than adjusting people

Just had my first appointment after being in pain for about two weeks. I haven’t been able to sleep, move or work. Doctors took scans and basically said nothing is wrong with me. I just wish it was a bit more private bc during my session other patients were peeking around the corner to see what Dr was doing or why he was taking a bit longer, but it was my first visit so he was gathering info but that was rude that they are being nosey… HATED THAT!

It had been over a year ago since I went to the one on Marbach and even purchased the multi visit deal for me and my wife but after the first visit, we just never went back. I had to ask the male chiropractor if he could perform certain techniques which I thought would be part of the process but hey I thought he might be having an off day. The reason we never went back is because for one, my wife doesn’t really care for chiropractic care care, it’s more my thing. Secondly, after the high was gone, I had a sharp pain in my neck for some days afterwards. Recently, I had a bit of discomfort on my lower back so I decided to give the joint another chance because I like the fact that I could be seen quickly, no x-rats are required and honestly, it’s affordable. So I went back to the Joint off of 410 and Bandera and was seen by the female chiropractor(sorry, I’m bad with names! lol.), and she was very thorough. I was going to ask her not to adjust my neck(the last time I was out face down and my neck was pushed one way while my opposite shoulder was pushed down) but her technique was different. She did some additional tests that the previous chiro hadn’t done so I believe she went above and beyond. The receptionist was great as well! Needless to say, I signed up again but this time for the no-expiration deal.

From the time I walk in and get a warm greeting from the receptionist at the front desk, getting my back and neck checked over and realigned by the wonderful mind and hands of Dr. Theresa Estrada, then feeling so much better when I leave a few minutes later, that short duration I’m there does make a huge difference in my life. As a truck driver and an endurance athlete who also worked as a heavy truck mechanic in my previous career I have not been easy on my body over the years. Getting to visit one of my favorite Doctors at whichever location they are working at once a week makes a huge difference in helping me continue to live the active lifestyle I have always loved!

I was really nervous about going to see a chiropractor for many reasons, but the top two were 1) I pop my back and neck myself (obviously ineffectively) and I was worried I would get reprimanded for doing that and 2) I’m obese and I didn’t want the lecture I get at EVERY doctors office. None of that happened! The staff was kind and welcoming. I arrived 15mins early to fill out paperwork- consents. Dr. Estrada took her time with me to first talk about my target areas/what brought me in, and then to explain the process before getting started. The appointment went so smoothly! Such a convenience that they’re open 7 days a week too!

This place was referred by a good friend of mine and I took his word and came to sign up for the service because i had lower back pain after I saw the doctor he recommended I think seven visits so I was like OK fine let's see how it goes after I paid first thing I had only to use the seven visit within a month I wasn't told before i paid I need to do the seven visit within a month only Second thing I went to different locations. The visit doesn't even last for I wanna say four minutes max they just pop my neck, my shoulder and I had to ask two times for my lower back. The last place I went to it was in Amarillo wasn't in San Antonio.I asked him. Hey is there any notes about the main reason I sign up for the service with you? The person replied no there's nothing so I came back to the same branch in San Antonio 410 and Bandera Rd to do my 5th visit and say hey i still have pain I think it was 25 minutes before they close, but they refuse to take me because the doctor won't allow it So I was like OK I'm not gonna start arguing. I asked the manager to give me a call later so we can discuss my issues no one did give me a call

This is no exaggeration, the joint chiropractic literally saved my life. I had been slapped on my back by an unthoughtful relative so hard that over the course of four months it ended up paralyzing me. I saw Dr. Derick here for a TMJ issue. Felt my left side of the jaw started clicking when I was eating. They were able to fit me in same day. Huge shout out to Veronica at the front desk. As my first time patient the doctor did really well, I’ve been in a despicable amount of pain for almost a month now and a few hours after my visit, I went into work feeling way looser than before. And was able to do certain activities again. The doctor was very polite and straightforward on letting me know what is going on with me and recommended supplements and etc. On top of everything I really loved that my first visit was only $29 witch is super affordable & just what I needed.

I was nervous mabye even scared to go at first because I don't enjoy being touched by new people. Danny the chiropractor was very understanding when I voiced this. Throughly telling me he will talk me through what he's gonna do and to let him know if at any point id like to stop or if im feeling pain or strain. That helped a lot, he also asked how I felt with each step of the process,ready for questions if needed. I feel Danny loves what he dose I hope he continues to enjoy the probably very colorful people that seek his expertise. Another thing I enjoy is they prov time and time that they know they are doing one time i twisted up my ribs pretty good . And said only that much and when they fixed me they point out that I probably can breath deep again. Who ever you have in the front sucks today. I went in and she advised me you all had over an hour wait. She recommended the another one on bandera. I called to get the addres, and no answer. I had to call about 5/6 times. When she finally answered I asked her where the other location on bandera was, and she said she only answered the phone because the same number kept coming in. I'm assuming that's what these people get paid for to answer phones and check in customers. It was really an odd thing to say. Other then that I only has wonderful things to say. The girl in the front was very plesent in person.She apologized for the long wait, but her phone skills are awful.

He even suggested supplements that I would benefit from. I got my first adjustment that day and I felt immediate relief. Not total relief as my issue takes time and multiple adjustments. Today was my first appointment. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and professionalism of both the front desk lady as well as the chiropractor itself. I’m picky when it comes to these things. Lol! I did find it very cliche after the visit while checking out and I signed up for myself and my 13 year old the front lady mentioned he added in 3 additional visits for free. The reason I say this is because I overheard the previous person leaving being told same thing. It was a good marketing strategy to make me feel important but I do understand it is done for everyone that says yes to their monthly package plan. However with that being said I will continue to go for this month as well as my daughter and I am looking forward to finding relief. Everyone was really nice and the prices seem affordable but more to come

The new location in San Antonio off of 410, Babcock 410 and Evers In the H-E-B shopping center, Just a few feet from LA fitness is a great Place to get top tier service. From the sign in process to the chiropractor, they were very thorough and patient and explaining their process and their payment plan The fact that you don’t have to lock into a contract and pay month-to-month is really helpful. Right now in December 2024 they are offering some really great specials and I think they’ll continue some into the new year.
