He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin before beginning his career as a personal trainer, where he helped clients improve their mobility, flexibility, posture, and overall wellness. It was through a client’s recommendation that he discovered chiropractic care, and after recognizing the strong connection between movement, spinal health, and pain relief, he knew it was the perfect next step in his journey.

To further his ability to promote natural, drug-free pain relief and optimal joint function, Dr. Diaz pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University in Dallas, graduating in August 2023. After spending time in Dallas, he and his girlfriend relocated to San Antonio, where he found his professional home at The Joint Chiropractic, delivering affordable, walk-in chiropractic care to the community.

Dr. Diaz specializes in spinal adjustments, posture correction, and holistic pain management, helping patients find relief from back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, and joint dysfunction. He is passionate about improving spinal alignment, reducing nerve interference, and enhancing mobility for individuals of all ages, including athletes, weekend warriors, busy professionals, and families. Inspired by his mother, a dedicated RN, he knew he wanted to help people feel their best and live a healthier, more active life. This led him to earn a biomedical degree from Tarleton State University in 2015 and later a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in 2019.

After graduating, Dr. Robert honed his skills in spinal adjustments and subluxation correction while practicing under a mentor in Memphis, TN, for nearly two years. Eventually, his heart (and his fiancée!) brought him back to Texas, where he joined The Joint Chiropractic in San Antonio to provide affordable, walk-in chiropractic care for the community.

Dr. Robert is passionate about the power of routine chiropractic care in improving spinal alignment, joint health, and mobility.
