I came in 15 minutes before my appointment just to make sure there was enough time to fill out the paperwork. I won’t lie and say i was pretty nervous because iv never been to a chiropractor before. Generally, you get adequate chiropractic care at the Joint, and occassionally it will feel like "Drive by" Chiropractic care (Rapid in and out without much diagnosis). I have been to at least five locations across Midland and Houston and this is by far the best care I have gotten...it was neither of the aforementioned. Dr. Wong spent sufficent time with diagnosis, was patient and methodical with the adjustment, and even spent time after the adjustment showing me a handful of exercises to help improve issues he had identified. Highly recommend this location, and Dr. Wong in particular.

Out of all of the locations I have been to. This one has by far been the best!! I don't normally write reviews unless the experience is significantly above or below expected and let me tell you. Dr. Sergie Wong not only rose above expectations, he soared above it! I have a chronic back issue and recently pulled a muscle so my frequency of visits at the joint has increased over the last few days. I am in Spring on vacation and after a 10 hr drive, it goes without saying my back and hips were tight and there was significant discomfort. So I took my self right up the road and Dr. Sergie Wong was there and ready. Gave him a quick rundown of my history and he got to work! My experience with the Joint has been pretty much a "pop and go" experience not really an experience where the Dr. is focused on the injury or any treatment outside of a fast adjustment and send you on your way. This was NOT my experience with Dr. Wong! He listened to my injury history and then he focused his adjustment on where I needed it the most and really attacked my lower back. I walked away from the adjustment with far less pain and feeling absolutely amazing. I highly recommend The Joint in Gleannoch Farms, especially Dr. Wong. The absolute best experience Ive ever had.

I’ve been going to this location and let me say, Dr Castillo makes this location the best. I’ve been to several other locations and none of the doctors were as caring and kind and knowledgeable as Dr. Castillo is, so I drive like 45 min out of my way just to come to this location and see this man. I have a weird chiropractic issue, and I really feel like he went out of his way to research it so he could help me better and made me really feel seen and heard. I def recommend coming here. Dr Castillo is the best!

They charged me 7 months straight and didn’t refund fees for unused healthcare services. The manager Curtis made me wait 2 weeks but provided no resolution or refund. They don’t respect click to cancel FTC rules and only allows cancellation in office. So if you’re out of town like me. You’re screwed. AVOID them. Bad service by chiropractors who push you to upsell and horrible customer service.

The Joint at Gleannloch Farms keeps my family running! Between athletics and hard work, Dr Castillo does a great job keeping us tuned up and feeling good! Suzette up front is super helpful, always remembers my kids names (one of them seems to forget their scan card), and is always friendly to talk to. I have been using the Joint for many years. Having a great home location and Doctor is amazing. What is even more amazing is the ability to walk into any Joint , anywhere our travels take us around town or the rest of the country ( and we travel a lot!). Highly recommend stopping in, seeing Dr Castillo for your initial $29 evaluation visit and getting adjusted. With very affordable plans, you can come four times a month for the cost of a typical chiropractic visit and keep yourself feeling great too!

At initial meeting Dr. Castillo inquired and thoroughly listened as I addressed my pain. He formed a plan to have me back up to speed within minimal amount of time. Following the plan and incorporating the exercises provided I had full relief within four weeks. Suzette was of great help as well. She ensured I was in and out with minimal wait time. Between the two the office has a great flow making it convenient for the patient.

I've been going to The Joint for years. The Joint at Gleannloch Farms is one of my favorite clinics to go to. Suzette, the receptionist, is always professional and in a pleasant mood. She's also personable and talks to all the clients like friends. Dr. Castillo is new to me. He has been my doctor for my last two visits. I could barely walk yesterday, but he worked his magic. I was still sore when I left The Joint after the hip stretches and minor upper back adjustments, but I could walk without my back brace for the rest of the day! Today I went back. Dr. Castillo did a few more stretches and added more adjustments, and I feel even better. He has a special touch- gentle enough to not aggravate to body more, but deep enough to feel it. Thanks Suzette and Dr. Castillo. On a side note: Dr. Barnett is also amazing at this location:)

Dr. Castillo is a magician. I have been getting this crick in my neck on and off for years and it just keeps getting worse. I was in so much pain when I first walked in. The doc really took his time to check where the cause of my issue was and with a few quick cracks I walked out with about 50% reduction in pain. He gave me a schedule to come back the next day and I just did that and OMG. He just annihilated the last of my pain. I am amazed! 10/10 I do recommend!

I went to this location. Dr.harris stated that the owner won't hire any other chiros and she looked really stressed. The adjustment was so quick it was ridiculous. She told me to wait, I came in she said come lie down face down, while she's literally adjusting another client. I didn't feel comfortable lying down on a table while she's with someone else. This left a really bad taste in my mouth and I never went to this location after. I came to see her two times to give it a fair chance. I don't know if it was 2 bad days, or what, but if you're dealing with patients -PAYING PATIENTS, you can take 10 mins. So much can go wrong in that 3, mins Harris is adjusting you in. It felt super rushed. I know joint has a different way of dealing with patience but I certainly feel that this was not what corporate wanted. Also she put this cooling balm on my back -I never consented to that I really don't like that and she should be asking her clients if she can put that cooling gel first. This isn't a clothing shop or even a restaurant. It's important that patient should be given the care they are paying for.

I LOVE coming to this location to see Dr. Harris! My husband comes and so do I (currently pregnant). I will drive out of my way just to come see her. She doesn’t just do the basics. I'm giving Dr Harris and Suzette the receptionist 5 stars! Let me tell you why. I have been with The Joint for over a year now and I went to a few doctors before I got Dr Harris. I was giving up on going to the chiropractor because I didn't feel I was getting the adjustments my body needed until I meet Dr Harris. Dr Harris takes time to educate you on your body and what you can do to help prevent things. Dr Harris moved to a different location, and I followed her to that location. I'll start off my saying that I've written a very extensive and in-depth review for Dr. Harris when she was at The Joint location on Louetta Road that anyone can reference, but I wish to make sure I follow up and provide an update on how amazing my experiences continue to be. There is no doubt in my mind why she has such a huge following as a provider at The Joint and continues to share amazing chiropractic services and care for her clients. Here on Spring Cypress she's teamed up with Suzette who is by far one of the best receptionist I've ever encountered at any business establishment. She personifies charisma and excels in all aspects of communication including sharing information about plans and answering questions to clients both new and existing. I even learned a thing about HSA/FSA insurance and how its usable for chiropractic care. I've seen her bring so much relief with just her words whether in person or as she handles phone calls. Her professionalism and listening skills are both inspiring and admirable. I understand people visit to get adjustments for their bodies and minds to feel better, but I can tell you Suzette's empathy and impactful speech surely is an adjustment on the heart. She delivers convenience and comforts in a way that gives peace of mind while making a customer feel welcome and look forward to their returns. One can tell Suzette strives to continue to live a happy life through her cheerfulness and relatable stories. She is an asset to The Joint and a perfect pairing with Dr. Harris' level of skillset, knowledge, care, and detail. This location stays spotless and clean and is worth the travel time and wait if you are looking to experience two professionals at the top of their game. I hope the higher ups at The Joint know what they have. I work remotely so I have come here on several different days and times. It is amazing at how consistent their business flow is and it makes me of a think of a happy factory. The folks coming here for treatments are entering with ailments or concerns and leaving with smiles of relief on their faces because of their visits. Some people I even notice have a different pep in the step and it never gets old to witness. I'm grateful I have access to this location and am thankful for Suzette and Dr. Harris for taking care of our communities. It's never too late to take care of yourself and here, you and your family are in great hands.

Sorry I posted the review as soon as I got home. Dr Harris should not be using the activator. I have been suffering with neck pain for the last 3 1/2 months. I have used pain meds and anti=inflammatory meds ever since.

My dad was visiting after a fall and was having issues walking. We brought him to see the chiropractor and even though he was scared he raved about the way he felt after his initial adjustment. Sadly he had to go back home before he could get though the first few weeks of visits. Seeing the change it made for him, we started visits here and have also seen a change in our mobility, we also happen to be combining it with massages a few doors down and it’s working out aces. Everyone’s been lovely and we generally get in and out pretty quick.

Dr Harris did a great job. I have notoriously slight movement in my spine so I'm always concerned that a female won't be able to get enough traction to make an improvement. She laid this concern to rest instantly and did a fantastic strong adjustment.

Today was my first visit at The Joint Chiropractor and was very pleased with my overall experience. I came as a “walk-in” and was greeted by Suzette. Suzette explained all the documents I was required to sign and also provided useful information for future visits . I was then treated by Dr. Renteria who listened to all my concerns and took her time to answer all my questions . Dr. Renteria was very professional and knowledgeable during the entire process . I went in because I’ve been having bad headaches and a stiff neck, my first appointment was today and I told the Doctor everything I was feeling, he then gave me an adjustment and I could feel relief right away. I was about to cancel my account with The Joint until I found that Suzette and Dr. Andrews we’re here at this location. They are the best! Suzette is a welcoming face and is awesome at providing great customer service; Dr. Andrews clearly has more knowledge and professionalism then what I experienced at other locations. Particularly the vintage location where apparently it’s ok to not wear a mask while attending to patients. Other than that I feel the Dr. Andrews really addresses problematic areas of pain and does her best to ensure that you leaving your appointment feeling better! That’s essentially the whole point!! This is the best best location for anyone looking to sign up with the Joint. Thank you so much for being there for us!

Dr. Andrew and Dr. Renteria are great and considerate, they take good care of us every time . My husband and I love the way both of them take care of us , very thoroughly and helpful. i came here in january for a pinched nerve and they helped me get to a good spot, but my finger on my left hand stayed numb. They talked me in to the subscription package, but for like three months I was unable to come in. Fine, thats on me, but when i was finally able to come in the chiro that I saw did something completely different (because they NEVER do the same service twice) and whatever she did left me in so much pain that I had to leave work, forfeit my commissions, and basically deal with the aftermath on my own. I cannot lift my arms above my head. When I went in I was FINE. I was in NO pain at all and was just wanting a simple adjustment. I had told them that my finger was numb, but its been numb and not once has any other chiro done what this one did. They put it on me to advocate for myself and speak up when something hurts as if I'm suppose to know how to do their job. They tell you its suppose to hurt or feel uncomfortable and then shame you when you do not speak up that it hurts. They have no standard for what adjustments they do, its completely left up to the chiros and I'm not even sure if theyre all actually chiropractors or just working under the chiropractor. My finger is still numb but now i'm in 100xs more pain that I was when I came in. I have been to two other chiros out in kingwood and I NEVER had this issue. Their treatments have always been consistent and they communicate well because they are not running people through on an assembly line. The whole set up just seems like the mcdonalds of chiro.

Editing my review from last year: I’m not sure what happened between last year and this year. But Dr. Renteria and Dr. Andrews are both no longer with the company it seems. Dr. Harris, who is also very good, was at this location for a few months but then moved to the Vintage Park location. The last two times I’ve went to Gleannloch and saw Dr. Livingood, I was out the door within 90 seconds. What is this— the Walmart version of chiropractic care? I left questioning why I even pay for a service that was so lackadaisical. Below is the review I left last year; the difference is night and day! Last year’s review: Dr. Renteria and Dr. Andrews are great! I've had a shoulder issue for a while now and I've tried acupuncture and cupping therapy as well as other methods, but after only two sessions here at the Joint, I can noticeably tell the difference in the recovery process. Highly recommended!

I was a first time patient today and it was a great experience. The facility was well appointed and very clean. The staff was very friendly and competent. Dr. Andrews took all the time necessary to understand my history and current issue. She may not be very big but she had no trouble handling 6’ tall 245lb guy. She also gave me good common sense advice on how I could improve the issue myself. I believe I got a great value for cost of the visit.

I originally went to the Vintage location and was introduced to Dr L Andrews, she listened to all of my ailments and was able to pinpoint all of my issues with great expertise. Dr Andrews has helped me with back pain, neck issues, and especially having sciatica on both legs, she has been the absolute best! It was with great sadness to find out that she was transferred to another location! To my surprise, I found that her new location was actually closer to me, the Glennloch Farms location! I love the joint and all the doctors. I have been using their services for nearly six years now. The best Doctor all around is Lindsay Andrews. I have been so happy with the adjustments that I followed her to the Gleanloch location from the Vintage. No matter where she goes, I will follow. She is kind and thoughtful, and very understanding. This location has the best Chiros , hands down. Dr. Andrews and Dr. Young are truly amazing. You can’t go wrong with either one of them. They take the time to hear you and see where you body is at. Very impressed!! First impression was clean and pleasent smelling. I walked in around 2:20pm and was told by Ms. Suzette up front that it would be about a 20 minute wait. I asked if I could sit in my car and she said absolutely. About 20 minutes later, she called me as I was about to head back in anyway to let.me know I could be seen soon which was wonderful service that I saw as above and beyond. Dr. young saw me almost as soon as I walked through the door and was excessively more thorough overall on my whole body than my first visit. She also did some massaging in my muscles and checked my knees and hips particularly for mobility after asking if I sit a lot at my. She prepared me well for the towel decompression that can be scary at first and was so easy with her conversation. Her focus on my muscle impressed me because sometimes chiropractors can forget that. She gave me fabulous tips on whether to have chiropractic work done before after workout which was very practical and applicable information for me. I had a few more questions on my membership that Suzanne helped me this at the end and clarified everything I was curious about.

Dr. Smith is as dynamically talented as she is gorgeous and knowledgable. I limped in to the office with a weird twinge in my lower back. As a cadet in the Police Academy, i knew that my issues were likely related to overtraining, notably running long distances on unforgiving concrete. She had me perform some basic movements and IMMEDIATELY diagnosed my problem. I had my reservations that a person as petite as she would be able to adjust a guy my size. That woman MANHANDLED me... in a good way! She made 6 quick adjustments, and perfectly pinpointed the root of my issues. I felt better instantaneously. I was so sold on her treatment that i signed up for a monthly membership before leaving. 5 stars, only because 6 isnt an option.

I love this place! The doctor has helped a lot with my hip and upper back problem. I am very very satisfied with the service they have provided. My husband had back issues for over 2 years and we were going to another chiropractor for him I wished we could of found this place sooner!! They have been able to do way more for him in a couple of weeks than the 2 years we spend at the other chiropractor’s office, and we have actually saved more $$. We are so happy and greatful for the staff and the doctor at the Spring Área.

I slept like a baby lastnight after my visit yesterday..My experience was GREAT. I had read the reviews before hand so i was interested to see how my visit would be . Little paper work to start out but i understood why ..Its so they can get an understanding on what your needs are , smooth" Light" alternative classic rock playing , nice and clean location and smiling faces to greet you when i walked in. . I hadnt been to any of the location before and i was experiencing some discomfort in my lower back and mid shoulder blades for some time now. My adjustment went very well and she explained what she was doin to me i felt like i was in good hands . Before i left ..yes they did give my the option to get a package for membership but i didnt feel pressured and didnt feel bad when i declined till i was sure i was happy with the out come.. this morning i received a follow up call just to check on me to see how i was doin. Over all im happy with this location and my adjustment so the least i could do was give them the review they deserve . Thanks guys Sincerely Melanie.

Worst branch I've been to. Only one chiropractor present. Wait time was longer than usual. But then rushed through my adjustments, didn't even wait for me to exhale before applying each adjustment. As a result, barely felt different afterward. Also had a bit of a old, country hillbilly vibe from the clientele and staff. Maybe that's just a Spring thing.

Dr. Smith has been a GAME CHANGER for my pregnancy! She has taken such good care of me and my unborn little girl. She is thorough and very careful with me. Dr. Oz is the absolute best doctor I’ve experienced at The Joint and I’ve been a client for 2.5 years. I’ve visited Southpark Meadows in Austin as well as other Houston locations and compared to others he is the MOST thorough, attentive, gentle and educated. At one point he suggested x -rays that no one else ever suggested and he just took my blood pressure before the adjustment because I mentioned more than normal aches. I feel cared for and important when I visit this location as other locations sometimes seem more like an in and out experience. I highly suggest Dr.Oz!!!!

Out of all The Joints I've been to this one is by far the best!! They know their stuff and know how to fix you up based on your personal needs. Its more of a custom visit, and not just a generic routine. Go check them out. Your body will thank you!

This is the only Joint Chiropractic location and Doctor I recommend. Dr. Mark Osborne is the absolute best. Unlike their other locations who give you cookie-cutter, rush you in and out service, Dr. Osborne is thorough and pays attention to detail.

This is the best deal you will find for chiropractic care and it is certainly the most convenient hours, 10-7 with no appointment needed and hours on Saturday til 4. You can't find a better place to go and the doc's are AWESOME!!

I love The Joint! I have been going to the Gleannloch Farms locations since the very first day they opened. The quality of care is top notch and you just cant beat the price! The staff is very nice and helpful, they cater to your needs and they truly care about how you feel. I love how you don't need an appointment you can walk right in and be seen. I can very easily go on my lunch break. I suffer from migraines and a bulging disc in my neck and feel so much better than when I started out. I highly recommend them!!

I've been hearing about The Joint for months on the radio during my drive to work. Discussed it with a few friends during a weekend at my lake house, where we were all "attempting" to relax. A couple of weeks later, one of those friends sent me a Groupon...and I finally decided I would at least try it. I was met with friendly smiles and the "Now Famous" (to me anyway) Dr. Van...right away he made me feel like I was at the right place. We talked about my history and he did a few tests...and then the adjustments came. WOW...I could almost immediately feel some relief in my neck and my lower back. Even though I had already paid for 4 sessions, I went ahead and signed up for 6 months. The next day, I did not have to stretch my neck at every stop light on the way to work (stretching my neck had became a ritual every morning) and after the 2nd visit, I was able to bring my left foot to my knee and tie my shoe...something I haven't been able to do in years. Every day, I feel a little bit better and I have total confidence that Dr. Van the Superman...is responsible for that.

Edit; I was contacted by the manager of the office. He did refund most of my money. At least I was contacted in the matter. Thus changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Rating is based on the contact after the service. Let be be frank. First they never did really even address my lower back issue. The unable to have them remove recurring billing without going back to Spring (When I live in San Antonio now) is ridiculous. To top it off spoke one of the Dr's.in the AM (10:01 AM) about the charge and was wonderful (a woman) to speak to and she assured me it would be looked into and someone to contact me. Well at 5:59 PM when I had to call back the woman who fielded the call was less than helpful and the more words came out of her mouth the angry I got. Well as she wanted to hang up and did this sparks the feed back. Now to contact the owner about this. Never ever will I step foot in the door of any "Joint" I shall go to a "board certified" referred Dr. William M. Toohey Jr

The staff at the Gleanloch joint are amazing. The receptionist remembers us by name and staff does too. Memberships are worth getting. $40 for 4 visits a week. So come once a week. Great place and great staff.

The staff are friendly and efficient, and the facility is comfortable and inviting. I feel like a new person every time I leave, and the neck pain that originally brought me to their door was gone after two visits. My only regret is that I didn't start getting adjustments with The Joint sooner.

Awful place. Both the receptionist and the person who "helped" me with my problem were more focused on selling me a membership, rather than helping with my back problem. After filling some paper form, I was taken into the back, and answered questions about my condition. A long explanation about the spine and what causes back pain took place, followed by the most painful bone cracking I've ever experienced. I do have to say that 3 minutes after that experience, I felt my back pain lessened but there was a problem, and that was my back and neck were feeling sore and delicate. Again, a 20 minute explanation took place on why I should buy the membership and come back 3 times per week for the next 2 months, followed by 2 times per week for 3 months after that... ARE YOU SERIOUS????? Obviously, I left there without buying anything. The problem started a couple of hours later, when I started to feel AN INCREASING PAIN both on the same area I went to get treatment for, and on the lumbar area...AS WELL AS ON MY NECK! By that evening, I wasn't able to walk properly... let alone have a good sleep. It's been 3 days after my visit, and I still can't walk properly. I missed 2 days at my job, and the pain hasn't diminished. Please, if you value your spine, your money, and the ability to walk... DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I came in with extreme back pain that no other chiropractor was able to help. The doctor sat down and explained that to get well you had to stick with a program. In other words, it was like going to the gym and to expect a result in one visit was unlikely. I did feel better though, but I was sore ( a gym workout kind of sore )that night. The doctor explained to me that this was expected and that meant change was occurring and it meant I should get better sooner. I stuck with the program and I’m feeling great. I had put up with pain for over 12 years and within 3 weeks I had my life back! It was like having a coach who actually cared about me who wanted to see me win. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

What a rip off! They get you to sign up for a 6 months agreement, which I did, but I didn't go as much as I wanted. So I decided not to renew my membership, I thought they would stop charging me after the six months. But I noticed they kept charging me, apparently after the initial 6 months runs out then they charge you by a "month to month basis", so a couple months later I called to cancel and they said they don't do cancellations over the phone and I would have to come in. Ok, that's fine, but then she said that even after I cancel that I would be charged one more time!!!! What?! I hadn't even been going for like 2 months, how is that fair to it's clients??? I'm sure that it was in the fine print in the manual or something that I had to sign, but they should have verbally stated it when I signed up. Also, they could have notified me of the special rules and cancellation fees at the end of the six month period. I was totally unprepared for this and it took a real blow to my finances the last few months. All they care about is money. Don't fall for their sellers' tricks and beware of what you're getting yourself into!

My experience at The Joint in Spring was great! I highly recommend them to everyone seeking relief from back pain. Their very affordable monthly membership plans offer people of all income levels the ability to take care of their spine without stressing over the money. I have been to many other chiropractic clinics and have used my insurance, only to find that there were unexpected costs associated with the care that my insurance did not cover. When I questioned why after verifying my insurance and being told my only out of pocket expense was my $40 copay,I was informed the typical "BS"that verification of coverage was not a guaranty of benefit. My advise is to leave the insurance card at home, use The Joint for your chiropractic needs and avoid the "BS" associated with traditional chiropractic clinics.

Services rendered are great, even if they are a little impersonal. I usually feel like an assembly line; go in lie down get adjust get out. Which is fine by me however when their prices jumped to $40 a visit it became cheaper for me to just go to an insurance in network Chiropractor. Services in my opinion are now to high to justify going back. Not to mention i always get dinged from my FSA account provider when i use my FSA account there.
