Be careful they encourage you to sign a contract. When you try and cancel it’s difficult. They tell you that you have to go to the location to cancel. Make it difficult, and I was told the day to show up and cancel, and I was denied said I was a day late. It’s only 79.00 but it’s the principal.

Dr. Harris is a phenomenal chiropractor. She helps me and my husband both, she took great care of me when I was pregnant. I came in regularly with low back pain and pelvic pressure. Can I give more than 5 stars?! OMG, when I tell you Dr. Harris is amazing, I mean she is AMAZING!!!! Best chiropractor I’ve ever seen period. PERIOD! She is so thorough and she gives so many tips and recommendations to improve pain overall in adjunct with her chiropractic adjustments. And I don’t even just give this based off of my experience alone, but you know the setting is open so you can hear when she’s speaking to someone. She had a new patient and she was sooo thorough with him. And you can just hear her passion and compassion for what she does when she speaks to you and makes the recommendations. On top of all of this amazing care, she has a wonderful attitude as well. When I was there the other day she was BUSY and the front desk staff stepped away while she had many patients waiting. She was moving and shaking doing her core work (adjusting the patients) and getting us all prepped and ready to go while also helping a new patient get his paperwork started all with a smile on her face. She’s just so impressive!! She’s definitely got it going on ???? also the front desk staff have always been friendly and helpful answering any questions that I have with a smile, even when I had just lost my new card that we had just replaced the previous time (oops).

Dr. Livingood is the best chiropractor especially for stubborn, stiff neck like mine. Most chiropractors have a hard time adjusting my neck but Dr. Livingood is a neck expert!
And then there’s the office coordinator, Suzette who is always professional, kind and helpful. You can tell that she loves her job by her contagious smile, she knows all the patients names and makes you feel comfortable. Great place to go!

I was sad to see Dr.Pringle leave this office, he was always great. I didn't think I'd find another Dr. comparable. Dr. Fennely took care of me today. I was in substantial pain and needed an adjustment so I could fly to see my grandchildren in Arizona. I was able to be seen having walked in with no appointment. I showed up at 4:05 with new patient forms completed today. They close at 5:00, and the office was empty. The receptionist had to check with the DC to see if I could be seen. Apparently the DC was done for the day because I was told that new patients were not seen after 4:00. 5 minutes! So much for there walking welcome policy. They just lost two woukd be monthly recurring patients

This is the best deal you will find for chiropractic care and it is certainly the most convenient hours, 10-7 with no appointment needed and hours on Saturday til 4. You can't find a better place to go and the doc's are AWESOME!!

I love The Joint! I have been going to the Gleannloch Farms locations since the very first day they opened. The quality of care is top notch and you just cant beat the price! The staff is very nice and helpful, they cater to your needs and they truly care about how you feel. I love how you don't need an appointment you can walk right in and be seen. I can very easily go on my lunch break. I suffer from migraines and a bulging disc in my neck and feel so much better than when I started out. I highly recommend them!!

My experience at The Joint in Spring was great! I highly recommend them to everyone seeking relief from back pain. Their very affordable monthly membership plans offer people of all income levels the ability to take care of their spine without stressing over the money. I have been to many other chiropractic clinics and have used my insurance, only to find that there were unexpected costs associated with the care that my insurance did not cover. When I questioned why after verifying my insurance and being told my only out of pocket expense was my $40 copay,I was informed the typical "BS"that verification of coverage was not a guaranty of benefit. My advise is to leave the insurance card at home, use The Joint for your chiropractic needs and avoid the "BS" associated with traditional chiropractic clinics.

This is the only Joint Chiropractic location and Doctor I recommend. Dr. Mark Osborne is the absolute best. Unlike their other locations who give you cookie-cutter, rush you in and out service, Dr. Osborne is thorough and pays attention to detail.

I slept like a baby lastnight after my visit yesterday..My experience was GREAT. I had read the reviews before hand so i was interested to see how my visit would be . Little paper work to start out but i understood why ..Its so they can get an understanding on what your needs are , smooth" Light" alternative classic rock playing , nice and clean location and smiling faces to greet you when i walked in. . I hadnt been to any of the location before and i was experiencing some discomfort in my lower back and mid shoulder blades for some time now. My adjustment went very well and she explained what she was doin to me i felt like i was in good hands . Before i left ..yes they did give my the option to get a package for membership but i didnt feel pressured and didnt feel bad when i declined till i was sure i was happy with the out come.. this morning i received a follow up call just to check on me to see how i was doin. Over all im happy with this location and my adjustment so the least i could do was give them the review they deserve . Thanks guys

Dr. Oz is the absolute best doctor I’ve experienced at The Joint and I’ve been a client for 2.5 years. I’ve visited Southpark Meadows in Austin as well as other Houston locations and compared to others he is the MOST thorough, attentive, gentle and educated. At one point he suggested x -rays that no one else ever suggested and he just took my blood pressure before the adjustment because I mentioned more than normal aches. I feel cared for and important when I visit this location as other locations sometimes seem more like an in and out experience. I highly suggest Dr.Oz!!!!

Dr. Smith has been a GAME CHANGER for my pregnancy! She has taken such good care of me and my unborn little girl. She is thorough and very careful with me. I’ve been a plan member for 2 yrs and have received treatments at various locations in the Houston metro area. I recently had a treatment with Dr. Brittany and I can honestly it was my best treatment to date. She was very thorough and did not rush the alignment.
