    Weird service at this location specifically.. I’ve been a paying customer at an another location for over a year and half. I heard about a new chiropractor that was amazing and a must try, so I decided to travel to try it out for myself. I admit the Customer service at the front desk was satisfactory l, but that was the highlight. I met the Dr. whom I was suggested to see and it was a nightmare. He looked visibly uncomfortable with me upon sight. Only asked me questions about my military and injuries from service. He made a determination in less that 3 min that he couldnt service me due to my injuries. Mind you, I have BEEN a paying Customer at the same business but different location!!! I have seen multiple chiropractors with The Joint and had no issues being seen by any other provider. He asked me to retrieve my xray/mri/ct scan imaging from the Va and come back so he can review them for himself. I naively took the time and effort to print those documents, then take them back. It was the Same exact process the second time around.. This time he was with another client smiling until he saw me enter. He was with a client but he smile and good energy left once he called my name and I approached with the papers. It took less time than before for him to determine he wasn’t going to see me for a session. Regrettably, these encounters reminded me of the fact that even though I served my country. I am NOT entitled to the same services as others. My membership will be canceled and I will find a better chiropractor that’s fair to all.

    I've been a loyal patient at this location for years, and Dr. Truong is outstanding and one of the main reason I come to this location. However, my experience today on Saturday, 5/24/2025 with the front desk staff was disappointing. Based on recent review, I am not the only person experiencing this really bad service with the front desk lady. Despite calling ahead with no answer, I drove across town specifically for Dr. Truong. When I arrived, he was assisting one patient, and no one else was waiting. I requested to be treated by him due to my scoliosis and he is one of the few who can adjustment my back, but the lady at the front inform me that “recommendations” aren’t allowed in the final hour—something I was never informed of in all my visits. This policy is neither posted online nor at the clinic. The staff member then went out of her way to tell Dr. Truong that I shouldn't be making a request and repeatedly interrupted me as I tried to explain that this is my healthcare—not a restaurant reservation. I understand if the doctor is busy, but with NO other patients waiting, the refusal felt unnecessary. I hope front desk lady understands that we are patient and customer, and we come here for more relief to our body from pain, not to add more stress. If this continues, I may take my remaining prepaid visits to another location that better prioritizes patient care.

    I stopped in on May 23rd, 2025 it was around 1:30p. The first thing that was told to me from the front desk personnel after I asked who was in today was "There are no requests allowed 30 minutes before lunch", mind you I had not asked for a specific DC. i guess she wanted to beat me to the punch. I was a bit irritated by the comment but I didnt press the issue. Next, she then told me to sit at chair #3, when I went to sit at chair #3, I noticed there was not a doctor at that station. Therefore, I came back to the front and mentioned this to her, she took a look for herself and told me to go to chair #4. There was another patient that was sitting in chair #2 which also did not have a doctor at that station either. He got up and mentioned that to the front desk and she had him sit at chair #1. Needless to say this added to my irrigation but what pushed me over the edge of irrigation was once I was called for my turn the DC that was at the 4th station barely did anything to address my adjustment. I told him my left side lower back/leg was my main issue, he did nothing to address that side but ironically enough paid more attention to my right side. When he called himself adjusting my spine he barely applied any pressure it was so gentle my 10 yr old could've pressed harder. He did not offer to use bio-freeze, the activator, the leg pull, or the towel for decompression of the neck. It was just an overall piss poor appointment. I have been a member of The Joint for 9-10 years and I have been coming to the Sugar Land location for the past 6-7 years. I have NEVER had such a lazy and unfriendly appointment. I have forgotten the name of the DC I was seen by. But I can tell you he was the only male DC that was there (the other DC was female) and there were only 2 at the time I came in. He was an older gentleman, tall with grey hair.

    Dr Truong is one of the best chiropractor I've been to. I truly appreciated his work. He always walked an extra mile to make sure his patients health improved. Last week I can barely walk, I hurt my tail bones, my back was in so much pain. I can't even stand up straight. Also had trouble inhale and exhale. I told Dr Truong please help me, I've been to 2 other chiropractors and I'm still in so much pain to where I have to call off work. Dr Truong did the Bruce Lee twist on me. I'm able to walk after, but I need to return for a few more sessions since I jam up all my disc.

    I've been coming here for about 2/3 months and I've been very pleased with the service. Dr. Russell is my favorite, but all of the doctors are nice and accommodating. Dr. Russell has really helped with my shoulder problems, and it has brought so much relief to my life. Anytime I tell her what hurts she comes up with something to help, as someone who's had shoulder issues and pain for close to 6 years I can't even express the gratitude that I have for her. I do wish they offered x-rays like other chiropractors, but I am pleased with the service and the price.

    I have been a member of The Joint Chiropractic for about 2 months now; I am surprised I didn't start earlier. I am feeling better, looser and limber.     I am very pleased with my Chiropractic care at the Joint medical center. Especially my treatment with Dr Nelson Muloro. I didn’t get an adjustment when I recently was there because of being in a lot of pain. Instead he diagnosed me showing my spine was not set normal, due to me leaning forward while power walking. So he put ice on it, which helped stop the pain and swelling. Then instructed me to do the same each day for the weekend which really helped me.     I have loved this location for years and have referred more than 10 people sending business to the great Chiropractors at this Sugarland location considering I am driving all the way from Rosharon. I was very disappointed that I have had some financial woes in the past and did not successfully complete my wellness plan due to finances and illness. I tried to resume my wellness plan today and drove over 35 miles because I love the doctors at this location but extremely disappointed that I was not allowed by the owner Joe Craft to resume the plan therefore I have to pay a price that was too much for one visit to deal with my bad pain. I really wanted to resume services and ask there was anything I can do considering my extreme pain to receive quality services from this location but I was turned down after being a member for several years. I am truly disappointed and the receptionist was not very accommodating to me as a customer and I have sent soooo much business to this location. I am truly disappointed when all I want to do is receive services then to be told for the first time I could never receive the wellness plan ever again. how can you help others get well on a wellness plan and you turn them down, where does your passion lie with your clients?     Updated 2025, as front desk service level has become terrible. I've been a loyal patient at this location for years, and Dr. Truong is outstanding and one of the main reason I come to this location. However, my experience today on Saturday, 5/24/2025 with the front desk staff was disappointing. Based on recent review, I am not the only person experiencing this really bad service with the front desk lady. Despite calling ahead with no answer, I drove across town specifically for Dr. Truong. When I arrived, he was assisting one patient, and no one else was waiting. I requested to be treated by him due to my scoliosis and he is one of the few who can adjustment my back, but the lady at the front inform me that “recommendations” aren’t allowed in the final hour—something I was never informed of in all my visits. This policy is neither posted online nor at the clinic. The staff member then went out of her way to tell Dr. Truong that I shouldn't be making a request and repeatedly interrupted me as I tried to explain that this is my healthcare—not a restaurant reservation. I understand if the doctor is busy, but with NO other patients waiting, the refusal felt unnecessary. I hope front desk lady understands that we are patient and customer, and we come here for more relief to our body from pain, not to add more stress. If this continues, I may take my remaining prepaid visits to another location that better prioritizes patient care. ******************** My body is always stiff and not all DC can adjust all parts of me. Dr Troung did. He took time to lose up tense areas and able to gave me a full adjustments. His skills is amazing!

    This is my go to place for chiro!! I love not having to be pushed for another appt and can pop in without an appt. Dr Truong is phenomenal. I had gone through multiple fitness related injuries from HIIT to running. I recently completed my first marathon and he made sure to take care of me throughout the training season and off season. I tend to be lope sided. (from running on uneven streets). It greatly affects your running! So all you runners in SL, stop by!

    After going to many different the Joint locations for over 2 years and being seen by various chiropractors, I finally found an amazing Doctor on my last visit after I decided not to buy any more packages. Dr. Mukoro happily took care of me when I showed up at 1:59pm, a minute before his lunch break. He was very patient and thorough and was able to pinpoint the cause of my knee and hip problems just by looking at my posture which was “too straight” from many years of ballet. I didn’t have a curve in my lumbar spine which also caused my shoulders and chest to cave in. While he adjusted me, he was carefully explaining what he was doing and why something wasn’t aligned properly and how to combat it. On top of all of this, I received an email from the Joint (from him) about everything he shared with me plus links to exercises to help my body! I was caught by surprise since I have never in over 2 years being a customer of the Joint, received a home care email. Do yourself a favor and request a visit with Dr. Mukoro. You will not be disappointed.

    Dr. Russel was such a HUGE help! I came into town for work and have presented with extreme, painful numbness and tingling on my left side, specifically in my shoulder, neck, arm and hand. I had never been to a chiropractor before and this is my first experience. The reception was helpful in assisting me with my paperwork and Dr.Russel listened thoroughly to my complaints and we did a series of tests to pinpoint exactly the type of treatment necessary for my ailments. It was painless and relieving almost immediately. She also gave me a treatment plan in which I can carry on while traveling as there are many convenient locations, as well as one in my hometown, which is super nice. Thank you so much, as I am able to sleep and function throughout the day much better. I am looking forward to continuing adjustments.

    This is the best clinic, hands down ? Other locations have doctors that do the bare minimum and don't even use bio freeze. Trust me because I have been to all the locations in the greater Houston area (and one in NJ!), and even the one by my house doesn't compare to the Sugarland clinic.     I rarely see a chiropractor, and usually don’t have aches and pains, but my orthopedic physician hinted that a chiropractor might be helpful, and wrote me a prescription to go to PT for some lower back pain, after doing complete XRays. It was my first visit to a Joint Chiropractic location, and I was impressed. Dr. Patel was an excellent health care practitioner and she was generous in explaining the anatomy of my pain and giving me exercises to do to relieve the pain. Likely the same exact exercises I would get from a visit to PT, which would be a lot more expensive. She was thorough in her spinal manipulation as well. I will definitely return and recommend Dr. Patel. The Joint Chiropractic is a great concept for affordable health care, even with the unfortunate choice of company name.

    I had been going to the excellent Dr. Andrews at the Vintage Park Joint for years but since the pandemic, I stay closer to home. Now that gas has skyrocketed, it's better to be near The Joint whenever I need an adjustment. I have been to the Missouri City Joint, but this Sugar Land location is exceptional! Maybe I should try out all the doctors, but right now, Dr. Truong is my go-to. I have back pain and more recently, knee pains. He does not rush and asks if I feel better. If I need it, he'll work in bio freeze at the end. I have a Joint plan and will definitely renew when it ends.

    I’ve been seeing Dr Urrea for over 2 years! I can honestly say she’s the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. I always walk away feeling better than when I walked in! I HIGHLY recommend her! There have only been a few times that I’ve had to wait to see her, but I’d rather wait 30 minutes to be adjusted by her than anyone else! She’s that good!

    I was short only six dallors on paying the membership I thought I had the money, but I didn't know something came through my card unexpectedly why I couldn't pay for the membership so my heart was broken I sat down to figure out what came through my card unexpectedly.     This location has the absolute best chiropractors I have EVER been to!! I always leave the clinic leaving great and not to mention, the staff is all super nice and welcoming and the usually greet me by name if they recognize me which I really appreciate! I love every single one of their doctors, they each have different techniques so I would really recommend seeing each doctor at least once before choosing your favorite! My favorites are Dr. Urrea and Dr. Boyd and a lot of my family members also see Dr. Truong regularly as well! Amazing clinic and amazing staff and did I mention, amazing prices?     This is absolutely my favorite location of the Joint. They go above and beyond to make sure they get you right and really listen to your concerns. I especially like that they’ll try a few different adjustments if you have an area that’s bothering you to make sure that you leave with relief. Dr. Boyd and Dr. Urrea especially have always gone above and beyond to ensure that I leave feeling corrected (and maybe an inch taller because of my terrible posture.) Having access to both of those doctors at the membership price is truly a steal you should take advantage of!

I almost don’t even want to write this review because I selfishly don’t want them to get overpopulated with customers ;p I can honestly say that this was the best chiropractic visit I have ever had . Dr. Urrea is absolutely amazing !! I get chronic neck pain from time to time and always need a chiropractor to fix the problem ... Went there yesterday and literally after the first two adjustments I felt amazing. Dr. Urrea really takes time to adjust the body and to make sure that she fits the treatment to best match your needs. Today I feel so good without any neck pain ! Praise the Lord !     I have always had bad posture and sitting in front of the computer for long hours adds a lot of stress to my neck and shoulders. Doing crossfit 4-5 times/week adds to this tension. I knew I had to get an adjustment to re-align and help reduce the habitual neck (side to side) bending and headaches.     I have been going to The Joint for about 2 years now and it has honestly changed my life for the better. I started going to the Clear Lake location, but while visiting my parents in Sugar Land, I went and had Dr. Urrea (formerly known as Dr. Le) treat me and she was the best chiropractor I have ever been to.     I had a FANTASTIC experience ! Daniela up front was super friendly and polite. Dr. Urrea, was amazing!! I’ve been to a bunch of locations since I work all over Houston. I wasn’t a big fan of the joint because I felt that all they care for it is a quick pop adjustment and getting to the next person.     So, chiropractors really do help alleviate back pain! I was so skeptical until I came to this place. In have no idea what happened with my back, but sitting, sleeping, and standing became a bit unbearable in most positions. I tried EVERYTHING . Finally I gave in a came here for help. I saw Dr. Le two weeks ago and I've been so pleased ever since. If you are debating about coming here , breathe and just do It. Also, take the Drs advice about stretching, icing, and w/e else they advise after an adjustment. My first one felt like a workout afterward. I was sore!

    This care facility is amazing...a God send! I first started going in March with severe next pain , back, knee and hip pain. My daughter and sister were also treated due to their issues of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Scoliosis. I was initially tentative because everything hurt to touch. I was miserable! The very kind and compassionate young lady at the front desk with the head scarf, made us feel welcomed. She was calm, professional and assuring. We all three saw Dr. Le. She worked professionally and efficiently, processing our history and listening to our unique concerns. Dr Le is quick and efficient, we never felt rushed because of her excellent skills and techniques. She also has excellent rapport with her patients. After just one visit I felt like I had been freed from a prison of pain that had me bound for 10 days. I dared not believe that I would have that kind of relief after one visit. I was expecting a longer process because I could barely tolerate the pain of sitting, standing, moving, lying, turning etc. The first treatment was just short of a miracle. People...please know that I am not exaggerating or writing a review of hyperboles. I was so impressed that I instantly signed up for the exceptionally economical monthly treatment plan. In the past I had been use to paying $50 per visit. My sister and daughter also signed up after there initial treatment. By the end of the 3rd visit that week, I felt like I could run a marathon. My neck pain, headache and back pain had disappeared. I am extremely grateful to Dr Le and the entire team of excellent doctors. I have been going for preventive maintenance for 2 months now and have had the occasion to Receive care through Dr Schimming, He was professional and thorough, taking the time to understand my history and answer all questions. He adjusted me expertly and like Dr. Le encouraged and show me how to do home exercises for my back and hip. My daughter has had the pleasure of working with Drs' Le, Boyd, Schimdt, and Schimming, she said they are all awesome and wouldn't hesitate to go with the first available doctor. She looks forward to her biweekly treatments to give her relief from her scoliosis condition. My sister with rheumatoid arthritis and hip and knee replacement, loves the care she gets from Dr. Le. Her body is somewhat fragile (in her mind) and she was hesitant to get adjustment and treatment on our initial visit. Now she sees Dr. Le, weekly, and she feels exponentially better after each treatment. She love Dr. Le's relatability, gentleness, and her execution of services. She also loves Dr. Le's bubbly personality and her knowledge as it relates to her modalities related to all my sister's physical challenges. All and all, my family is grateful to God for answering our prayers and leading us to The Joint for chiropractic care. The business model is on point, which means that you should get consistent care at any location. However, as for me and my family, we choose the Sugar Land locations. All of the front desk personnel are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All of the doctors we have had experiences with are phenomenal.     Been going here for about a year now. It is tough training at a higher level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu after being out of the game for such a long time and being older. I usually come in twice a week for treatments or even more if the training is more intense. My lower back pain I started out with is nearly gone since coming here. I'm the type who doesn't like to use pain killers due to side effects and chiropractic care has been working great for me. On another note to anyone complaining about not enough pressure or too much pressure let the Doc know and they'll tailor to your needs. At the end of the day nobody wants anyone to get hurt.

She's always in a good mood and exudes positive vibes at all times! Plus, she has cool hair :). I've been going to The Joint for four plus months and look forward to going every week, not just for an adjustment but the human to human connections. In 10 minutes or less I'm adjusted, swapped a newly discovered podcast channel with Dr. Le, or caught up with Dr. Schimming about his wife's pregnancy or learned a new stretching exercises from Dr. Mukoro.     This place is pretty darn great. I LOVE their use of Biofreeze - that stuff is amazing. Dr. Le is phenomenal and I would recommend her to anybody looking for a solution to aches and pains. Everyone on staff answers any questions I've had and have even given me exercises to help me in my day to day dealing with neck, shoulder and back pain. The onlllllyy, tiny criticism I have is that the chairs in the waiting area encourage bad posture and even if I sit with my behind all the way back, it's still a bit of work to keep my posture proper.

    The service at the Sugar Land location is always warm and friendly. I typically see Dr. Le, but all of the doctors are phenomenal.     The Joint has been the right solution for my chiropractic needs. This location is organized and they have good music playing! I like the board that lists which doctors are in on that day. I can even see it from the street as I drive by. I usually see Dr. Le if she is available. She has been treating me for a few months and she is attentive, kind, and efficient.     I started at Meyerland location this week and had decent experience with Dr. Stanley. I went to Dr. Gomez at Sugar Land location today, because of the good reviews and proximity of this location. Dr. Gomez used biofreeze gel and messaged it. He adjusted for total 5 mins. I didn’t feel 1% better. I have done chiropractic adjustment before and the way this place is doing, is not considered adjustments in my opinion. I can buy biofreeze and put it on my back instead of paying g someone and wasting my time.

    One of the better chiropractic clinics I have been too in awhile and I have tried a few. There is always more than one chiropractor on schedule offering convenience some other places don't seem to have. The team seems to all be very skilled in their techniques. I have no complaints.
