This is the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. Set up like a walk in basis, sometimes there’s a little bit of a longer weight than normal, but just depends on what time you go. I went in for their $29 new patient special. I ride horses and used to go pretty regularly to the chiro. If you are looking for a wham, bam, snap crackle, pop this is your place but the chiropractor rushed, was aggressive and felt more like a salesman than someone concerned with helping their patients. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’d skip this one if you are looking for someone to take their time

Went in for a usual adjustment for me post injury and am very familiar with The Joint for I consistently went to the San Marcos location. I had no issues there whatsoever. I recently moved back into town and trying the Weatherford location. I went to the first Dr available and left feeling very disappointed. He did not explain anything he was doing beforehand and was very rough and aggressive. I felt as if he was just trying to rush through to the next patient. I was unfamiliar with a lot of the techniques he was using even though I have been to a Joint location before and his were very invasive and uncomfortable . I was hoping for a better experience, especially considering I was a regular at the other location.

Did a walk in to get another adjustment for sciatic issue. Saw Dr Samano who did a great job adjusting my back and stopping the symptoms I was having. I discussed recurrent thumb pain I was having in both hands associated to my work, so he did some manipulative adjustments and my thumbs both feel significantly improved. I like that I can discuss any issue and they have options on how to improve my pain. I've seen both Chiropractors and have had great care from both of them. We like that we can be seen out of the area if we are traveling since The Joint has locations across the country. I trust this organization for my Chiropractic care!

I love how quick you can get in and get into the care of the Chiropractors. I came in with severe sacral pain along with a long history of Piriformis problems. On my first adjustment, my 3 year hx of severe hip pain was gone. Dr Sbong immediately evaluated the multiple issues I had going on and got to work balancing me back out. As a medical provider myself for 33 years, I had to be reminded to refocus on all the health issues that can occur if your body is not in alignment. I am extremely grateful for his skill and holistic knowledge. I continue under his care and highly recommend him. Great clinic hours and clean setting are a great feature at the Weatherford office.

Well, I must confess. I’ve never been to a chiropractor‘s office before in my life. I am 64 and have ailments, needless to say. Cali, the new receptionist is very personable. I’ve been getting chiropractic adjustments for about 40 years. Dr. Daniel’s is great for maintaining balance, & Dr. Sbong is great when a more intense adjustment may be needed. Everyone in the office was friendly. However I feel like the chiropractor I saw was really rough and didn’t really help the issues I came in with. I’ve been to chiropractors my entire life, from childhood to adulthood - I’m 35 - and this was probably the most rough experience Ive had. He talked about how I had scar tissue or whatever and needed to come in 3 times a week for 2 weeks and so on - I have a regular chiropractor I see but he was closed and I had some ribs out of place (I know because it’s a recurring issue I have) and was having issues with movement - I was still pretty stiff and sore when I left and the next morning, I typically see my regular chiropractor 1-3 times a week and rarely leave feeling more stiff or sore than before I came in. Overall it wasn’t a helpful experience for my body or comfort level. Ana at the front desk was super nice though.

I’ve been having some pain for awhile and have been nervous to try a chiropractor however I left my appointment today and ended up getting their membership so I can start coming multiple times per week. Everyone here was friendly and I felt very comfortable and taken care of wasn’t scary at all and they took the time to explain why I’m feeling pain and everything he was doing to me. Would definitely recommend!

If there was an option to have zero stars I would pick it. Tonight I drove 40 minutes for an appointment I made on their online system. My appointment was for 6:30pm. I arrived at 6 and was told there was no way I could be seen because they were too busy and they don’t accept first time people in the evenings. Nothing on the website bait and switch eluded to this. All I was offered was to make an appointment for another day. They blamed it on the website being run by a third party and made me feel like I was wrong to be upset that I had just wasted 80 minutes total (drive there and home) it’s completely unacceptable and I hope nobody else has this happen to them. I would never go back. There are plenty of chiropractors in Weatherford who I’m sure would never treat a customer with such disregard. If someone has an appointment confirmation it should be honored!

Dr Daniels, I believe was her name, was amazing. As a truck driver, I never know where I'm going to be until the day before at best. Was able to book online and walk right in. Now that I am set up in the corporate system, next time I can just walk in no appointment needed. Game changer. I will definitely make it a point to come back to this specific location. I hadn’t been to a chiropractor in years. I woke up one day in some pretty bad pain. I went into the joint chiropractor here in Weatherford, and wow, did they do some magic. Dr. Daniels was excellent. She listened to the issues I was having and asked if there was anything I didn't want done or any way I didn't want to be adjusted. I deal with terrible lower back pain and use to just suffer through but then I was referred to the joint by two people, my mother in law and a PA I don’t typically see, in the same week. I saw this as a sign to to check them out and hopefully get some relief. My first day, I saw Hailey, WC, and Dr. Daniels. They were both very professional, welcoming, and kind. Dr. Daniels was very educational and helped adjust my entire body. Coming in, my right leg was shorter than my left leg and my body was compensated because of the pain. After she adjusted me, my legs were even and my pain went from a 7/10 to a 3/10. It was incredible! Dr. Daniels wanted me back in two days for a follow up adjustment. My second day, I saw Savanah, WC, and Dr. Wrinkle. They were also very professional, welcoming, and kind. Prior to this visit my pain did creep up to a 5/10 but still wasn’t as bad as it has been the last 2 weeks. Dr. Wrinkle also provided some education on pelvic floor exercises to start at home in order to build my core and help prevent further back injuries. After her adjustment, my pain went from a 5/10 to a 1/10. I only say a 1 because, let’s face it, once you hit your 30s, pain is inevitable and continues the rest of your life. But it can be very manageable with the right tools and I feel like I found that tool in the Joint! Thank you to the entire team for your guidance and hospitality!

I really tried to give the Weatherford Joint every opportunity to make me like it, but every time I leave I'm disappointed. I bought a prepaid six pack of visits. Every time I went I left feeling no improvement or felt worse than when I did before. Today I used the last of my pre-paid visits. I identified where my pain was and the doctor made some things pop, told me everything was in alignment, and that my pain was muscular. I've had this type of pain in the past, its always been fixed by an adjustment, and I know my body. This was not muscular. Now, instead of playing golf for Father's day, I'm canceling my tee time because I'm in more pain than I was when I walked in.

Had back pain for a couple weeks, went to urgent care for a steroid and muscle relaxers, the Dr there recommended I go to The Joint for an assessment and adjustment, showed me how out of align I was. Have always been skeptical of chiropractors, hobbled in and walked out straight and with out pain, Dr. Wrinkle took the time to explain what was going on, no high pressure sales tactics. I didn’t have an appointment and I was able to walk in as they opened. I was greeted with great customer service from Haley and she got me what I needed. Dr. Daniels assessed my situation and was able to realign me and relieve some pain that I have, but she put me up on a training plan that will keep the alignment permanent. Overall great experience.

Dr.Daniels and Dr.Wrinkle are amazing! This is my first time using The Joint and I am extremely impressed with the level of service and the knowledge of the staff. They have both worked on my wife and I and both of us are very satisfied with their care. Great value on wellness plans in comparison to other chiropractors in the area. $89 a month for 4 visits brings the price to around $22.50 a visit compared to $40 cash pay elsewhere! I recommend this location to all my family and friends!

I went to this new location yesterday for the first time in severe pain. The chiro met me at the door and let me in as they were coming back from lunch. He then went to look me up by my phone number and proceeded to tell me they can’t take any payments…. Didn’t even try to call another store and run it over the phone, call corporate or anything. Simply said we don’t have a receptionist so we can’t take payments…I asked if he knew when someone would be in that COULD take payments and he simple say now. I know myself and like 6 other people heard that and turned around left. Then, I decide to give them another chance today because I’m in pain but called before I went up there to insure someone would be there that could take payment… no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. Unbelievable.. I can’t imagine how much money has been lost over something so simple as cash pay patients.

I had no problems when I was going in the Austin area over 5 years ago. Move to the Weatherford area and needed to see a doctor for an adjustment. The doctors are really good but the front desk/desk failed to tell me that the 89 would be sucked out of my account after my four initial visits which I had paid in advance for. I did not need any more adjustments otherwise I would have canceled after the last one. I did not catch the next 89 dollars until it got sucked out of my account the second time. I called and they told me I had to come in the office and sign cancellation papers however they refused to refund my 190 dollars. This is bad business and I will not be returning to this business….be careful people. This is basically stealing!

What can I say?! I love coming to the Joint. I’ve been coming for like 8 years now and the last 4 months I made the transition over to this location. Dr. MacMullin is very invested in his clients and cares about your well-being. He makes sure to hear your concerns and give you information before doing adjustments. He even asks when you return for your next adjustment if any stretches have worked or if there’s any he can show you to help with symptoms. I always believe that education is what lacks a lot when taking care of our bodies and I love how they want to educate themselves when you come in and educate you when you leave. 10/10 recommend. Korrina at the front has a smile and such a friendly welcoming when coming into the joint every time! I hate going places and the first person you see seems annoyed you walked in. Not with her, she’s eager to show she cares and always open to sharing new information about the location!

Absolutely great service as far as chiropractic service goes they are excellent but I went in under a special inside the forms about taking my card off file for reoccurring payments went in today and they charge me $45 without even let me know when I was supposed to have three more visits under the special I came in on I called and they can do nothing until a manager gets there on Monday which is two more days away it's a big deal in today's economy they shouldn't be doing stuff like that they should at least make sure you acknowledge you know you're being charged five star chiropractic service two-star customer relation

Excellent chiropractors, they get the job done. They don't do X-rays and such, but do great adjustments, and are a Walk In Clinic. First time in is usually $29, then they have a monthly plan. No insurance taken, the plans are a good deal.

Walked in with a 2 day severe migraine with nausea and dizziness. After my first session with Dr MacMullin, immediately my nausea and dizziness left and my pain decreased by 70%. I was in so much pain it took me ten minutes just to get out of the bed today. I couldn’t imagine how anyone could actually help, but I was so desperate I thought I’d give it a try. From the moment she answered the phone, Gaby was compassionate and competent. She found an appointment that allowed enough time to get to the office the same day, and when we arrived she brought the paperwork to me so I didn’t have to try to get up and down a bunch of times. She even offered to print coloring pages for my children! Dr. Ward was calm and understood exactly what was going on with my back even though I couldn’t really properly express it. He made it so that I could move around right then and there, and I am just amazed at what he was able to do in just a few minutes. I immediately bought the wellness plan, and I’ll be back very soon.

I came here and first saw Dr Carter who did a pretty good job. The next time I came and saw a younger DC (can't remember his name at the moment, but he's built like a body builder), and he unlocked the spot that most often other DCs can't get (must be all that muscle, it was an intense adjustment for that particular area).
